Looking ahead, the crows have North, Hawks & Geelong in the next 3 games. I think he could be tagged in at least 2 of them which is making me hesitant.
Solid price, great bye round and the floor has still been very good. The upside is still there with Ash if it can click. He went behind the ball late in the game on the weekend and had an impact, I think they will utilise him wherever he can get his hands on it. Eagles this week also makes it more attractive.
there seems to be a whole bunch of players who could, maybe, possible be in the top 6 defenders. I think Sinclair, Whitfield, Roberts and Nas look good to be top 6. Holmes is half a chance to get DPP.
Then there is a whole bunch from Zorko, Sicily, Dale, Clark, Parker, Lizard, Wilkie, Noble, Daicos, houston, Mills, Amon, Milera. On their day they can average 105, but more likley to average between 95-100. I think Ash sits in that bunch, and not really a must have. At $512k he is at the top of that bunch for price (Sinclair is $20k more).
For me its a must to get the big dogs and the remaining 2 spots can be filled with the best avaliable at the time you need them, based on match ups for the run home and the byes.
There are just seems that they have 1 of the following…AFL quality, job security, DPP, good role for points scoring, good injury background lol. Ideally at least a few of the above would be nice. I’m tempted to trade myself in as a rookie option…I haven’t played a full season since 2007, I have chronic back problems and a torn quad and nerve damage in my left leg, no natural talent whatsoever…oh yeah, not being AFL listed may not be ideal either. Still thinking about doing it, I’ll just play against cardboard cutouts (and still score -50 at best)
I actually think he’s a terrible option – plays the same role as Higgins who will probably return from concussion protocols this weeks, and Dan Butler who will return from a hamstring injury next week.
Having said that, the rookie well is dry and if he plays this week I will probably pick him up lol
Who’s playing on the wing for Saints?
Henry played wing at Freo and has played there previously for the Saints.
Ross loves him so maybe he’s best 22 and O’Connell and Byrnes are more likely to drop out.
Windhager and Wilson named last week. I hope you’re right, I’d prefer Henry to Cox. Will await team selection- if Higgins is named and Henry holds his spot maybe he’s ok
Is it crazy to trade Cook, Pou and Lindsay -> Callaghan, McCluggage and Derksen? Ideally I would want trade in a playing rookie but I can’t afford it if I want Callaghan and McCluggage. This leaves me with 4 rookies on field
Cook and Lindsay should be your last two rookie upgrades. they are producing on-field scoring not far behind keepers. i would be looking at other rookies to trade out before those two
Honestly mate, toss a coin at this rate. From basically F4 onwards, they all seem to be scoring up and down, with respectable floors. My advice would be to prepared for some highs and lows with either. Personally, I would go JHF as I believe he has the bigger ceiling. Good luck!
Is Archie Robert’s still a pick at 597k?
Looking at his upcoming fixtures as a non owner makes me think it could get pretty ugly. He has D1 potential in this filthy role.
Will grab Clugg the following week as I suspect he will cop the Mullin tag this week.
The only other option that I don’t have who I believe can finish top of their line is Nas.
Not sure if he is 100% fit.
Don’t trust Zorko’s body and I’m almost sure he will get a rest later in the year.
Roberts price isn’t ideal, although he has Richmond & Westcoast in the next 3. Don’t see him coming down in price necessarily and I need a premium defender now.
Not sure why this is downvoted so much, Archie Robert’s 3 round average is 130. He is scoring better than most premium mids, I think it is a great trade in, if you can afford it.
The alternative would be someone like Zorko who I have no trust in his body. Would almost rather pay up for Roberts now and take a punt on someone if needed around that 450k mark as my last upgrade if I am struggling for cash. Wilkie for example will be at a really good price soon and I have much more faith in him over someone like Zorko.
derek…Reports today that he collected a Corkie last week but went to Darwin expecting to play but was still a bit iffy on the day so they took the precautionary path…
if that report is true he should be good as gold for this week…
I wrote…If that report is true about Naz….Silly Me…
It was from a footy club and they tell ‘porky pies’ for the fun of it…!
Latest on Naz is that he misses 3 weeks with The Corked Calf…
Is Jack Ross a legit FWD option? Averaging 99, has tonned up 5 times and only dropped below 80 twice. Seems to be getting consistent CBAs and has the amazing round 13 bye.
Jump of rachele this week? Yes scored 86 but he is not a keeper in a small fwd role and i dont see him getting back in the midfield permanently so was considering as a bye flip
Tu: Trade as not a keeper
Td: No he could still be a keeper
hard to say without knowing what the rest of your team looks like –
which defs do you already have, and
what does your bye structure look like (and do you care about this, or just playing for leagues)
Carroll and Steene out. After weeks of watching finally it’s McCluggage time and at this stage Cox is the rookie but I have low expectations. Just think Henry gets squeezed out by Higgins and Butler.
With Grundy’s 96, I may hold McAndrew till his bye now which gives Grundy a couple of weeks to decrease in price to bring him in for Richmond.
Next week I’m hoping Moniz-Wakefield is viable for Lindsay (currently at D7 so a waste) and Pou for Callaghan. But plans change very quickly!
McCluggage and Cox were my two trades this week. Only problem is they are both midfielders and the two i want to trade out are both defenders, Blamires and Carroll means i would then have to trade out Bruhn and Anderson.
For my structure a fwd rookie is slightly better so I am starting to lean to Henry rather than Cox but will decide post team selection. If Higgins is back and Henry stays that’s a good sign.
Back rookies are a problem, I really hope Moniz-Wakefield will be an option and I’m carrying Perez, although with Hawthorn’s injuries he might be back this week
That is a dilemma. Carroll surely loses money this week, he had one 100+ score but otherwise nothing special. Anderson should make more cash once his 20 is gone.
He played every game the last two years. The only years he’s missed more than 3 games were 2023 and his rookie season so I don’t think you can say that
Gets Carroll off the field and moves Lindsay to D6. Don’t have the confidence with Zorko and question marks over paying up for Roberts. Feel like NAS is a good price and top of his line.
Joyce has been around for a long time, and really is a back-up otion when they have an injury. I think it was Gallop who had concession that gave him a game, he is cheap.
Henry will probably be the first out when Higgins and Butler are back, he is more expensive.
I’m even looking at players like Latrelle Pickett as a decent option at $178k
I’ll do my Rookie review tommorrow, but the cupboard is barron.
Yep, difficult week this week- could be a maker or breaker.
Grabbed K Pickett last week with his WC easy match- that didn’t end well.
Thought about Joyce- as it would suit being a defender- but I already have Perez as a non playing bench warmer.
