  1. 2363/Cripps/ was 2598

Won 9/10 leagues and the one loss was the 2nd highest score in the league. Hopefully move up a little bit

Hmmm a lot of underperforming players in my team this week. I feel a rage trade coming…..cough…Butters…cough

  4. 2147/gawn/3876 before it updates

Got greedy with Neales 123 and Gawn burned me bad. Ridley late out gave me a donut with hewett out again.

+3s touk, Cripps, Mccartin, Sicily, Oliver and SDK equaling gawn this week!

-3s me with the biggest minus 3, gawn captaincy, Dunkley, butters, Steele and Ridley a late out…

Will cop a drop down the rankings this week but onwards and upwards for next week!

  5. 2334/Took Macrae VC/ was 5.2k

Pretty happy really, considering half dozen crap scores from McInerney, Berry, Steele, Dunks, Butters and Cogs. Was going to trade McInerny and Berry but foolishly decided they could have one more chance against the Suns and Weagles where they should’ve chopped up, but didn’t. Best La Vie.

Had a bank and chose to bring in recruit Touk which was pretty good, but now no bank and will have to build it up more with the drop in price of the aforementioned duo.

  6. How can Taylor Walker score 102 super coach pts and Harry McKay 65 only?

The Stats; kicks, h/balls, contested, clearances, clangers, % efficiency, metres gained , goals, pts
    Walker: 10 – 6 – 8 – 0 -2 – 62 – 227 – 2 – 1
    McKay: 7 – 2 – 8 – 2 – 2 – 55 – 230 – 3 – 2

Should be noted that McKay receive 5 free kicks in marking contests, that are marked down against Walker’s 3 marks.

  7. 2205 / Gawn / was 2800 odd

Everything is going down this week. Bad trades, bad captaincy choice. Time to start thinking about the byes. Butters may have to go this week….

Butters and Ridley loss stopped a even better score.
Glad I kept McCartin but Hinge disappointed .

  10. 2270 / Neale / ~30K

6/10 leagues. lost a couple by less than 10 points.

Feels about par this week. Lots of Meh scores but a few important rookie scores.

Cash growth looking good for a few rookies. We really need a few defensive rookies to show up soon.

  12. 2,414/ Cripps/ was 18k

Had a pretty meh year, so a big score like this I’m very happy with
Having Chapman, Sicily, Macrae, Oliver and Cripps all certainly help
Time to say bye bye to Butters though

Hoping to climb a little this week… Gresh destroyed any chance of topping 2500 and is clinging on by a thread in my team…

    Cheers all

    1. Another monster round for the Dam Dogs.

      Nicely done!

Expect I’ll be typing that out a few times in the Leagues & Coaches Update lol.

      Great stuff.

  14. 2,413/Darcy/was 8,999 and hoping to move up the rankings a little bit. Pretty stoked to win 10 out of 10 games this round.

Bringing in Sean Darcy and making him VC turned out to be a risk worth taking. Some big scores from Brayshaw, Parish, Cripps & Macrae helped too.

    1. Excellent work, Slats.

I remember the two of us copping some dirty scores last year (usually thanks to Petracca), great to see you popping off!

  15. 2247/Neale/29,739

Got f*cked out of 2300 thanks to ROB (or SLOB as I’ve renamed him).

22 trades, 3x rookies left on field, midfield complete. Hoping to end the season on something respectable.

  16. 2358/Neale/6022 (up 4464)

10/10 league wins and moved up 68 spots in SCT group.
Very happy with that score considering I had Rosas’ 18 onfield.
New recruits Parker and Cripps were at either end of the spectrum.
Had the VC on Macrae but got greedy going to Neale and it cost me 21 points (700 positions overall)…lesson learned.

  17. 2290 / Macrae VC / 923 – surprised I only dropped 27 rankings – lucky escape.

Had a stack of “meh” in my side too- Stewart, Bowey, Steele, Gawn, Dunkley, Heeney, Cogs, Butters… tough to watch.

Thought you had me covered in SCT #1 FT, but Dawson pulled a rabbit out of the hat in the final game, bless his cotton socks.

Bowey out for Sicily this week – as not having ol’ Barry Blow Up is becoming a significant risk (or, should I say ex Barry Blow Up? He is very well behaved this year). Will bring Hewett back in when he has played a game and confirmed fit.

  18. 2245/Neale/ 3604 (down 514)

Two weeks in a row of dropping a couple of hundred spots but before this last night my best ever overall rank was 8000 so just hoping to stay in the top 5k this year.

  19. 2374 , Neale , 4670

Had the VC on Neale and C on Oliver. Ended up taking the 123 of Neale too many times I’d been burnt by not taking a 120 .

Butters, bowey, cogs and dunks all hurt a bit. Butters starting to be a frustrating repeat offender.

Rookies on the cull are bowey & O’Driscoll.
JHF and Daicos I’ll try hold onto to cover off my R12 & 13 bye unless they throw some serious stinkers in over the coming month

  20. 2231/Neale/5906 (-884)
Forward line was an absolute shocker this week. Brought in Parker for him to be my highest scorer with 89… Martin, Dunkley, Gresham, Butters and Coniglio make up the rest with the rookie being the only other to make 80.
Midfield was solid with 5/6 premos clearing 120, however Mills was horrid with 60
Defence was average with only 2 tonnes, 1 finally from Blakey, however a recent recruit of May has been poor both weeks I’ve owned him with 72.

JHF looks the upgrade target this week, to have only 1 rookie left in each line, however many 400k midpricers…..

  21. 2133/Cripps/50K

Well, I held up my end. Got the captain right, got all the rookies right (for a change). Even had McCartin covering for Ridley’s late out.
But there’s nothing I can do about the disgraceful, putrid & utterly embarrassing scores dished out by guys I paid good money for. Except trade ‘em.
ROB, Ryan, Daniel, Butters, Treloar and especially Tom F*****g Mitchell.
Dunkley I’ll cut some slack. And Parker, it’s his first week in. The rest are goooone. There is a quadruple boost trade feature right?

  22. 2363/Neale/1531

Holding Hewett looking like it was the right choice with Mccomb providing decent cover. Butters again scoring putrid gets 1 last chance v north

    Studs:
    Sicily
    Crisp
    Doc
    Neale
    Oliver
    Macrae
    Miller
    Cripps
    Hayes
    Brodie

    Duds:
    Dunks
    Cogs
    Butters

  23. 2268 / Neale / 1847

Set up nicely for the byes. Double down grade this week.

Cameron is tempting after 2 good weeks. RD14 bye. Butter may be a hold against north.?

  24. 2,360, Oliver, 5,400.

Top 3,000 for the round and moved up about 4k spots. 22 trades left but will have to clean up some pretend premos (Butters, Jackson) without much cash in hand – probably bring in a couple of the bubble boys this round.
