    1. Hey, David. Evening, all.

Have tipped the Swans but won’t at all be surprised if the Tigers pinch this. Hitting their stride and travel well.

Mills VC and McCartin looped on my end.

  1. A bit of a Hail Mary shot with Parker VC tonight.

I think he’s due for a big one.

I have the E on Paddy Mac and Rioli , so hope one or both do enough to keep their scores.

Shorty in defence rounds out my players tonight.

Best of luck to everyone this weekend.

  2. Some suggestion there’s some illness going through the Swans camp. Could be a late change or two.

  3. Nick Blakey late out. As an owner, trade or hold?

    T/U – Trade to a premo
T/D – Hold and field Sdk

      1. Was always a stepping stone, but three ton’s in a row and a good looking role in the Swans team he might just be a handy D6

    1. Now Rake- not invested in game tonight- I’m a cats supporter- but your 2 calls have both been ‘crying’ about the umpiring and whinging already. Get over it mate and hope the swans win by their own means.
NEVER seen two sides that played that day happy with the umpiring- don’t use it as an excuse- SOFT!

  6. Ahhh this is frustrating! Just got to my phone to see Blakey has been a late out. Looks like Daicos will be playing as my D6 this week with no emergencies if another late out occurs

  7. Mills starting on fire being on 49 at qtr time!
Rioli however only on 3 without touching the ball
Vlastuin in 7% of teams currently on -2 points! What a premo if he keeps that up!

  8. Heeney has been moved down back and Riolis first touch has been a goal. Rioli went almost 2 quarters without touching the ball

  9. Maurice Rioli – what a joke of a player – it’s like he’s afraid of catching something from touching the ball … don’t think we’ve ever seen a player play this much on field time and not touch a ball hardly at all … (this week and two weeks ago) … how does he even get a run???

  10. Mills has now been moved behind the ball acting as the full back. This is concerning as Heeney was on the bench.
If Heeney returns do they swap as he was previously behind the ball?
This is where Blakey out has caused concern in another way

  11. Franklin looks out for many weeks due to a strike to the head on Cotchin.
Not Barry Hall level, but not too far from it

    1. yep and stupid commentator (Daisy?) tried to say its an open hand … the first one was, the second one was a solid fist / forearm to the jaw …

  12. Mills is acting as the very last defender……
He had 8 disposals in the first term to barely touch the ball since.
He is now looking to be taking the kick ins. He is replacing Blakey role, instead of Lloyd taking it

    1. Very frustrating, Mills was huge in the first quarter and hardly been involved since.

      1. He is getting his fist to the ball for spoils which is helpful for 1%ers. Really thankful for that first term as that should still have him reach a tonne for how he has been used from quarter time

  13. Is there any chance Heeney could get involved in this game … far out … (which is where he is hiding … far out and away from the ball …)

      1. I’m glad I didn’t pick him- I couldn’t after the last 2 years – he is the quintessential burn man

    1. He is taking the kick ins, but there hasn’t been many available due to straight kicking

    2. i dont think you have much to worry / complain about – he’s the second highest scorer for Swans at 3/4 time and on 90 … try owning Heeney …

  14. 2nd week in a row Mills have been taken off ball after HT. Wing last week, playing as the spare behind the ball rn.

I, of course, brought him in at top price…

  15. Short currently on 72 at 3/4 time with 17 disposals and 2 goals. However with 53% DE is really hurting his score, otherwise he would have been pushing a tonne right now

      1. according to FF his accuracy over the first 10 weeks is running at 50%.
59% in tonight’s match … stats speak for themselves.

He’s gone backwards since moving into the middle with his accuracy … partly understandable as quickly getting the ball and getting it out I suppose … much easier to be more accurate playing behind the ball and kick in distributor …

  16. Richmond kick a goal after the ump blows a whistle for a free kick. Everyone stops because of the whistle and the ball is left alone. It then goes through the goal, where Mills would have easily stopped it. It gets called advantage since it goes through. Quite an unfair goal.

Probably would have been kicked anyway, but still not the way it should go

  17. Heeney…… does he even know he’s on a football field. For such a serious good footy player he loves to brutalise you in SuperCoach. It’s our own fault.

  18. BT seeming to have a bit of bias towards Richmond right at the end of the game.
Can see it being a potential 50 but this will be big news for the game, along with its 60 odd free kicks

    2

    2
    1. Nato really a potential 50 , come on , over the fence intentionally. That is 50 metres every other game this season

      1. Since the final siren had occurred, I am unclear whether a free kick can be paid anyway.
Then seeing the Richmond players arguing with the ump, isn’t that then umpire dissent, thus a reversal.
Going to be big news on the game

        1

        6
    1. Free kick to Prestia on the wing at the boundary line. Basically a second after, the siren goes and the ball is pumped into the stand by a Swans player. This is then not giving the ball directly back, thus wasting time and a potential 50

      4

      3
      1. How is any time wasted when the clock is at 0…. there’s no disadvantage to Richmond at all in that situation.
        Glad common sense prevailed there.

        7

        4
  19. Warner booted the ball into the crowd after the siren but there was a free kick. BT being a knob saying it’s there. No way he can hear the whistle with the siren. Would have been a trajesty if they paid 50 there

    4

    4
    1. correct – commonsense applied – and it should have been Swans free anyway for the backhand to the face first … correct outcome whichever way you look at it and Hardwick saying in the presser he’s not concerned at all – they had a 30 point lead and should have iced the game anyway …

      5

      4
  20. Does anyone even know what the free kick was paid for in the first place? I’ve watched a couple of replays and I still can’t figure it out.

The umpiring was substandard all night and the last 30 seconds of madness just summed it up.