So thinking going Callaghan and Henry with Pou & Marshall- PA out.
Or else do nothing!
TU- do the two trades
TD- don’t trade this week!
I think if the verdict is neither is likely to play long enough to make cash or reliably show up on the byes I’m going to take the cash and just buy whoever is cheapest maybe. I’ll see who gets named at least.
i’ll probably go Henry, just ahead of Pickett, just because of his massive low BE and if he gets a couple of decent scores he can make quick cash. but if henry not named, i’m liking Pickett
Anybody else looking at Naicos and thinking I might not get him this year?
Playing for overall and mainly competitions and during the finals he has…
Geelong, WC, Hawthorn & Brisbane.
Only WC looking JUICY!
Super cheap after next couple of weeks
TU- grab him because he’s cheap and a star
TD- Leave him- other better options and won’t help with finals
Coleman will be one of the last upgrades. he started the season a bit under-done, but the next 7 games he has averaged 85 (with decent TOG). he runs all day and can put on 15-20 ponts in a few minutes. he might even get better as the season goes.
McAndrew is in flex and Pou forward.
I’m thinking Pou for Rankine or McAndrew to a fallen premo like Nando. My forward line is weak compared to my midfield.
I put up a similar question earlier. Don’t trust Zorko’s body and I’m confident he will be rested in the back end of the year. I get he is value but I would much rather be taking a punt on a value pick later on in the year if need be. There will always be fallen premiums of some sort.
The question then remains, is it worth paying up for Roberts? 597k for a defender could backfire. I am personally weighing up him against NAS this week.
The main difference for me is coming off a calf injury at the age of 37. Given Brisbane have Coleman fit and firing this year too, they can afford to give him a week off easily if they wanted.
Take away the possibility of him being rested, the soft tissue and age factor is enough to put me off the pick.
Just my opinion and I could end up being wrong so please go with your gut!
Which is super fair. I’ve never had him for the same reason and kept seeing so many comments about how many games he misses but when I actually looked at his career, he’s only really had one season significantly hampered by injury.
your problem this week is not much cash, meaning if you trade out Farrow and Jaques (if not named) you only have $570k to spend on a rookie and a keeper. Even trading Blamires instead of Jaques will only give you $600k.
You might have to look at selling Durrsma and either Farrow or Jaques, give you the cash to get a big dog.
It’s only Monday, but i think the best upgrade this week is McCluggage at $474k. Thats $172k less than his starting price. i still think last year he way over-achieved, but i’m more than happy to see what he can do for the rest of the season.
Most of last year he averaged 105-110 minutes a game. so far this season it has been mid-80, but last week it was a season high 97 mins and that resulted in his first 110+ score for the season.
I can see his TOG increasing and many more 110+ scores coming.
I was tossing up between Sinclair in defense, Rankine in the forwards and either Anderson or McCluggage in the midfield. In the end it is the bye rounds that makes the decision easy, i am already overweight in round 12 and 16 byes, and zero premiums in round 15.
Bruhn makes way for McCluggage, i would have liked to hold as i think his scoring is good, but i have no DPP in the guts and no other rookies that can be culled.
Steene to Henry is probably my other trade to get the cash.
I agree about McCluggage and for me it’s between him and Callaghan for this week. I’m leaning Callaghan since he has WCE this week and McCluggage may get the Mullin tag. Ideally want both by next week anyways
Would the Mullin tag go to McCluggage? There’s also Neale to consider, and possibly even Dunkley?
McCluggage with a BE of 77, a projection of 89 sees an increase in price of $5,400, so there’s something to be said he can wait a week?
You are probably right, the thing is I need a defender this week. Roberts also has Richmond and westcoast in the next 3 which makes me think he won’t be dropping in price anytime soon.
Zorko’s the best out of those three given his history despite the ongoing injury risk.
I’ve had Daicos since the start and he has been frustrating to own. High possessions but mostly uncontested and Houston’s emergence has reduced his output a bit. Would avoid
I really wanted to be able to Trade Bruhn, Lindsay and Carroll for Ash, Mcluggage and a downgrade in defense. I cant make that happen, id have to choose between getting Mcluggage or Ash – The only way I can do it is by trading Carroll, Blamires and Walsh to Ash, Mcluggage and Joyce/Derksen – Keeping Bruhn for now.
Would that be dumb? Am I better off just doing – Blamires and Carroll out, Ash and Derksen in and keeping Bruhn for now and waiting on Clug?
Don’t trade JHF or Walsh. The team needs too much work to be trading non-rookies. Blamires and Carroll out to Ash & Derksen is the right way to go I think but could be worth going for a Zorko/Sicily type and then a playing rookie if neither Marshall or Perez are named and you need that extra player on field
I’m leaning towards the value of Clug, Bruhn and Carrol out and keeping Blamires for a bit. If Marshall and Perez don’t play I’ll switch it to a mid rookie and get someone like ash or Zorko instead.
More Davo Maths (thank you for your replies last time):
Whitfield averages 6.1 points per game more than Ash. Correct.
Whitfield is $68,000 more expensive than Ash, currently. Correct.
Over 14 remaining rounds, at this rate Whitfield scores only 85 points more than Ash, so you may as well save a buck or two and go Ash. Correct? Is it a question of ceilings? Roles?
Hi guys! This is my 2nd year playing and I found this forum in Round 0 which has helped me heaps (last year I was awful). Would love some advice on what to do from here as I’m kinda stuck.
I think using your last boost for two questionable rookies is a bit questionable. Could you do Lindsay & Philippou to Smith & Bont then swing Steene fwd?
My team this year has been awful,so I have decided to abandon ship. Now I have time on my hands I think might target a bye round, and hopefully have a win. Not the one where Carlton is on a bye.
Had Roberts in all week but swapped to Nas last minute then had to change to Wilkie after Nas late out.
Wilkie is a test this week and is gonna drop 60k over the next 2 weeks. Lindsay is currently occupying my last upgrade spot in def (saved for Holmes after DPP)
TU – Keep Wilkie as potential keeper, trade Lindsay to Roberts instead, which means Holmes will be in mid or trade Wilkie/Worrell/Houston later on
TD – Trade Wilkie to Roberts, Keep Lindsay until his bye then upgrade to Holmes
They’ll give Wilkie every chance to play to continue his streak cause he hasn’t missed a game since debut. That is so rough though. Hope he rewards you soon
outside the top 4, there is a range of players who can all be a top 6 defender, from dale, Zorko, Mills, houston, blakey, parker, milera, wilkie, daicos, worrell, stewart, mccarthy, sicily, bowey, amon…..
i’m going to leave that upgrade to near the last, and pick up whoever is the cheapest of that lot, they can all average between 90-100
in the meantime im happy to keep Lindsay and Coleman there. they won’t be far behind anyone else i pick
Adjusted plan.. This will use my last boost. So not sure if worth it for the improvements or not. Will have 26k in bank remaining. Open to thoughts and comments as well 🙂
My biggest question mark was him with Redman back in the team. Spewing I didn’t jump on earlier now in hindsight. He is a must have defender imo, every chance to finish the season as D1.
