  1. No late changes for #AFLTigersEagles

    Medical substitutes:
    @Richmond_FC – Kane Lambert
    @WestCoastEagles – Sam Petrevski-Seton

  2. Tigers by 27 points for me.

    Eagles are playing better but… they’re road form has never been good the last couple of years.

    1. Think you’ll cover us, GP.

      Just want us to show some progress, continuity and compete.

      Great to have Nic Nat back as well.

    1. The temptation to bring him back in…but adding JS concerns at GWS with that ankle and his zest for getting suspended is a dangerous cocktail.

      1. Preuss…
        Almost as big a risk/reward situation to Hall.
        153 one week, 18 the next… cursed hamstrings!

  4. Playing the 19 yo Gibcus on Jack Darling seems less than optimal.
    Darling brutal in the square 1 on 1

      1. I think it’s because Gibcus has a good tank and they’re worried about Darling (the fitness fanatic) getting up and down the ground… cause the Eagles aren’t stupid they naturally start him in the goal square.

        Darling would run Tarrant into the ground.

        1. Yeah, it’s a fair call. You don’t want Darling roaming free.

          Also, and this is definitely my Eagles bias speaking, but I’m so tempted to grab Yeo and Nic Nat. Need a ruck replacement, Nic Nat a god and Yeo is a gun off HB.

          Tempting indeed…

  5. Martin definitely looking a lot better after his last few weeks. A lot more on the ball today, with no players like Prestia or Cotchin playing.
    Could be a potential fallen premo to bring in for the last couple of rounds

      1. Treat him as a M9/F7 loophole with players like Gresham/Butters where 70-80s occur more often

        1. I’m figuring he has been very well managed for whatever reason, and with Tigers needing to go hard to stay in finals…..no holding back. The Clark Keating factor ??

  6. Dusty running up and down along the sideline.
    He is looking to be subbed off…….
    Unclear why

  7. Short has turned into a spud of a player and my worst trade in I reckon … going to ruin my team and no way to trade him out …

    1. Agree Macca.

      He has gone from one of the most reliable kicks in the game to an absolute butcher in the midfield. Dan Rioli thriving with Shorts HB role.

    1. Yeah, he’s pretty dominant GP.

      So wrapped to see him back and, honestly, really happy with our performance today. Obviously some persistent defensive/transition issues but took it right up to the Tigers away from home – 10 rounds ago we copped it by 100 in Perth.

      28 shots a piece. Wish our trademark accuracy had turned up today!

      Goes without saying Tigers very strong. Will be a force come finals once again.

  8. Short is just not playing in his favoured position for SC scoring.
    You see players like Vlastuin and Broad do well, where if Short was at half back he would receive a lot from them for scoring.
    Another poor week from him…..
