  1. I need a huge return to form for Brisbane tonight. I have a pride of Lions in this one.

    Dunkley
    Ashcroft
    McKenna
    Wilmont ( Bench )

    Do me proud boys.

A close watch on Chandler as well. I may need to get him next week as he’s one I missed.

  2. As a mad Lion, I’m very anxious .
Big game this, and for my SC team too.
    Dunks,Ash,Macca and Wilmot. Tracc too!
As adamant as I’ve been about it,flipped 180 and kept Fyfe this round too. Everything crossed!

  3. Following on from Mark and FT, it’s nice to have an ultra SC relevant game on a Friday night.

Satan, Neale, Dunks, McKenna and Ashcroft lining up for me, with Wilmot benched.

    Tipping the Dees.

  4. I’ve got Neale, McKenna and Dunkley on field with the performance of M9 Ashcroft to determine whether Kelly gets traded or not.

  5. Looking forward to two teams cracking in hard, as per above I’m as interested in the players I don’t have as much as the players I do have.

Chandler, Clarry and the big man Gawn on my watchlist. It’s almost like he saw his 11% SC ownership and went screw you all I’m gonna be #1 ruck this year.

    • Grundy started real slow only being on about 7 at 1/4 time, but now on 39. Has picked up in the 2nd term. Dees didn’t show up first term and was getting dominated in clearances and CPs

    • I reckon it’s more of a structural thing – to my eye Oliver ratcheted up the contest work in the second quarter but Demons looked to be dropping back defensively due to the 1st quarter spanking they got.
Oliver was winning contest but would dispose under pressure and demons forwards were always outnumbered so easy mark to Lions defenders.

  9. Zorko is killing it. Shame he didn’t miss a training session all preseason and then got injured and didn’t start R1. trained well but would you trust his body ?

      • Hey, Jam.

Idk. It’s not Dunkley, which will be the default take. His pressure and presence has been exactly what Neale and Lions have needed the last few years – that defensive class.

Neale just been largely uncontested and sitting off the back of the stoppage. Disengaged and a ways off his usual dynamism.

I jokingly texted Abs before that Neale looked sickly lol.

  10. Didn’t we play shorter games during COVID and the total score still totalled 3300 points? So I would imagine if game gets cancelled everyone gets scaled appropriately

  11. I’m unsure as to how scoring would work if game was cancelled now, but if it was an CD just used ratios to get to 3300 total points, Zorko would get up to nearly 170 … while being subbed out!

  12. It’s still moving, zorko is losing points by the minute and everyone else is getting +5 eg but staying at the same or similar score.

    Seems right.

Berry gone off with a shoulder injury – not ideal. Will be a talking point this week.

  13. Love to see how the TOG stats will be for this game as the Brisbane sub was brought in last quarter yet 31% TOG due to a 70 minute final term

    • You’d be crazy not to, unless you expect you captain to score 200.
If your captain score 140 you only gain 5 points from Oliver being your captain