Based on his average since round 2 (First game was a different role and managed tog), what price do you expect to be able to get him at? Take away the first score, he is averaging 122.5.
Looking at Essendons upcoming fixtures, I actually think it’s the cheapest we may be able to get him for a while. Could be wrong but just my opinion.
Bringing in Zorko and McCluggage. One this week and one next week. Considering Mullin tagging one of the mids , which one do I bring in this week?
TU: Zorko
TD: McCluggage
Who to trade?
TU: Farrow – Harder fixture this week but eagles and tigers to follow
TD: Carroll – Easier fixture this week but freo, hawks and swans to follow
Don’t have Bont; versus value mids. First trade Nas to Whitfield…
TU: Bruhn and Farrow/Carroll to Bont and Def rook (Wedwards or Derksen) with a boost (have 3)
TD: Bruhn to McCluggage
Thanks for your advice.
Wanting a forward upgrade this week
TU: Rankine, AV 85.5, BE 42
TD: T Miller, AV 98.6, BE 87
Rankine $20K cheaper & about to go up more in price, but talk of him being tagged the next couple of weeks, so Miller might be a better option? Or am I better getting Rankine before his price jump?
TU : Trade out Phillipou so I can afford to trade in Roberts as NWM replacement
TD : Trade out Anderson (Coll) and trade in Ash as NWM replacement, advantage of it opens up a M/F in my midfield which is currently stuck with no DPP. and hope Roberts has a stinker soon so he drops in price.
I was thinking Blamires & Farrow to Callaghan & a DEF rookie but there are none.
I’m genuinely stumped this week, so any feedback/suggestions appreciated!
Proven history I would think is the key factor. Ash has shown on halfback and with how the Giants play he’ll accumulate and run, although Ash’s move to the midfield changes things. A much better bye setup also helps Ash’s case but you can’t deny Adelaide wants the ball in Milera’s hands
Is it time to jump on Izak Rankine?
Currently fwd line set up:
(Sheezel, Trac, Pickett, JHF & Flanders)
Things to consider:
Team high CBA’s
Does the role stick?
Would be 4 premium fwds out on same bye
If someone like Merrett gets DPP fwd, the plan would be to flick Flanders to them during the byes.
TU: Go for it
TD: Look elsewhere
Looking ahead, the crows have North, Hawks & Geelong in the next 3 games. I think he could be tagged in at least 2 of them which is making me hesitant.
it does seem now or never.
plenty of teams already have him and if he does what he just did (it was Richmond) it will be a tough watch
my problem is his r12 bye, i already have 5 premiums on that bye, 6 might be too much, maybe
Bruhn + Lindsay to Ash + mcluggage?
why Ash? i see he has been in the midfield more, and his scoring has been average at best
Solid price, great bye round and the floor has still been very good. The upside is still there with Ash if it can click. He went behind the ball late in the game on the weekend and had an impact, I think they will utilise him wherever he can get his hands on it. Eagles this week also makes it more attractive.
Still think he’s top 6 defender at a great price
Why not? Still averaging 103.6 and has a good bye. Top 6 defender for me
there seems to be a whole bunch of players who could, maybe, possible be in the top 6 defenders.
TU – Nick Blakey
TD – Lachie Ash
Liam Henry a good downgrade?
TU – Yes
TD – No
Always rated him as a player but no idea on role or job security.
Other rookies on the bubble this week?
Darragh Joyce – DEF
Nik Cox – MID
But Liam Henry looks the pick of a small bunch.
Yep it feels like Henry goes out for those guys. At this stage I’m going for Cox but the pool is shallow.
I wonder if Sid Draper will ever get a game. With DPP he’d be handy post byes if he did
HH
I think Draper got injured on the weekend – jaw injury????
Who’s playing on the wing for Saints?
Henry played wing at Freo and has played there previously for the Saints.
Ross loves him so maybe he’s best 22 and O’Connell and Byrnes are more likely to drop out.
Windhager and Wilson named last week. I hope you’re right, I’d prefer Henry to Cox. Will await team selection- if Higgins is named and Henry holds his spot maybe he’s ok
Think NAS being out for 3 weeks will help the job security of Liam Henry for the next few weeks at least
Even if Higgins comes back in this week
Dan Butler still listed as 2 to 3 weeks away, and even then would probably need a run in the VFL (after being out a fair few weeks)
2 trade options depending on the severity of Dyson Sharps injury
TU Phillipou to Henry – Lindsay to Ash
Or
TD Phillipou to Henry – Sharp to Cross – Lindsay to Roberts
Is it crazy to trade Cook, Pou and Lindsay -> Callaghan, McCluggage and Derksen? Ideally I would want trade in a playing rookie but I can’t afford it if I want Callaghan and McCluggage. This leaves me with 4 rookies on field
TU – Do it
TD – Don’t
Cook and Lindsay should be your last two rookie upgrades. they are producing on-field scoring not far behind keepers. i would be looking at other rookies to trade out before those two
Have Lindsay & Carroll at D5 & D6 who are pretty much ready to cash in before they start losing cash.
The problem is, not really any defender rookies options that I love with solid JS. This may force me to go up and grab a premium.
Don’t love paying up but there are 2 that I’m missing that look to be top of the line.
TU: Roberts
TD: NAS (if fit)
Downgrade of one
TU Henry
TD Cross
Is this a good trade this week?
OUT: J Serong + A Anderson + D Robertson
IN: McCluggage + Rankine + Joyce
TU: good trades
TD: too reactionary
Out
Farrow and carroll
In
Joyce and rankin
Joyce not ideal but not many other downgrade options
T.u good moves
T.d bad tades
great if Rankine fits your bye. how many other R12 bye players do you have?
Willem duursma, farrow, steene –> Joyce, mccluggage, touk miller
Tu good trades
Td bad trades
Tu touk
Td jhf
Honestly mate, toss a coin at this rate. From basically F4 onwards, they all seem to be scoring up and down, with respectable floors. My advice would be to prepared for some highs and lows with either. Personally, I would go JHF as I believe he has the bigger ceiling. Good luck!
