  1. 2523/Laird. I know it’s good, just trying to figure out how good? This thread is usually a reality check haha

Can say another shocking week from the defence, but winning 75% of matches helps.
Hewett became an out for Houston to then cop a concussion for 40 points. Only 1 defender made a tonne this week being Dale.

Trading Oliver to Laird paid off again, but my trade of Cripps to Doc for my loophole Gresham to cover Hewett and now Houston, was quite poor.

Only 1 trade left now and Gresham has ice applied to his knee with a couple minutes to go, so this might be the last week I have a trade.

  3. 2467/Laird/ should be up to the low 300s

Really happy with that round. Only real complaints are Brayshaw (who I viced) and Dunkley who I could’ve benched for Rowan Marshall but oh well. Used my final trades so just have to hold on for dear life from here and hope I can keep ticking up the rankings.

Hoping to go up a few spots
Happy overall . Cripps and Brodie both justified keeping in team . Hope Hewett back next week and Dunkley bounces back but contemplating trading to Bont or Ridley to Stewart

  5. Horrible round

    2257/Oliver/was 600 odd

21 played and most of them were ordinary.

3/10 league wins somehow and now onto finals in all leagues with double chance in 9 of them I think. Expecting a full strength team assuming Hewett is back so beware those playing the Ninjas!!

Can’t complain too much with that score I’ve got 5 trades left and thinking it’s time to go bang with my last boost

  7. 2418/The Bont/ 21k

5 out of 7 league wins.

A very big thank you to Nick Larkey for not playing so that Hall could be a late in.

Not so much for Marshall. Needed 102 from him to win league match and despite having a PB in hit outs couldn’t get the job done.

It will be Cameron out and Stewart in.
Will debate whether to trade in Culley. Maybe for Owens/Clarke.
I only have 3 left in total.

A mixed bag with some superstars (Laird, Bont, Touk) but for the second week running, so many Premiums in the 80-99 zone bring things down a bit. Not sure what to do with Short and Crisp now.

Techie did ok with with 2302

Heart rate just returned to normal after pies after siren win! Woohoo!

No idea if it’s up or down for me. Can’t seem to nail a vc or c this year. Won 9/10 leagues so can’t complain. Good luck to all in finals.

  10. 2355/Laird/ 6k odd.

    Need to vent – Dangerfield…WTF!!

I have 4 trades and obviously the Danger experiment has not worked.

Danger will get converted to Stewart somehow.
Culley will come in for who I am not sure.
Thumbs up McCartin- bank the $’s
Thumbs dwn Clarke – replace non player with a player

  11. 2462/Oliver
Still can’t get a captain right but a lot better than last week. Bont already locked in for my C next week unless I get a big vc.

  12. 2309 – Oliver as VC – stuffed my captain loophole which serves me right and teaches me why i should never do it 🙁

  13. 2355/Neale /9k

Made a few mistakes. Bought in Redman for Hewett but a dpp mistake left Short at M8 and Butters (who finally tonned up) locked to the bench without the E

Overall will make the finals in my league in the bottom 4 and 3 trades to go

  14. 2,393 / Sinclair / 1980’s

Could have been better (VC fail, many premiums in the 80-95 range), could have been worse (able to loop Dunkley, lot of strong scores from the usual suspects).

Into the top 2000 for the 1st time this year and need to figure out which luxury upgrades will get me home.

ok score for me this week considering a lot of underperforming players, Pendles would of liked a tad more as my loop cover for Hewett. Hoping Treloar is ok for next week. Still have 2 trades left

    Studs:
    Laird
    Miller
    Merrett
    Neale
    Cripps
    Bont

    Duds:
    Crisp
    Short
    Pendles
    Brayshaw
    Witts
    Dunkley

  16. 2537/Laird/1513

Scored 104th this round and pushed up 1000 into 1513 so pretty happy with it,

Traded Hewitt to Marshall and Cripps to Steele – Worth overall id say.
Get Stewart back finally after holding so hopefully push into top 1K over next 4 weeks 🙂

  17. 2338 / Laird / up 37 spots to 6449

So for the delay , better late than never.

    5/10 league wins

Only 4 of 10 league finals made. All elimination.

In hindsight I should of used a trade to get Hewett to Himmelberg. The extra points (from Wehr ) would of helped me make a few other finals campaigns.

Stewart in this week for me. Yay ! If Hewett misses again he will go to Dale or If I’ve had enough to drink Hall !

Congrats to Gunboat and all those folks that went 2500+ this week.

limping home with another average score.

had to use Wehr & Culley to cover for missing players. They did an ok job. In hindsight i could have used my last two trades, but probably wouldn’t have got me the extra 90 points i needed for a win in SCT#1 that would have got me to 8th place.

made 4/9 finals, happy with that

  19. 2299/Laird/7645

Dropped another 400 places which was less than I expected.

Lots of good scores balanced by quite a few low scores from so called premos.

Back to full strength this week, with Stewart and Jelly back in.

Still have a couple of trades left for injuries/rests.
