Is Highmore to Jones worth a trade?

I’m about to do that exact same trade too. I don’t feel confident enough that Highmore will be getting many more games this season.
Given Murray (Ade) & Jones (Port) have been named, considering a double downgrade this week. Thoughts on this?

Murphy, Highmore or Mansell, who has the worst job security that I need to cull this week to avoid a donut?
Mansell is being managed, so he might return…although the Tigers do have a lot of players due back from injury soon.
Highmore will likely be the sub this week
Murphy will surely be back at some stage, he looked a far better player than some of guys who made the 22 this week

Geez, agree with Chillo here Kieran, Murphy very stiff to not be straight back in. Looked great in his second game prior to the concussion.

Oh, definitely Jones.
Internally they rate him really highly and already a fan favourite, places goes off when he gets the ball. Cobbled together some good numbers in his first two games as well.
I just traded in both to see what it looks like – not flash but might allow me to get Walsh and Ridley next week

Originally I Planned to double upgrade. But, now with Jones is named. I think I will only upgrade Warner to Zorko and Downgrade Highmore to Jones. Since Jones is better for my team during the byes and Get Dusty next week.

When is the sub announced for games? I understand it is close commencement of the game.
I have Highmore and Bergman which I am looking to loop hole to hedge my bets on other bench options (scores). Don’t want to get stuck with a crappy “sub” score.
Thursday night team announcement back is so much more SC friendly but I would like to start a campaign to have the sub announced as well….

Until that happens, Bergman and Highmore likely to be subs – wouldn’t bank on them as loops.

With Bergman being dropped for Lachie Jones feel like I must bring in Jones with him on the bubble. Bowes to Jones leaves me 630k, with my second trade to bring in Lyons who do I cull?

Kosi has a much lower BE than Powell.
Can you go Powell to Ridley and move Laird to the mids ?
This should leave you $120K for another upgrade next week.
You can then move him back when you cash in Kosi.

Has the occasional big one, but dips below the ton too often (5 times this season, low of 70).
If you can cobble together a bit more coin, Zerrett or J. Kelly are better long term options.
Love to, though Wines is the absolute limit of my cash.
