Feeling my slide down the rankings is only going to continue. I’m down to 3 trades after trading Parish and now waiting to see what to do with Nank. Had Massimo D’Ambrosio covering for Rich and he ended up getting subbed off. Need one to get up next week or I’ll be staring at a donut down back.
2336/Bont/ 36k pre round
With a high score from Miller/MOORE @ 135 and an underwhelming captain pretty happy with the score. Stringing together a few good weeks with league wins.

Dylan Moore has been good since coming in for Jackson. Had the opportunity to upgrade Cripps to Oliver 2 weeks ago; chose Zerrett instead…….
2362/Neale/ was 3237
Massive captain regret after changing my selection from laird to Neale 2 mins before game. Crisp, Brodie, Sicily and Dunkley disappointing but most ppl have them. Won 9 of 10 leagues so onto next week.

Will probably just hold rank.

Disappointing from Dawson, Dunkley and Crisp.
Nice 1 point gain from Laird (C) over Oliver 😉

Back to reality this week and list many match up by less then 10 winning 4/10 leagues .
Toyed with Keeping Oliver’s Vc score and punting on Touk but hindsight a wonderful thing
Benched Crisp after taking McCartins score but last weeks heroes , Neale , Dawson , Sicily , Petracca , Walsh , Brodie , Dunkley all disappointing while Jackson has been wasted trade and L Ryan my nemesis all season .
Look forward to next week .

4 out of 5 league wins.
Pretty much a round of stuff ups for me.
Did some last minute trades and neglected to reset my vc and c.
Therefore the C went straight on Oliver.
Used and Aahed between Green and Rozee. I chose poorly.
Rozee’s 154 sitting on my bench hoping for a late out.
Shout out to a favorite player.
Todd Goldstein still doing the job and with Xerri now gone for the season will be a vital member of my team.

A mixed week in the leagues, winning one by 20, losing 2 by 11 and 15, for which I entirely blame Tom Green, who takes the prize for being crap when unique in all matches. Glad to hit the first V since round 2, which helped.
No cover for Oliver so will be interesting with no bank, only 4 trades and also Crisp and Short in Def.
The tech team this week only hitting 2271 this week, with Parish replacement Walsh underwhelming along with Green, Gresham and Lipinski.

I won 5 leagues out of 7.
Apologies to TNFO’S and PBuzz (twice) who I somehow managed to knock off by 2 and 6 points respectively.
Cripps 69 point second half got me over the line.
With D’ambrosio subbed out hoping that Hall will be back for roundv18 (but not holding my breath).
Probably no trades this week as I only have 4 remaining.

I changed from, keeping Oliver’s score to Neale, to Laird about 17 times today , was so stressful ,ended up taking Oliver’s and won cash league by 120 ( projected to lose by 6)

Neale hurts, shouldn’t have been greedy and should have taken Oliver’s V C. Will only trade for injuries if needed next week. Thanks to everyone who advised me to play Witts over Nank.

Dropped 2110 places.
So many underperforming premos who need to be punted but not enough trades for any luxury trades.
Two more injuries including Nankervis which will probably mean a trade.
Held Stewart again and copped Wehr’s 36.
Not a good round.
2465/Neale/Rank: 1400th
Rolled the dice on Neale, didn’t pay off. Coming on strong after the byes but I’m genuinely ruing trading Nick Daicos way too early. Might be the demise of my tilt at the top 500.
2435/Touk/up to 350ish
Round went well but stressing out over Wehr and D’Ambrossio was a waste of time with 36 either way. Probably need to deal with Hall but really want to turn Cripps into Steele and can roll the dice with Wehr for one more week
2345/Neale/ Round Rank 14k/Overall advanced 400 spots to 9600
With Oliver possibly out might need to turn Cripps into a higher scorer.

Good round overall after 2 months of meh. Meant to switch captain from Neale to Zerrett before the match but ran out of time. Also wore D’Ambrosio’s 39 at D6. So could have been better, but happy overall.

Another gross week.
PODs Dale and Saad had explainable down games and Parish the prick forced me to field an injured and harshly scored D’Ambrosio.
Mills and Brayshaw allowed me to hold rank however.
2453 / Oliver / 39,000
Usually don’t have much worth contributing to these, but had a pretty great round overall, just outside the top 1000 for the week. Bringing in Merrett as M8 has so far proven a great choice
2408 / Neale / 23.
Projected 2610 before today before today came along. Still managed to climb another 4 spots. Team is unreal and closing on 1st, if I can nail the captain choices for the next 6 rounds my team is good enough to win, but that’s the challenge!
2286/Neale/4376 (down 601)
Another poor week for me losing every match except 1 with that being against GD!
Neale as a captain hurt by 35 point for not taking VC Oliver. Another 60 points hurt when my F7 Taranto scored 109, but Gresham had 49. They played at the same time stopping a loop chance.
My upgrade trade of Ryan to Dale hurt with Dale only getting 75 points, but Ryan did barely any better.
Bringing in ROB has done me real well the past few weeks and I probably won’t consider sideways trading him to Gawn with that form.
Since the byes, my team has continued to drop in ranks, but I hope things turn around in the last couple of rounds. I have 3 trades left, which should cover all injuries that occur

Decided to do no trades this week as I’m only playing for league at this point. Won the round despite a few lower then expected premo scores.
Hoping to crack the top 10k by seasons end.

3/10 league wins a free by very small margins. These are the weeks that shape your season, and not in a good way !
I was all set to do something with Cripps but Whitfield Sh*t the bed. So tempted to move him on. Might have to see what’s up with Oliver first.
