  1. Torn between using my 2nd last boost or not :

    TU : OUT – Roberts & Nyuon, IN – L Ryan & D Jones
    Gets rid of a dead rookie, gives me a FWD emergency with Livingstone in fwd line whilst Sweet at R3 and saves a boost (2 remaining)

    TD: OUT – Roberts, D’Ambrosia & S Darcy (WB), IN – L Ryan, D Jones & either Oliver or D Moore (Haw)
    I would have n no FWD emergency (Nyuon & Livingstone) but gain 2 keepers instead of one.

  2. Good or bad trade….

    In – NDaicos, Oliver, Darcy
    Out – Rozee, Roberts, D’Ambrosio

    Tu – Good
    Td – Do better

  3. Ranked in the top 100
    Was planing on trading Tom green to oliver if he was going to miss this week.

    Kingsley has said he is ‘extremely confident’ green will play now.

    If tom green is named at selection, do I simply just hold him and get oliver next week?

    Tu: Hold Green if named
    Td: Trade and pick him up after his bye sub 500k

  4. Only have a limited amount of cash to spend to bring in someone for rozee and upgrading a defender. Wanna make sure I bring in a top 10-15 midfielder this week

    TU – Dunkley and Stewart
    TD – Neale and Sinclair

    Comment – are there better options to save my cash like petracca or parish

    1. This is a good poll topic for next week. Throw some other players on the fringe of top 6 and run a bit of a poll.

      I think its a legitimate question at the moment with Chris Scott throwing that loose defender role around a bit.

  5. Sheezel + $32 to Ryan?

    Ryan looks a must have and is heading towards $700k. Sheezel is suffering from Clarkson spinning the magnets, scoring lower and bleeding cash.

    TU – this trade has merit
    TD – too sideways

    1. Sheezel had one bad game.
      I’m curious how many trades you have left if you’re flicking a top defender after one bad game.

      1. Thanks for yr comment Dan Z. I have 24 trades left!

        I was at this game. Sheez and McKercher clearly had swapped roles, from SC happy HB to a struggling North mid-field. One player goes big, one not so! Sheez is quality but I was burned by holding onto Ziebell to long last season after “one bad game”.

    Comben -> Jones
    Roberts -> Oliver
    100k in the bank

    TD:
    Roberts -> Oliver
    Bonner -> english
    Powell -> Jones

  7. Do I use my last boost this round?

    Out Z Williams, Roberts and Jackson
    In Ryan, Oliver and jones

    Pros – getting two gilt edged premos for the season
    Cons- using last boost, losing top 6 fwd in Jackson and selling Jackson at his low ( as an alternative l could trade Whitfield instead of Jackson)

    TU good trades DO it
    TD no don’t do it

  8. Wow Sean darcy out injured All of a sudden makes Jackson more appealing too bring in as RUCK cover this week for sweet and back to fwd line when the time comes

  9. Graham out and no bench cover

    TU: Trade in T Stewart instead of Dylan Moore

    TD: Hold Comben and swing him back and trade out Powell instead

  10. Righteo last crack at it . Can’t decide haha

    TU:
    Yeo -> English
    Comben -> Jones
    Roberts -> Oliver
    100k in the bank

    TD:
    Yeo -> Ryan
    Roberts -> English
    Powell -> Jones
    44k in the bank

    1. History of calf issues, won’t be surprised if he’s out for a while, hoping that’s the case being a Jackson owner, Grundy got a hold of him and kept him to a mediocre score.

  11. Is D Jones a must have this week? I’m a bit wary of GWS rookies and my forward line doesn’t need another non playing one.

    TU – trade in D Jones, he’s on the bubble and will make enough cash to be worth it. But he will be on the field.
    TD – move Wilson into my forward line and take a risk on someone like Sullivan from Coll to sit on my bench. And hope he gets a 3rd game next week for cash generation.

  12. Have brought in Oliver and Jones for Roberts, Libba and D’Ambrosio…

    Should my third be:

    TU: Laird ($563k, BE 73)
    TD: Parish ($529k, BE 28)

    5

    12
    1. Plan to bring in Stewart next week for around $520k…

      Working backwards and leaving the Parish/Laird slot blank, I have $813,800 to play with. If Comben holds his value and I sell him for $295k, that gives me $1,108k.

      Should I buy Stewart for around $520k, that means I have about $588k to spend this week.

      That’s just outside (well, certainly cutting it far too fine) of being able to afford Neale ($595k, BE 100) who is the most appealing in the <$600k category that I don't own.

      Keen to hear other suggestions though?

  13. With news of Darcy out and needing some FWD line premos, is Jackson an option?

    T/U – Roberts & Darcy to Jones & Jackson
    T/D – Roberts & Powell to Jones & Ryan

    Whilst Ryan is 100% a better option, my FWD line after trading out Powell would be a disaster

    Heeney, Flanders, Reid, Wilson, Darcy, Garcia (Jones, Livingstone)

  14. Torn on which forward premo to upgrade to.. Dylan Moore who is named in the guts this weekend or Luke Jackson who will play solo Ruck.
    Leaning Luke Jackson because the cheaper price and good bye but want to get everyone’s thoughts..

    TU – dyl Moore
    TD – Luke Jackson
    Cheers legends

  15. Wish I could hold onto Rozee but have too many midfield battlers & need to ditch him

    TU – Butters
    TD – Heeney

  16. Really torn on my premo upgrade

  18. Was wondering why no love for Zorko when he has been the third best forward so far (averaging over 100 – consistent and dual position!!) Everyone seems to suggest that Moore is a better forward option!! Is it purely because of injury history??
    Any thoughts please

    1. I’m not too sure exactly. I brought him in 2 weeks ago. Moore is cheaper and on a real hot streak. Zorko has been more injury prone but he shouldn’t be as bad in a different role.
      May just be that previous seasons he has burnt many coaches.

    2. It’s purely the injury history for me Fishxma.. I got moore in this week. He’s done 90+ average back to back years in his high half forward role. He should eclipse that with his small uptick in CBAs.. I’ll look at zorko after his bye but happy to take moore for now with his low BE.

      1. Same for me as well, just too risky of an injury profile.
        I’ve always enjoyed his style of play, so I’m glad to see him doing well.
