Small or Far Away, Father Dougal on Cows

Hi Everybody!

Still working on the VC & C post. I totally forgot the 4th of July holiday here and it falling on Cow talk day. Hopefully next week.

Trimming the number of cows this week. Will add some of the new ones and drop some that are not so relevant anymore.

Defenders

Wilmot: Wow, a 120 out of nowhere. If you hadn’t gotten aroundto unooading him, well, it might be worth waiting a week or two. It may not be, but he could go up $30k in two weeks at his current average.

Mitchell His five round average is 82. He looks to be going up for one more week for sure, and maybe more. He is also doing well enough that he could be an emergency F6 or D6, or good F7/D7 cover.

Ashcroft:

Last week: Falling from his peak. Still valuable and does play at the Gabba this week. Still, he looks to be dropping.  Not the worst player to be stuck with as M8, but still not so good you want that.

This week: Yup, did play at The Gabba and went mad. Nice.  Play there v the Eagles next week. So, looks to go up, might score well, tempting to hold a little longer if you can.

Briggs:  Was held to a mere mortal’s 87 v Gawn.  Will keep going up for a while. But, who still owns him as a cow? He is my R2, so price, meh. If you needed him as a cow, he was sold R15, right? But, in case, still doing him numbers. Also, they are fun to see.

Phillips: A 51 is more like what we would have expected, although the Roo’s game was a bit bonkers.  Now is a good time to sell.  Could pull another big score, but who wants to bet on that?

  1. I must be a rarity then, held Briggs R15 as a cow. Felt like my best way to full premo, so appreciate you doing the numbers still!
