For those with Keays, I’d thought I would add info about how he played last week.
Looking at the stats of last week he had 16 CBA.
1 occured in the 1st half, thus 1/16 CBA, then 7 and 8, in the 3rd and final term, being 15/17 CBA.
So he played 1 half in the forward line last week and that is when the game was still all square at the end of it.
When he moved to the mid, the Crows had more control of the game and won it, so that should hopefully tell the coach he is not a forward!
At the moment I am unsure whether too hold or trade.. one of keays or crisp need to move on to get Laird next week for my GFs… if keays gets that midfield role back permanently he’s a no brainer to hold. But can’t afford to see him play a 50/50 split. Crisp is just as horrible.
1 trade left for the year…
Keays too laird right now or hold off and make the move next week to make sure I have no injuries pop up during the round?
TU: make the trade and captain Laird
TD: hold off
I am quite concerned with Laird as something just doesn’t seem right with him. North have had the last 10 centre bounce clearances in a row and Laird has spent only 70% TOG, the 2nd lowest of the team.
Laird has had 9 disposals, 3 contested and 2 tackles for 30 points. This is not like him
Laird is either injured or Crows are tanking and keeping him away from the ball. There is no way a top 10 prolific midfielder this season can be this bad against North.
Only 2 disposals that term, with 1 being a behind. He also had 15 disposals in the first half, which makes it seem he has been taken off the ball again.
This 4th term I am seeing him sit in the forward line, which is really causing some concerns.
Yeah just flicked the tele on..
Definitely been parked deep forward and not being hit up at all by the midfield. Everything going to Fogarty or Tex. bugger
This is where I wonder if this is experimentation for next season, since they have been ruled out of finals and have had games against non-dominant opponents.
With this occurring, I somewhat hope it could make him DPP next season, so it makes up for this.
My two uniques in this game letting me down massively, Keays screwed by his coach and Goldy just not performing. Wish I had trades to do something about it.
2 trades left.
Short out for Hall
TU Do it
TD Leave it

This was all off the back of the Carlton game where he attended 0 centre bounces
Thanks nato!

TU: trade keays
TD: trade crisp
Wayne Milera (back soreness) has been replaced by James Rowe.
No changes for the Roos.
Medical subs:
@Adelaide_FC – Ben Davis
@NMFCOfficial – Hugh Greenwood
Bring in
TU: Worrell + 80k
TD : Hollands with dpp
Purely bench cover for next week

Laird with 58% TOG in that 1st term for 12 SC points.
Not the start many would want
Trying to make a decision as to whether to trade out one of Short or Crisp or keep 2 trades for next week
TU: Trade out Short / Crisp this week
TD: Hold fire and can always do that next week with 2 trades to use then.

I’m more concerned about keays third quarter.. without watching I’m guessing he’s playing forward again after starting midfield

Worrell going really well.
Who would you take off field to get Worrells score if 90+ in the end?
TU – Short
TD – Crisp
