      • David C.. on JPK.

Its his last year for sure. He’s been coming to my cafe in Bondi for years. He lived across the road before buying a house when he had the second kid. He implied its his last year. He actually said that the younger guys have gone past him. I’m not sure we will see him start many games this year unless they get a few injuries.

  1. Should be a ripper down at tassie. Buddy looks like he’s ready to tear us apart. Hoping the fellas can deliver today. Sicily, Mccartin with ward and McDonald on the bench.

  2. Heeney has started like this his last few games. Then he goes on a tear late and scores a few crucial goals and tons up. watch him go in the second half.

I’m not an owner, most of my opposition have him !

Well done on those that got in Mills. I thought about it but went Baz instead 🙁

  3. Heeney with 41 point at 3/4 time with 9 disposals. However all he needs is to kick a couple of goals to take the lead/win the match and he’ll likely reach 100 points

  4. I tell you what – Swans dont like kicking / handballing it to Heeney much … so many times in this last quarter alone, he has been wide open and screaming for the ball and being ignored … I hate this role he gets stuck with up forward (and I started the year with him)

    • Wow your hard to please Macca.

Heeney is the number one Forward for the year and he was cheap too start . He has one down game and you have a go ???

He should still finish 80 plus. I’m really not sure what you expect ??

      • did I have a go at him? No – at the role he gets given – which is the coach – and also a statement of fact … he has been so wide open in the front line, particularly in the last quarter and the Swans players have ignored him …

        • Trade him out then.

Sorry I just can’t get on board when you complain about starting the best forward option we have. Forwards play forward. Honestly do you expect the coach to play one of his best forward options in the midfield when the games on the line ?

          I just don’t understand ??

          • give it a rest mate – he was slated to play midfield … they have strong fwd options … and this does not require your response … my comments are simple statements of fact … his own teammates ignoring him when he is wide open and being played in a role where he is less dynamic and where he was said to be playing more midfield time … when they have their main forwards available (Lance and Macdonald) – could understand if they are not there …

    • Heeney went behind the ball for the last 10 minutes of the game once they had the lead. It got him a couple of intercept marks and possessions

      • they haven’t paid them Nato – the last one on the line and the kick to player – no score – in fact, his score dropped from 82 to 80 … I’ve refreshed FF several times and not paid … also they didn’t pay the Free against Sicily that he gave away late … not sure if scorers stopped or FF not working or what … or if they had exceeded the 3300 (haven’t downloaded to add them at time of typing)

        • May have been the the 3300 plus score, but that is surprising that he didnt get a score from them. Unless it was due to a real strong lead and almost dead game, but still would expect some points

          • yep – as it stands, 22 points left to allocate it seems … may be some adjustments … will be interesting to see what is done …
