    • Gotta be Darcy or Cameron. In form KPFs with butter opposition.

Darcy’s got defeated Dees, Eagles and Freo w light key back stocks.

Cameron. I mean, Tiges Dons. Shut the gates.

It’s out of them. Pickett didn’t do enough v Eagles.

Jezz didn’t get as fed as I thought he would today. Cats still very varied going I50.

I’ve voted Darcy but back yourself in, Joey.

      Good luck.

  1. Scored 2835 this week making it back-to-back 2800+ scores. With that said I suspect I’ll lose this week’s knockout final (it will be close). I have 2 trades remaining and $2600 in the kitty. I’m seriously thinking of going for broke and burning my last trades to upgrade Merrett (W Ashcroft another option). If I do, who should it be to?
    1. Xerri (who will play GWS)
    2. McCluggage (SYD)
    3. Dawson (WC) or
    4. Another – have up to $605,800 to spend on the premium).

    • Dawson’s fixture is really good but just the one game at AO. He’s been decent enough interstate but obvs prefer it at AO.

Briggs and Nank good for Xerri – like really good. That almost tips the scales. ROB to finish I hate though.

Cluggers could be nice but Swans just OB tagged Zezz. If they tag, Cluggers gets it.

Others under 605k I can is only Holmes really? Rate him w Geelong’s gorgeous form and his fixture. Unsure who Jordon goes to out of him and Smith though.

      It’s honestly super hard, Owen.

Dawson, Xerri, Cluggers and Holmes all great options with nice fixtures.

      I’d have it as:

      1) Xerri
      2) Dawson
      3) Holmes
      4) Cluggers

Best of luck whoever you go with, Owen.

  2. Plan to grab a new ruck this week to finish my side, have the $ for one of these two? Comments welcome, thanks legends.

TU Xerri (should be back this week after a nice “rest”)
TD Jackson (been scoring more consistently of late in hybrid role)

  3. I scored 2725 but had McCarthy’s 125 sitting on the bench so have traded Johnson for Farrar and moved McCarthy to Flex. With 2 x trades left that hopefully is enough to trade out a player/s due to injury….

  4. Been holding trades as playing for leagues, down to knockout games, time to turn Merrett and Serong into Anderson and Dawson?

  5. Got burnt by Hayden Young Adductor, only $14k in the kitty, is there an option circa $410 or less? Any position except ruck.
    Slim pickings…

    • I haven’t posted for weeks and then double post. D’oh!

Due to unfortunate circumstances I have been unable to post recently and not likely to resume regular posts soon. Apologies
If you are in finals all the very best, if not we at SCT will help you bounce back next year.

      Cheers

  6. Two trades left and with Neale out, think he finally has to go but do I use both trades to also cut TDK?

TU: yes get rid of both
    TD: no, just Neale

  7. 1 trade left, worth holding Neale for this week if can cover with mccarthy and no other outs? Have a bye in most of my league finals. Can always trade neale next week or week after is no other carnage

    Tu: Yes
    Td: No, trade Neale

    • Neale out 1 trade left $2k in the bank

T/U Straight swap for Gulden or Richards

T/D Bring in a fwd, such as Darcy, Cameron, Thilthorpe, Kennedy or Mier,s so that I can move McCarthy from the mid bench to flex and move Humphrey (weakest onfield player) to the mid bench.

      Cheers!

      • I like the trade down option – bringing in Miers with Geelongs great run & his excellent form

Personally I would trust McCarthy more than Humphrey – especially now that Touk is back getting CBA’s for Gold Coast (and Davies has also been getting CBA’s the last 2 weeks)

    • I’d say hold but be aware of the breakevens of your potential replacements and your bank – you don’t your best targets to be out of your price range next week.

  8. Two trades left and Lachie Neale needs to be replaced. I know we generally should avoid key forwards but I’m going down that risk/reward rabbit hole. I can’t decide between these two.

TU – Jeremy Cameron (Ess GEEL, Syd SCG, Rich MCG)
TD – Aaron Naughton (Melb MCG, West Coast MARVEL, Freo MARVEL)