This week was absolutely insane hope it happens again x
trading out: xerri and butters
trading in: ben cunnington and N fyfe
TU: hi good trade
TD: am i geeked
I see this guy every week hahaha
i’m hoping Mark (i’m an individual) Jackson will be picked up in the mid-season draft. i’d hold off until then.
Has everyone forgotten about Relton Roberts the greatest s/c scorers ever…heard he has nominated for mid season draft.
Out: McAndrew, Phillipou, Lindsay
In: Joyce, Rankine, Kozzy Pickett
TU – good trades
TD – think again
it might be best to wait on Picket. has 150BE and a tough run of games, aim to get him cheaper now
Use my last boost to go duursma > McCluggage
TU: Yes
TD: No
TU – Wayne Milera
TD – Ash
Who to trade out?
TU – Blamires
TD – A.Anderson
Anderson’s 20 drops out next week. He should still make plenty of money
In need of a premium defender.
Is Archie Robert’s still a pick at 597k?
Looking at his upcoming fixtures as a non owner makes me think it could get pretty ugly. He has D1 potential in this filthy role.
Will grab Clugg the following week as I suspect he will cop the Mullin tag this week.
TU/TD
Neale will get the tag.
Shown he can be controlled with a tag.
$600k for a defender
Much better value elsewhere and do not buy when on a spike score.
Wait a couple of weeks or buy basically anyone else.
I think it’s because cash gen looks like it’s going to be difficult for a while, and Roberts is priced close to top of his value.
The alternative would be someone like Zorko who I have no trust in his body. Would almost rather pay up for Roberts now and take a punt on someone if needed around that 450k mark as my last upgrade if I am struggling for cash. Wilkie for example will be at a really good price soon and I have much more faith in him over someone like Zorko.
everything that goes up, must come down.
$600k is way too much to spend.
NAS is fit is the only other one I like. May lean towards him at 559k. Seems like a good price.
why did he miss last week?
‘Managed’, but will wait and see what comes out this week. If he’s right to go, I’ll probably grab him.
No idea why you asked the question of “ is Robert’s a good buy” If you were not going to take the advice.
This weekend’s not the time to buy Roberts.
I am sure your other lines are in need of assistance.
For the same money you can get the like of Holmes in mids. They say he may even get dpp mid/def
Derek
A corkie i think
derek…Reports today that he collected a Corkie last week but went to Darwin expecting to play but was still a bit iffy on the day so they took the precautionary path…

Trading in Zorko vs B Uwland for Farrow
TU: Zork

Carrol and Bruhn out
Callaghan and Joyce in
Only issue is I now have Joyce starting on field unless Marshall comes back in and I will have to keep Blamires who is my D5
TD: don’t go for Callaghan and go for Ash?
I just feel the value of Callaghan is too good though
I cannot see Joyce holding his spot this week
With Ty Gallop & Darcy Gardiner & Noah Answerth all potentially coming back into Brisbane’s backline
And Jarrod Berry may also be back for Brisbane – so they could also push Reville etc back (if Berry plays wing again)
TU: Zorko +60k
TD: Ash
Got cash for a double upgrade of fallen premos with 1 spot in the mids and 1 in defence so which mid?
TU: Callaghan
TD: McCluggage
Which defender?
TU: Sicily
TD: Zorko
2 boosts left. Is it worth using one on Flanders to Touk Miller?
TU Yes Miller is a Top 6 forward
TD No. Hold fire and look to upgrade later on
Flanders has been a bit disappointing this year – averaging 92.4 points per game
But apart from Petracca & Sheezel, all the forwards this year are a bit “up & down” with their scoring
And Flanders is still the 12th highest averaging forward, and he just scored 120 points on the weekend
He is an easy hold, and continue to upgrade the rookies IMO
TU: Out Walsh, Bruhn and Carroll – In Zorko, Callaghan and Joyce
TD: Out Bruhn and Carroll – In Callaghan and Joyce
Comment: Out Bruhn and Carroll – In Zorko and Joyce

That is a dilemma. Carroll surely loses money this week, he had one 100+ score but otherwise nothing special. Anderson should make more cash once his 20 is gone.
Perez is only 150k still, could he be considered?
I have this exact same issue
I might just have to go one up one down or Boost and trade Bruhn as well and go one up two down and bank
Ash and Joyce or something like that
Hey team –
TU – Trade Tsatas and Bruhn (clears possibly dead rookie)
TD – Trade Pou and Bruhn (pockets more cash now)
Hold off yet, Tsatas every chance to come back in for Sharp after another good VFL game.
Problem is Tsatas always plays well in the VFL but clearly the coaching staff don’t rate him
Is Dayne Zorko a legitimate option? Seems to have bottomed out and only 458k
TU – good option
TD – too injury prone, look elsewhere
Every year I find Zork a two trade scenario…. 1 trade to get him in and then a second trade to bitterly take him out a few rounds later…
He played every game the last two years. The only years he’s missed more than 3 games were 2023 and his rookie season so I don’t think you can say that
Trading out: Bruhn, Lindsay and Caroll
Trading in:
TU – Lachie Ash, LDU, Derksen
TD – Roberts, Clug, Derksen
trade out will ashcroft?
tu yes
tu no
surely you have some rookies to purge before doing this
Early thoughts
JSerong and Robertson OUT
Ash and Henry IN
disclaimer: this will almost certainly change before Thursday night
Need some advice with my team, unsure if I should do a double downgrade as I am short for cash with just 77k in the bank – or one up one down?
DEF – NWM, J.Clark, J.Daicos, J.Lindsay, K.Coleman, W. Edwards (T.Marshall, J.Busslinger)
MID – Z.Butters, M. Bontompelli, Z.Merrett. N.Daicos, E.Richards, M.Murdoch, P.Retschko, S.Cumming (E. Tsatas, D.Sharp, A.Anderson
RUC – B. Grundy, L. Jackson (ZZ)
FWD – H. Sheezel, C.Petracca, K. Pickett, S. Flanders, B. Cook, M. Phillipou, (L.Lombard, T.Edwards)
FLX: Blamires
TU – Sharp (injured), Blamires > Henry, Joyce
TD – Sharp, Blamires > Henry, Ash
Comment for any suggestions, much appreciated
You’ve got plenty of cash gen in the team. No need to double downgrade
Defenders Whitfield Sinclair Clark Houston Lindsay Blamires
Bench Marshall Edwards
Midfielders Butters Bontempelli Holmes Daicos Petracca Steele Callaghan Ashcroft
Bench Retschko Anderson Scerri
Rucks Jackson McAndrew
Bench Zakostelsky

Bench Edwards Dovaston
Flex Murdock
Bank 37k
TU. OUT Marshall Rachele IN Joyce McCluggage BANK 87K
TD. OUT Blamires Edwards IN Cox Joyce BANK 269K (dont have to field leo then)
or comment for any other trades i should do
Is this worth using a boost for? Still have 1 left.
