Adelaide (17.12.114) defeated Carlton (12.14.86)

  1. Josh Rachele (127). Star of the game on Thursday, being a clear best on thanks to 26 touches (13 contested), 6 clearances, 5 tackles, 567 metres gained and 4 goals straight.
  2. Sam Berry (121). Very solid from Berry in the middle, as he found 29 touches (18 contested) plus 6 tackles.
  3. Sam Walsh (118). Was super early before being clamped down by Peatling. Still ended up with 29 touches (14 contested) plus 8 tackles.
  4. Wayne Milera (110). Another nice score from Milera, his 25 touches had a game best 645 metres gained attached to them plus only having 1 clanger in less than ideal conditions.
  5. Izak Rankine (103). Super underpriced and showed what he can do with 22 touches, 7 tackles and 2 goals to round out the top five.

Other 100+ scores: Zilch

Disappointment: Dawson (80) had enough of it but didn’t use it well, while Worrell (68) had his worst of the year so far.

Rookies: McAndrew (83) and Cook (63) here for the Crows, both good doing more than enough to smash their breakevens. Borlase (61) was also solid while Maley (52) played his third game and will see a spike. For the Blues, Jagga Smith (53) was quiet early but still led their rookie scoring ahead of Boyd (50), Derksen (40) and Byrne (36).

Injuries: The returning Hinge had a hamstring concern but that was all from this game.

 

Collingwood (5.9.39) defeated by Fremantle (7.3.45)

  1. Luke Ryan (126). Thrived in the wet conditions, finishing with 25 touches, 10 marks, 501 metres gained (team best) and really good DE of 96%.
  2. Luke Jackson (125). A near hundred point second half for Jackson after Darcy went down with concussion. He finished up with 17 touches (9 contested), 5 clearances, 5 marks, 9 tackles and 38 hitouts.
  3. Isaac Quaynor (111). On the opposite flank to Ryan was Quaynor, as he found 21 touches, 10 marks and 6 tackles for the game with just 1 clanger.
  4. Brayden Maynard (109). Similar to the man above him, Maynard was solid all night on a flank with 17 touches, 9 marks, 6 tackles and 544 metres gained.
  5. Darcy Cameron (107). Rounding out the top five, Cameron technically had his first ton of the year (opening round) thanks to 18 touches (14 contested), 7 tackles and 24 hitouts.

Other 100+ scores: Jordan Clark (106), Scott Pendlebury (104), Jack Crisp (101)

Disappointment: Serong and Brayshaw both finished on 73 which was grim, while Houston (55) was not as nearly involved as he usually is. Bolton (69) also unders.

Rookies: Angus Anderson (79) was a star for the Pies and honestly led the team at times in the third quarter, as he finished with 16 touches, 6 tackles, 482 metres gained and 1 goal on debut. Others for the Pies were the usual two in Steele (56) and Steene (28). Fremantle was only represented by Scerri (25).

Injuries: A double blow of concussion here to De Goey and Darcy.

 

North Melbourne (9.12.66) defeated by Brisbane (13.14.92)

  1. Lachie Neale (132). Super clean in the middle as Neale usually is, he had 30 touches (20 contested) with 10 clearances, 438 metres gained and just 1 clanger for the game.
  2. Zac Bailey (130). Super busy in his usual linkman role, Bailey had 21 touches with 2 goals, 5 tackles and 669 metres gained for the game.
  3. Luke Parker (129). Clearly loving his new role down back, Parker had 25 touches and 9 marks while going at 88% DE.
  4. Harry Sheezel (127). Another super game for Sheezel in the middle. Collecting 30 touches (13 contested) plus 6 clearances and 6 marks.
  5. Jy Simpkin/Luke Davies-Uniacke (125). Simpkin found plenty of the ball with 27 touches (11 contested) plus 5 clearances and 572 metres gained, while LDU did much of the same thanks to 27 touches, 8 tackles, 7 clearances and 1 goal.

Other 100+ scores: Sam Draper (117), Paul Curtis (101)

Disappointment: Will Ashcroft (51) was sat on all day while McKercher (72) and Coleman (68) struggled.

