This week:
Roberts + Hustwaite > Mills + JHF
Next week:
Pedlar > Butler
Week after:
Carroll + Sheldrick > McCarthy + Bont
Team complete, 6 trades left for emergencies.
What’s the go with Tsatas- sleep with Coach’s wife?
Not getting a game now- can’t believe I’ve held him!
Figures great in 2s, was emergency early days- now not even getting named as emergency
Dante Visentini is in my flex, is it worth spending three trades to turn him into a premo or just hold for a couple more weeks whilst it’s best 18? or maybe a higher scoring mid pricer?
Went L.Ashcroft & Lindsay to Butters & Z.Johnson last week
Def – Sinclair, Holmes, Dale, Rozee, Sheezel, Roberts (Clarke, El-Hawli)
Mid – Butters, Neale, Naicos, W.Ashcroft, Trac, Warner, Rankine (Knevitt, C.Hall, Huswaite)
Ruc – Xerri, TDK (Boyd)
Fwd – Smith, JHF, Macrae, Bolton, Daniel, Pedlar (Gray, C. Cleary)
Flex – Marshall
13 trades left, 2 boosts
Have optimised so players have moved.
Have already done Gray, Hall to McCarthy, Jack Martin.
Now Hustwaite to??
TU – Darcy ($58,200 ITB)
TD – NAS ($4,800 ITB) if I switch Knevitt for Huswaite
My current final three premo trade ins are Mills (this round) and Darcy & Moore (next week), to get me 23 premos after the byes.
My problem is I have Marshall at Flex which is choking my DPP capabilities. I have an opportunity to move him to Mills this round allowing me to grab Darcy as well vs the Tigers:
T/U – Hold Marshall at Flex. Finish team with 6 trades remaining
T/D – Offload Marshall, pick up any player in any position sub $530k next week to finish team with 5 trades remaining, but in return have more flexibility with FLEX position
Actually if they both score 100 in every possible game for the rest of the year they will both average 100, but Hewett will score 1000 points and Holmes will score 900 points. But it doesn’t actually cost you that 100 points difference because you will have a replacement off your bench, and it is best of 18. So what it will actually cost you is (assuming your replacement 18th player scores 75 points) is about 25 points (without taking any loops into account).
TU – Mills in 1 trade (7 trades left, Phillipou at F6 as 23rd best player)
TD – Sam Darcy in 2 trades (6 trades left next week, can do Phillipou / McCarthy rotating loop in 23rd spot)
Sam Darcy would come in next week using the price rise of Clarke (ESS)
Campbell Gray -> Sam butler
Elijah Hewett -> Sam Darcy
Hewett is on field this week due to byes and Gray while on bench doesn’t seem to have any timeframe for return. This would help me with points for matchups this week but it may be too little too late to win. It also uses up my last boost and leaves me with 7 trades left. Next week I have 11 players on bye…
TU – do it YOLO
TD – this is desperate just cop the probable losses and save the extra trades to try something next week
If I sideways trade to Luke Jackson, who do I get rid of?
TU Rankine
TD C.Daniel
Last fwd spot:
TU: Jackson + 5 trades remaining
TD: JHF + 6 trades remaining
The first option gives me a reason to bring in Butler from the hawks as forward cover (currently have no cover)
However I am still running McCarthy at flex, could be viable for the rest of the season?
Thoughts really appreciated on this one!!
McCarthy has played 1 game.
Who is the better pick and has the better JS from these 2?
TU – Liddy
TD – May

Team complete, 6 trades left for emergencies.
TU/TD
T/U:
El Hawli, Pedlar, Gray -> McCarthy, Rowston, 550K def/mid (NWM, Hewett, Rozee are the ones I’m deciding between)
T/D: El Hawli, Pedlar, Gray -> Mills, Martin, Rowston
Second option leaves me with 195K in the bank to work with over the coming weeks but relies on Mills likely becoming D6.
T/U: Hewett (Final Mid so no Butters, Brayshaw, Richards)
T/D: NWM/Rozee at D5
Do I hide behind the couch tonight, or under the doona as my bombers take on Freo ???
Tu Couch
Td Doona
Late night shopping is a good option for bomber supporters tonight
Wine cellar
Whiskey distillery. Wine isn’t strong enough.
Alcohol won’t do it. Head to the dodgy part of town and pick something choice up, Wighty…
Dons contemptable.
Beating North and West Coast by 2 and 3 points was a pisstake. Dons very much a bottom four side.
Definitely with literally half the team out

Can anyone tell me Libra’s split between mid and defense over the last 2 weeks? Cheers
Season low CBAs the last two weeks.
Bont and Richards the constants. Libba, Freijah, Treloar, Kennedy the ones chopping it up.
Heat map still contained to the middle of the ground. Hasn’t been ‘playing’ defence by any means. Just rotated.

Money and trades remaining both problematic 🙂
If they both score 100 in every possible game for the rest of the year , Hewett will ave 100 ea week for the 10 weeks and Holmes will ave 90

13 trades and 2 boosts left. 3 rookies on field, need cash.
T/U: Use my 4th boost to trade Boyd to Madden to hopefully make a bit of coin
T/D: Save the boost and trade
Trade conundrum

Thanks!
Anyone considering Miles Bergman?
Or just pay the extra for a Whitfield or Dale?
TU: Dale