Out: Phillipou, Farrow, Blamires
In: Sinclair, Henry, L Smith
Leaves $148k ITB
Team would look like:
DEF: Whitfield, NAS, Sinclair, Strewart, Lindsay, Busslinger (Marshall, Perez)
MID: Butters, Smith, Bont, Daicos, Walsh, McLuggage, Serong, Murdock (Anderson, Cumming, Sharp)
RUCK: Jackson, McAndrew (Smith)
FWD: Sheezel, Petracca, Pickett, JHF, Flanders, Henry (Lombard, Steene)
FLEX: Retschko
henry risky
Another option is:
Out: Farrow, Phillipou
In: Rankine, Henry
$41k ITB
Option to boost and go Blamires for Joyce which leaves $217K ITB for next week.
Bruhn > Cox
Carroll > Nas
Gets Carroll off the field and moves Lindsay to D6. Don’t have the confidence with Zorko and question marks over paying up for Roberts. Feel like NAS is a good price and top of his line.
Who to trade out first?
TU: Farrow
TD: Lindsay
Sammy Durham – 389k, coming off a 102,106 and back in the CBAs in a struggling Essendon team, Mid/Fwd
?POD:
Tu Y
Td N
Shhhhhh !!!
Hahah that was all I needed to pull the trigger Wighty!
Who do we think has better job security
TU – Joyce
TD – Henry
neither are very good.
Actually latrelle Pickett makes a lot of sense.
i’ll probably go Henry, just ahead of Pickett, just because of his massive low BE and if he gets a couple of decent scores he can make quick cash. but if henry not named, i’m liking Pickett
TU Ed Richards or TD Callaghan? Really not sure
does your bye planning help decide. for me i am already overweight in R12 and R16, so i would go Callaghan (did that last week)
Not worth grabbing right now if you don’t have him until the 67 drops out of the price cycle but will definitely be worth considering at that stage
who is bigger priority to upgrade?
K Coleman TU
M Phillipou TD
Coleman will be one of the last upgrades. he started the season a bit under-done, but the next 7 games he has averaged 85 (with decent TOG). he runs all day and can put on 15-20 ponts in a few minutes. he might even get better as the season goes.
TU:
Out Carrol, Blamires and Bruhn
In Ash, Joyce and Cox (I have one boost left of I use this) and bank cash
TD:
Out Carrol and Bruhn – keep Blamires
In Ash and Cox
I wanted Clug or Callaghan but I can’t make it work trading Carrol, Blamires and Bruhn as I have Blamires and Carrol in my back line
Could also boost to rid myself of Marshall for Derksen to bank some cash as well
Who to trade out first?
TU: Philipou
TD: McAndrew
McAndrew is in flex and Pou forward.
I’m thinking Pou for Rankine or McAndrew to a fallen premo like Nando. My forward line is weak compared to my midfield.
Tu ash
Td mcclugage
Baily Smith, Heeney or mcluggage trading out parish??
My initial thoughts is smith
No idea why you asked the question of “ is Robert’s a good buy” If you were not going to take the advice.
This weekend’s not the time to buy Roberts.
I am sure your other lines are in need of assistance.
For the same money you can get the like of Holmes in mids. They say he may even get dpp mid/def
What are you asking?
Who will have the better average at the end of the year?
Better question is who will have the better scores from now on.
Better still who is the best value that allows me to make my team better.
It is better to get two 110 average players at $500k each than 1 130 average at 650k and some muppet at $350k
you can’t compare Heeney & Smith to McCluggage at their prices. $200k price diff.
Trade out: zurharr farrow Rachelle
Trade in: mcclug rankine Henry
Yes or no?
Out: Blamires, Cook
In: 2 x Premium Def.
TU: Whitfield, Sinclair
TD: Ash, Sinclair
Comment: Anyone else?
Opps. Bond out, not Cook.
Can anyone give me job security update on Darragh Joyce?
On paper it looks like he could be a straight swap for Dizz Gardner, although Curtin is also still in the team at the moment.
Cheers legends x
i don’t think its very good.
i’ll put my rookie review up tomorrow
Need someone from round 15 bye!
TU – Pay up for A. Roberts (598k)
TD – Go for the value of D. Zorko (459k)
But why do we think this about Zorko? He played every game the last two years, including all the finals up to the granny
I’ve never had him for the same reason and kept seeing so many comments about how many games he misses but when I actually looked at his career, he’s only really had one season significantly hampered by injury.
is mcclugage for bruhn even worth it right now? If not would it be safer to go for a premo like ash/richards etc
TU: Go for value and get mcclugage
TD: Go for top end premo
TU:
Farrow –> Zorko
Jacques –> Joyce
TD:
McAndrew –> Rookie RUCK
Duursma –> LDU
23 Trades left.
Use a boost to do:
Farrow & Pou > Cox & Joyce
Then 390k to upgrade to a Mcclug type
Joyce isn’t worth a boost. Can you do Farrow & Pou to Cox & a McCluggage/Zorko type
TU – Sharp > Henry
TD – Hold Sharp for a better downgrade option in coming weeks
TU – A. Roberts
TD – One of D.Zorko, H. McCluggage, I. Rankine
I am so lost so any help is appreciated

Flex: Butters
21 trades left
Out Farrow, Blamires (or Jaques)
In Ash, (Cheap Rookie?)
team looks good.
do you have a boost left?
your problem this week is not much cash, meaning if you trade out Farrow and Jaques (if not named) you only have $570k to spend on a rookie and a keeper. Even trading Blamires instead of Jaques will only give you $600k.
You might have to look at selling Durrsma and either Farrow or Jaques, give you the cash to get a big dog.
TU – Liam Henry
TD – Paddy Cross
Trade out: Farrow, Lindsay
Trade in: Dale, Edwards
Steene to Henry is probably my other trade to get the cash.
it is only Monday.
I agree about McCluggage and for me it’s between him and Callaghan for this week. I’m leaning Callaghan since he has WCE this week and McCluggage may get the Mullin tag. Ideally want both by next week anyways
i got Callaghan last week. Thinking he would get a nice kick along, but he had a shocker of a first quarter.
I do worry about the Mullin tag this week
Would the Mullin tag go to McCluggage? There’s also Neale to consider, and possibly even Dunkley?
McCluggage with a BE of 77, a projection of 89 sees an increase in price of $5,400, so there’s something to be said he can wait a week?
his price is just too good to ignore
Currently 20 trades and 1 boost left.