Rookies: Just McCarthy (69) and Gallop (45) for the Lions, neither really with high ownership. Blamires (79) the best for North in the loss, followed by Coleman-Jones (45), Banch (31) and Duursma (22).

Injuries: The Lions lost Zorko to a calf, Kangaroos came out unscathed.

 

Essendon (17.11.113) defeated Melbourne (10.8.68)

  1. Archie Roberts (145). Second consecutive monster game for Roberts. Had he 42 touches and 15 marks to pair with 1 goal and 658 metres gained.
  2. Darcy Parish (137). Murphys law that once you trade someone out, they go ballasts. Parish was moved on by tens of thousands of coaches only to pull out a 34 touch game that had 7 clearances, 6 marks and 82% DE.
  3. Max Gawn (131). The only Demon to make it was their skipper as he found another big score thanks to 22 touches (19 contested) plus 11 clearances, 1 goal and 34 hitouts.
  4. Zach Merrett (127). Standard from Merrett with 31 touches, just 1 clanger, 1 goal and over 450 metres gained.
  5. Peter Wright (120). A swing into the ruck changed the game as Wright had 18 touches, 8 marks, 14 hitouts, 8 clearances and 1 goal to round out the top five.

Other 100+ scores: Isaac Kako (113), Xavier Duursma (107), Jacob Farrow (102), Jordan Ridley (101), Jack Steele (100)

Disappointment: Goes to the same guys again in Blakiston (47) and Windsor (30)

Rookies: Sharp (83) was good again while Tholstrup (58) played his role, as did Pickett (31). Farrow (102) was a popular pickup this week and was elite on the win, leading the Bombers rookies over Day-Wicks (59), Edwards (52) and debutant Robey (28).

Injuries: The only listed injury is Salem (ankle).

 

Sydney (14.16.100) defeated Gold Coast (9.14.68)

  1. Isaac Heeney (196). Started again, providing another huge score thanks to 33 touches (18 contested) plus 10 clearances, 11 tackles, 2 goals and 531 metres gained.
  2. Brodie Grundy (124). Finding his form now in 2026 as he had 20 touches (10 contested) plus 12 tackles, 7 clearances and 36 hitouts.
  3. Callum Mills (114). Solid down back, Mills had 25 touches to pair with 7 tackles and 469 metres gained.
  4. Tom Papley/Tom McCartin (112). Papley kept busy up forward with 3 goals to go with 17 touches and 7 tackles, while McCartin had 24 touches (11 contested) plus 7 marks down back.
  5. Bodhi Uwland (107). The sole Sun to make it for the second week running. 26 touches and 497 metres gained for Uwland.

Other 100+ scores: Matt Rowell (106)

Disappointment: Only 72 for both Miller and Anderson.

Rookies: Lombard (49) came in ahead of Gulbin (39, bubble) and Uwland (35). Some better scores for the Swans in Rosas (84) and Serong (75).

Injuries: Clean injury cards here.

 

Hawthorn (15.14.104) defeated Western Bulldogs (8.16.64)

  1. Blake Hardwick/Jack Ginnivan (125). 25 touches with 10 marks and 6 tackles for Hardwick down back while Ginnivan showed his wing skills with 28 touches, 9 marks and 1 goal.
  2. Mitch Lewis (113). Strong all game long to finish with 18 touches and 10 marks plus 3 goals to his name.
  3. Jai Newcombe (112). Led the midfield group as per usual with 28 touches (19 contested) plus a massive 14 clearances.
  4. Lloyd Meek (111). Tandem rucked as per usual, this week finishing with 16 touches (11 contested) plus 4 clearances, 1 goal and 24 hitouts.
  5. Ed Richards (109). The sole Bulldog to make it despite finishing the game on the bench injured. Overall had 22 touches (9 contested) plus 7 tackles.

Other 100+ scores: James Sicily (106)

Disappointment: Has to go to Bontempelli (84) unfortunately, considering many had the C on him.

Rookies: Sellwood (74) led the Bulldogs rookie scoring ahead of Hynes (52), Gallagher (41), Dolan (37) and debutant Emmett (37). Perez (57) is on the bubble next week and has looked the goods, it was just him and Butler (42) for the Hawks.

