  1. Bring it on!! I’m pumped for a Blues win!

    Welcome back Sammy you star.

    Midfield vs midfield seems even.
Doggies forwards bit better than Carlton’s but blues backline are no mugs.
Need Harry to kick a bag!
My prediction Carlton by 19 points after 3 quarters of close hard footy

          1. Well, Blues by 18 at 3Q. I guess that was the magic brew! Very close prediction!

Harry heading for the bag as well!

    1. Phew!

      Thanks for that, Nato.

Was just trying to track the late outs down. There’d been some word about Dale and Daniel getting scans. Needed to make sure my man Dale was all good.

It’s him, Macrae, Dunks and Hewett for me tonight.

  3. Just Macrae VC and Dunks tonight but am excited to watch some cracking footy. Thinking doggies will be too strong and bounce back this week win by 4 or 5 goals

  4. Evening all,

Dunkley, Macrae, Durdin(e) and my VC Treloar…. nah joking!

    Macrae has that burden.

Big watch on Walsh, the miracle man.

  5. English , Dunkley , Hewitt , Macrae V
and new inclusion Durdin . May regret burning an early trade from Baldwin to. Durdin but with Martin out it’s a loop
hole l couldn’t resist as well as potential out from my forwards .

    1. He wasn’t hobbling at any time in the preseason.

Huge game last week. 100 at half time now.

      1. Chopped Crisp today for Hewett and McDonald.

Now gotta work out how to bring Cripps in next week.

  6. McGovern being a spud tonight BUT I was prepared for this.
He is on the bench with the E on him.
Doesn’t look like I will be activating him.
I also have the V on Cripps.
I am feeling pretty happy with myself atm

        1. Which “midpricer” is actually playing bad? Cripps, Sicily, Hewett, McDonald, Witts, Edwards, Heeney, Butters, Rowell…?

      1. Right now it looks smart.

        Nearly axed Berry this week.

If he doesn’t put on a big show he’s gone next week.

        1. i’m in the same boat Harbour Hero’s x
Have the funds to go Berry to Cripps next week but have a feeling Berry will do ok this week vs Bombers .
After Going with Cripps last season instead of Walsh l’m a bit gun shy but he looks amazing .
At times he looks like he pulls up sore after a contest but then attacks next contest with venom .

          1. The problem is obviously at 200k cheaper Berry is going to be better bang for buck and cash growth.

But right now Cripps looks a must have $700k midfielder so the cash growth is irrelevant.

If you’re buying him it’s as a keeper.

            1. The way he’s playing, not only does Cripps look like a keeper, he looks like a Brownlow Medallist!

  7. Carlton with 70 more disposals and 21 CP than the Dogs in that first half. That is a shock considering how the Dogs midfield is stacked with premium players.
Would love to see how the blues midfield would go when Cerra returns

  8. Blues f*cking electric. Massive pressure and swarm but clean deft use and smart ball movement.

Cripps 24 touches, 12 contested, 7 clearances, 2 goals, lookin’ like Mr Bump.

Props if you’ve got him. I literally have no words.

    1. Like every year. It’s just about picking the right midpricers is harder than the right rookies.

If you started with Walker, Hall, Hickey, Jiath, Impey, Daniher etc last year you would have done just as well.

    1. Yeah it’s the same machine, but only used as an ECG monitor with those leads. The pads need to come out if it’s gonna be used as a defib. It’s standard cardiac monitoring when someone faints or loses consciousness for unknown reasons, as you’ve gotta rule out potentially fatal arrhythmias. Unless he turns up sick tonight/tomorrow (which would explain post-exertion hypotension), no-one will have a clue what’s going on with him without diagnostic investigation.

  9. Dunkley just not showing it tonight. 15 disposals and 56 SC points at 3/4 time
Hoping he goes large in the last quarter by winning the game to truly boost his score

  10. Walsh, if fit enough, will tear thios last quarter apart.

Cripps looks like he is gassed.

Bont needs to lift his side over the line.

    Astro is injured.

Going to be a cracker. GO BLUES – Supercoach is fun but watching your team win tough is so much better.

  11. Lol with all the covid and having a lot of players coming off the bench i kept CC as a bench loop .Passed the ton already !
Macrae Vc English Dunks as well

  12. Hewett with 32 disposals but only 5 were kicks. He had his DE at 84% and 18 CP which helped him to his tonne score

  13. There’s nothing like feeling cozy and safe with a Macrae vc on an early game. Closest thing to a lock in SuperCoach every year