TU – Duursma & Farrow -> Roberts & Rookie
TD – Duursma, Farrow & Carroll -> McCluggage, Zorko & Rookie
Is J Clark and Farrow –> Whitfield and Joyce a silly move. Clark has done my head in.
TU Sound move to get premonition
TD Look for better value and JS rook or don’t sideways trade
Should I use my last boost?
Out – Lindsay, Bruhn, duursma
In – Robert’s, Derksen, Callaghan
On the fence between Robert’s/ash and Callaghan/mccluggage
Need to bring in a defender from the round 15 bye ideally.
Roberts looks great but is priced right up there currently.
Zorko is value but I have major concerns over his body/ getting managed at some point.
TU: Roberts 597k
TD: Zorko 458k
I like Robert’s but odds are he will have a bad game at some stage, money is important in this game I’m waiting for a price drop.
You are probably right, the thing is I need a defender this week. Roberts also has Richmond and westcoast in the next 3 which makes me think he won’t be dropping in price anytime soon.
TU: Use a boost and trade Lindsay to Roberts
TD: Lindsay to Ash/Zorko/etc in 2 trades
What do people think out of McCarthy zorko or j daicos??? For a mid price back.
Thanks
Zorko’s the best out of those three given his history despite the ongoing injury risk.
I’ve had Daicos since the start and he has been frustrating to own. High possessions but mostly uncontested and Houston’s emergence has reduced his output a bit. Would avoid
Who will play more games until their bye round
TU: Joyce
TD: Henry
Joyce will be lucky to get a game this week

Hey all I’m playing for rank currently just outside top 4k. Question is who scores more from here
TU – Touk Miller
TD – Izak Rankine
Miller in theory should be the more consistent scorer & is known for strong finishes to seasons but has a change in role to the high half forward.
Rankine more inconsistent even when given full time mid, has the ceiling to go 120+ however. Role will be a constant watch with him.
Appreciate your thoughts.
Blamires-Nick Cox, Duursma – Callaghan and Bruhn – McCluggage.
Good

DEF: Roberts, Sinclair,Clark, Lindsay, Blamires and Carroll (Marshall, Perez)
MID: Butters, Bont, Merrett, Daicos, Walsh, Bruhn, Cook, Murdock ( Retschko, Anderson, Cumming)
RUCK: Jackson, Gawn

Forwards are complete
I really wanted to be able to Trade Bruhn, Lindsay and Carroll for Ash, Mcluggage and a downgrade in defense. I cant make that happen, id have to choose between getting Mcluggage or Ash – The only way I can do it is by trading Carroll, Blamires and Walsh to Ash, Mcluggage and Joyce/Derksen – Keeping Bruhn for now.
Would that be dumb? Am I better off just doing – Blamires and Carroll out, Ash and Derksen in and keeping Bruhn for now and waiting on Clug?
your problem might be if Derksen/Joyce, Marshall and Perez all don’t play.
If you trade Bruhn to McCluggage, how much more cash do you need?
If I trade out just Bruhn I’m left with 424k so not enough for Clug
Could do something crazy
Trade out JHF, Carroll and Bruhn for Mcluggage, Whitfield and Cox
Move Cook as F6 for the foreseeable future
Don’t trade JHF or Walsh. The team needs too much work to be trading non-rookies. Blamires and Carroll out to Ash & Derksen is the right way to go I think but could be worth going for a Zorko/Sicily type and then a playing rookie if neither Marshall or Perez are named and you need that extra player on field
I’m leaning towards the value of Clug, Bruhn and Carrol out and keeping Blamires for a bit. If Marshall and Perez don’t play I’ll switch it to a mid rookie and get someone like ash or Zorko instead.
Just one up one down

Out: Phillipou & Sharp
In: L Pickett & Cox & $271,600
This isn’t the week for Kozzy. He has a breakeven of 150 so wait for that 65 to cycle out
T/u – Blamires to Sinclair
(already have 6 premos on round 16 bye)
T/d – Lindsay to Roberts
Not really keen on any other defenders.
Straight swap of flex…McAndrew to McCluggage. Really suits byes.
Leaves $120itb
TU Yeah
TD Nay
thats 120k !!!
Roles?
T/U: Whitfield
T/D: Ash
price + $500,000 / 8000
I would say that Ash, with that midfield role, has the bigger potential upside but Whitfield is safer.
Zero maths involved I should add.
Which trades better
TU: McAndrew and farrow to Bont and rookie (McAndrew is flex)
TD: Philippou and farrow to trac and rookie
TU: Marshall & Phillipou to Ash & Henry
TD: Phillipou & Lindsay to Zorko & Callaghan
Can trade out McAndrew (TU) instead of Lindsay (TD) too so which of them goes first if I go TD?
TU: Henry
TD: Cox
Hi guys! This is my 2nd year playing and I found this forum in Round 0 which has helped me heaps (last year I was awful). Would love some advice on what to do from here as I’m kinda stuck.
My team currently:
DEF: Whitfield, NWM, Clark, Houston, Lindsay, Sellwood (Carroll, Perez)
MID: Butters, Holmes, Daicos, Dawson, C Serong, Murdock, Blamires, Cumming (Retschko, Anderson, Burton)
RUCK: Xerri, Gawn (Steene)
FWD: Sheezel, Petracca, K.Pickett, Z.Bailey, Flanders, Phillipou (Marshall, Lombard)
Flex: McAndrew
I’ve got 23 trades and 1 boost with $79k ITB.
Any advice is appreciated!
team looks good. what is your rank?
if that was my team i would look at doing a one up/one down trade to get the Bont.
Probably McAndrew and either Carroll or Blamires. That should allow you to get the Bont.
I’m ranked 51,078. I like the sound of the trade you proposed. So do you think I should not boost this week?
Originally I was thinking about Lindsay, Blamires, Steene for Bont, L.Smith, L.Henry (moving Marshall to DEF).
I just don’t know which non premos are best to keep for cash gen.
I think using your last boost for two questionable rookies is a bit questionable. Could you do Lindsay & Philippou to Smith & Bont then swing Steene fwd?
Yes I can do that and still have $46k in the bank.
Hmm smart thinking about wasting a boost on questionable rookies. Great advice.
Will save the boost and bring in Bont.
i would hold Lindsay though. his role is great and i can see him scoring 80’s in that role and be quite a nice onfield scorer
you need Bont
the boosts are there when you have a NWM injury, sideways to a Sinclair
Rewording an initial poll I had cause maybe no downgrades this week is the way to go.
