The land at Bellerive is prime land, beachfront, looks over the water to the city centre under the occasionally snow capped mountain, fifteen minutes bike ride or forty minutes walk away.
They seem to be playing the same game with the University in Sandy Bay, moving the campus off the most expensive real estate in Tassie, ten minutes drive from Hobart’s CBD.
