Game Chat – Geelong v Hawthorn

Written by Thommo on August 15 2015

What was the greatest rivalry between 2008 and 2013 lost its edge in the last year with Hawthorn gaining ascendency. But Geelong has rediscovered its form in defeating Sydney, GWS and the Bulldogs in the last month and Hawthorn is returning from a tough game in the West.

Game on!

With Stevie J playing his 250th and finals on the line the Cats will be hungry. I can smell an upset here!

Congrats to Stevie J for 250 brilliant (in his words) games and Chip Frawley for 150 games.

Thommo’s tip: Hawthorn by 6 points (+1 heart attack for me).

  4. Ahhhhh the power of SuperCoach. I’m out having beers at a bday party and I look at the tv screen as a North supporter and I’m gutted to see James Kelly wearing the red vest.