TU: Marshall to Ash
TD: Phillipou & Lindsay/McAndrew to Callaghan & Zorko
Who goes?
TU: McAndrew
TD: Lindsay
Everyone upvoting McAndrew can I ask the reasoning?
he has Xerri this week. might even lose cash
My team this year has been awful,so I have decided to abandon ship. Now I have time on my hands I think might target a bye round, and hopefully have a win. Not the one where Carlton is on a bye.
are you still in the SC Cup?
Hold or Trade NAS
Out for atleast 3 weeks
And has his bye rd 16
TU: Hold
TD: trade
TU – Blamires > Ash
TD – NAS > Ash & trade NAS back in later on
Could you do both out and get Ash and someone else?
Farrow nas duursma –> mcclugage ash durham
Tu good
Td bad
I have 500k to spend on a mid & would prefer a DPP but can suffice
TU – Clug
TD – Callaghan
Comment for Mcinerney or any other options
do we hold NAS
TU- Hold
TD- Trade
Who to prioritise this week?
TU: Rankine
TD: NAS
NAS out for 3 weeks
Just saw NAS out for next 3
New TD: Zorko
NAS out for 3 weeks – and it’s a calf injury. Sideways trade him?
TU- yep, sideways trade him
TD- no, keep him
Thoughts on this?
Nas and Bruhn to Zorko and Mccluggae
132k banked for Farrow to rookie and Mcandrew to Grundy next week
Bont or McCluggage
TU Bont: requires boost (1 remaining after this) – Carroll, Anderson, Phillipou to Bont, Henry, Dersken
TD Clug: Carroll and Anderson to Clug and Dersken
Not a fan of any downgrades this week. Cox, Joyce, Henry so I think I might go
R3 Mitch Edwards > Lachy smith
Bruhn > mccluggage or Callaghan
T/U yes
T/D naaa
OUT: Gothard and Bruhn
IN: L.Henry and Finn Callaghan
what we think?
TU
TD
Trading Bruhn and NWM and want to still feel like I’m upgrading so will grab two “premiums”
Which combination is better?
T/U – Archie Roberts and Sam Durham
T/D – Zorko and McLuggage
I need to trade Farrow or Carroll – both in DEF and on ground.. not many downgrade options available.
TU – Farrow —> Joyce
TD – Carroll —> Joyce
Or comment for any other options to get me out of this mess
Would look at Derksen instead. Joyce has such little job security that you may as well downgrade to a $99k player who might get a game eventually
Trade in priority for this week:
TU Serong v Essendon
TD Flanders v Richmond
If I trade Farrow, I have 508K for some one in the back line.
TU: Milera
TD: Zorko
Comment if Blakey or Noble would be a better option?
Current defence premiums are;
Whitfield, Sinclair, Ash & Clark.
2 spots remaining and I don’t have Roberts, Nas and possibly Holmes if he gets DEF.
Surely I need to target at least 2 of them?
I get there is value elsewhere but I don’t want to leave multiple ‘must haves’ out on one line.
TU: Pay up for Roberts/Holmes
TD: Target value such as Zorko/Blakey
outside the top 4, there is a range of players who can all be a top 6 defender, from dale, Zorko, Mills, houston, blakey, parker, milera, wilkie, daicos, worrell, stewart, mccarthy, sicily, bowey, amon…..
i’m going to leave that upgrade to near the last, and pick up whoever is the cheapest of that lot, they can all average between 90-100
in the meantime im happy to keep Lindsay and Coleman there. they won’t be far behind anyone else i pick
Hi all,

Adjusted plan.. This will use my last boost. So not sure if worth it for the improvements or not. Will have 26k in bank remaining. Open to thoughts and comments as well 🙂
OUT: T.Stewart, Gothard, Bruhn
IN: B.Dale, L.Henry, F.Callaghan
Tu worth it
TD save the boost
stewart to dale seems a bit like for like
TU: Callaghan
TD: Nando
Hello, I’ve decided I’m getting rid of NWM, I have enough money to afford either Finn or LDU. Both have good runs and LDU’s bye works well for me.
TU: F Callaghan
TD: L Davies-Uniacke
Thankyou
LDU has to pass a fitness test this week
Disregard above comment I haven’t got enough cash to afford LDU.

$80k is a big difference, i’d take Rankine at that price
TU NAS, Farrow, D Sharp to Ash, Derksen, Callaghan
TD NAS, Farrow, A Anderson to Whitfield, Derksen, Callaghan
Thanks Legends
Does anyone know what Will Edwards JS is like from the Swans? Have heard a lot of good things about him this week.
Didn’t pick him last week, but I feel like there is still enough money to be made if he can stay in the side over the byes.
No real defensive rookie options coming through and I could use a downgrade option.
TU: W. Edwards (158k)
TD L. Henry (160k)
He has done nothing wrong, and can take the oppos biggest fwd. McCartin the worry.
I have him.
TU: NWM -> Roberts
TD: NWM -> Zorko
Blamires -> Derksen
Sharp -> Jack Ross/ Zac Bailey
Is Archie Roberts really a must have
TU: Roberts
TD: Dale
If you can afford Roberts, it’s him.
My biggest question mark was him with Redman back in the team. Spewing I didn’t jump on earlier now in hindsight. He is a must have defender imo, every chance to finish the season as D1.
he looks like he is a must have, but not at $600k
Based on his average since round 2 (First game was a different role and managed tog), what price do you expect to be able to get him at? Take away the first score, he is averaging 122.5.
Looking at Essendons upcoming fixtures, I actually think it’s the cheapest we may be able to get him for a while. Could be wrong but just my opinion.
the problem with $600k players, one bad score and it sets in motion a 3 week drop in price
A premo going down in price doesn’t matter once they’re in your team. You only lose when you sell
Trading out
Nas and McAndrew
Bringing in
Jackson and Henry
Leaves $140k in the bank for next week’s upgrades
T.u – yes
T.d – no
I think I’d look at getting 2 cheaper premos instead of paying up for Jackson at the cost of a rookie with shaky job security
So could do say Callaghan and a Def 480,00 and under.
Is that better?
Way better. Zorko, Sicily even Short or Stewart if you’re brave would all work ok
Farrow nas duursma –>
Tu ash durham mcclugage
Td roberts picket henry (could be changed to any premo def/fwds)
Looking for a 2nd ruck cos Nank out.
Should i accept TDK for my Darcy Wilson, or just keep and start Blicavs.
Blicavs
What is Blicavs role? And is there any potential in TDK’s scoring while sharing ruck duties with Marshall?