Injuries: Not good news for the Dogs with Richards (knee) going down late, while the Hawks lost centre piece forward Chol (hamstring).

 

Geelong (17.22.122) defeated West Coast (11.10.76)

  1. Bailey Smith (151). Dominated with 34 touches (11 contested) plus 7 clearances, 5 tackles, 1 major and a huge 868 metres gained.
  2. Max Holmes (138). Had a role across half back here and did it perfectly, having 34 touches with 670 metres gained @ 82% DE.
  3. Tom Atkins (133). Head down in the middle, Atkins found 30 touches (19 contested) to pair with 11 tackles and 6 clearances.
  4. Tanner Bruhn (115). Found plenty of it with 28 disposals, 510 metres gained and 7 tackles in a midfield role.
  5. Mark O’Connor (107). Rounds out an all Cats top five thanks to 14 touches and 3 goals plus 92% DE.

Other 100+ scores: Bailey Williams (106), Williem Duursma (105), James Worpel (102)

Disappointment: Tom Stewart (47) had a fifty point second half, yikes.

Rookies: Number 1 pick Duursma (105) once again led the Eagles thanks to 20 touches and 1 goal. Robertson (85) and Lindsay (80) were also great ahead of Scheonberg (47), Allan (35) and Duff-Tytler (14). Just young ruck Edwards (74) and Wiltshire (45) for Geelong.

Injuries: Clean cards for Geelong but bad news for SuperCoach with popular forward rookie Robertson (knee) going down in the final quarter.

 

GWS (20.11.131) defeated Richmond (11.9.75$

  1. Finn Callaghan (135). Brought his own pill to the Barossa with 37 touches (17 contested), 5 tackles and 6 clearances.
  2. Aaron Cadman (119). Dominated early on with 3 goals in the opening term to boost his score. Overall had 11 touches and 4 majors.
  3. Clayton Oliver (108). Also super solid in the middle, Oliver had 31 touches (15 contested) plus 8 clearances and 5 tackles.
  4. Lachie Ash (106). Started slow but ended up with 35 touches and a huge 932 metres gained on the day.
  5. Nick Madden (104). Came into the side and completed an all Giants top five thanks to 16 touches (11 contested), 5 clearances, 7 tackles and 43 hitouts.

Other 100+ scores: Lachie Whitfield (102)

Disappointment: Couple of backman here in Short (60) and Fonti (57).

Rookies: Phoenix Gothard (92) was super and didn’t waste a touch, going at 100% DE, while the only other Giant was Hannaford (63). Lefau (85) was the best of the Tigers as he hit the scoreboard with 4 goals. After that was Grlj (59), Hayes-Brown (53) and Fawcett (52).

Injuries: A double up of concussion here for Coniglio and Cadman.

 

Port Adelaide (9.13.67) defeated by St Kilda (12.9.81)

  1. Zak Butters (145). Awesome game from Butters trying to will Port over the line, 31 touches (16 contested), 5 clearances, 6 tackles, 1 goal and 631 metres gained.
  2. Nasiah Wangeen-Milera (136). Best score of the season for NWM, his 28 touches (13 contested) and 2 goals were paired with 9 tackles and 524 metres gained.
  3. Callum Wilkie (125). Another elite score from Wilkie as he found 23 touches and 15 marks @ 87% DE down back.
  4. Jack Silvagni (121). Also super down back, as he found 18 touches and 8 marks and 1 goal.
  5. Marcus Windhager (106). Finding off the round, Windhager had 24 touches (12 contested) out of half back.

Other 100+ scores: Jordan Sweet (105), Williem Drew/Ollie Wines (101)

Disappointment: Quieter game than usual for Sinclair (82), as he had some uncharacteristic turnovers to hold him back.

Rookies: Nothing spectacular for Port with Marshall (48) leading their scoring ahead of Lai (42), Whitlock (30) and Watkins (17). The Saints faired better with Carroll (76), Phillipou (69) and Butler (57).

Injuries: No issues from the last game of the round.