SuperCoach Draft btw^
TU – NAS, Blamires > Ash, Callaghan
TD – NAS, Blamires > Ash, Mccluggage
Gonna trade NAS to ->
TU: Whitfield
TD: Roberts
TU: Zorko
TD: Ash
Will Duursma – worth keeping or upgrading?
T/U – keep another week
T/D – trade him
If to a keeper, trade; if to a rookie for cash, hold
Need to trade Farrow out of the backline.
Will give me 480K for a Def.
T/U – Zorko
T/D – J Daicos
Comment if I should keep for another week to have some extra cash
Bruhn to derksen if named
McAndrew to Grundy (next 3 – Pies, Geel and rich
That little 3 game run looks juicy
Worth boosting (Angry Anderson to Nik Cox) to do Bruhn to Mccluggage?
T/U – Yes
T/D – No
TU – Zorko
TD – Mills
Trade Out
TU Lindsay
TD K Coleman
TU: Ash
TD: Zorko + 60k
Trade out NAS
TU: Trade in Zorko +100k
TD: Swing to flex and Grundy
Better buy this week?
T/u – McLuggage
T/d – Rankine
Who to drop?
TU- Grlj
TD- Farrow
Thanks
TU: Liam Henry
TD: Nik Cox
Jagga and Josh Lindsay >> Derksen and Bont
TU: Good trades
TD: Wait another week to get Bont
Are we still all trading in Joyce even with his omission this week?
Tu: Yes
TD: No
Bringing in Zorko and McCluggage. One this week and one next week. Considering Mullin tagging one of the mids , which one do I bring in this week?
TU: Zorko
TD: McCluggage
Is NWM and WDuursma to McClugga and Rankine too much of a sideways trade?
Ive decided NWM has to go and Duursma is stable but peaked.
TU-> Sound move
TD->Take one of the two and rookie + cash for other upgrades
NAS, Pou, Farrow > Sinclair, Ash, Cox?
Can’t afford Henry, and don’t really trust Joyce.
Leaves me with 20 trades, 1 boost, 23k.
Rank 8.5k, and need wins on board in league
Who to trade?
TU: Farrow – Harder fixture this week but eagles and tigers to follow
TD: Carroll – Easier fixture this week but freo, hawks and swans to follow
Both should be gone by next week latest unless a spike score. I’d be trading out Carroll first though
Thinking of going early on Lindsay to bring in Archie Roberts …
T/U: Out – Lindsay and Pou In: Henry and A Roberts.
Otherwise, trades will be:
T/D: Out: Pou and Carroll In: McCluggage and William Edwards.
Can’t move Carroll from defence to bring in someone else which I’d prefer.
Torn between Callaghan and Mccluggage. Given his average is much higher than Mccluggage and not that much more $$$ why would Clug be a better option?
TU Roberts
TD Whitfield
TU Walsh> Bont
TD Wilkie > Whitfield
Downgrade to Henry in FWD or use DPP swap to get in Smith at R3 (seems like English may be done for a little)
TU Henry
TD Smith
Might be going a bit early on this…
Jauqes and Farrow for Derksen and L. Smith- move McAndrew to Flex…
have $410k in the bank, 22 trades 3 boosts for a double upgrade next week
TU – Ash, Callaghan (82k ITB)
TD – Whitfield, Clug (28k ITB)
With 500k to spend on a mid, who would you guys target?
Much appreciated.
Noah Anderson or Miller, swing forward for F5/6
Also Jack Steele <500k
OUT: NAS, Phillipou, Marshall
IN: Sinclair, Smith (Steene to F8), Rankine
TU or TD
TU – zorko
TD – rankine
Blicavs or Bailey Williams for SC Draft
Couple of POD trades for me.
IN Durham, Blakey.
OUT Marshall, Bruhn.
T/U Go for it
T/D Wasting my time
Trade
Tu carrol
Td farrow
Bring in
tu mccluggage
td callaghan
Bring in
tu ash
td zorko
TU – Callaghan
TD – Serong
Young just gone on to my Never Again list.
NAS to
TU: Sinclair
TD: Whitfield
TU: both – make it work
Tossing up between Will Edwards and Liam Henry. What’s Henry’s job security like with Liam Ryan and Dan Butler back soon?
TU: Will Edwards
TD: Liam Henry
Last week’s trades were
Bruhn, Grlj & Jacques → , Burton & Kozzy
Team before trades this week:
Def – NWM, Sinclair, Houston, McCarthy, Lindsay, Farrow (Sellwood, Marshall)
Mid – Butters, Bont, Holmes, Daicos, W.Duursma, Cook, Murdock, S.Cumming (Blamires, Retschko, Burton)
Ruc – Jackson, Gawn (McAndrew)
Fwd – Sheezel, Trac, Kozzy, JHF, Flanders, Phillipou (Lombard, Dovaston)
Flex – J.Smith
$129,300 ITB, 24 Remaining Trades. (2 Boosts)
I was thinking Blamires & Farrow to Callaghan & a DEF rookie but there are none.
I’m genuinely stumped this week, so any feedback/suggestions appreciated!
My Last trades last week were
Bruhn, Grlj & Jacques → S.Cumming, Burton & Kozzy
TU – Wayne Milera (BE 55) $503k
TD – Ash (BE 102) $512k
Both have the same total points. Is there a reason Ash is better as many people allude to?
Proven history I would think is the key factor. Ash has shown on halfback and with how the Giants play he’ll accumulate and run, although Ash’s move to the midfield changes things. A much better bye setup also helps Ash’s case but you can’t deny Adelaide wants the ball in Milera’s hands
Moneys tight
TU – Whitfield
TD – Ash
i was trading Nas to Sinclair and Young to McCluggae.
But was $100 short on that trade.
options are:
TU: to use a boost and trade out Anderson to Nik Cox or Steene to Henery, or
TD: instead of Sinclair, trade in Dale who is $400 cheaper.
First option will leave me 21 trades and 1 boost, option 2 will leave 22 trades and 2 boosts.
Steene to Cox was my first choice and get Sinclair, but Steene is going solo this week, it is against Grundy, but he might do ok and make some cash.
TU D Sharp to Ash
TD A Anderson to Whitfield
Whit is preferred by not enough cash from trading D Sharp
TU:
Farrow –> Ash (got Roberts, Whitfield + Sinclair but not convinced Ash is in the same air as the others)
Jacques –> Derksen
Then Marshall –> K. Pickett next week
TD:
Duursma –> LDU
Marshall –> L. Henry
Keep Farrow on field
Then Lombard –> Pickett next week
Ended up mcandrew to mccluggage which didn’t exactly go to plan.
Jagga up to Bont or sit tight given Jaggas price bump ?
