Brad Scott: “It’s a tight hamstring, but is it a torn hamstring? No. There may be some very minor damage… Reidy’s injury history is pretty well documented. We’re just going to sub him and take a cautious approach.”
West Coast: Oscar Allen scans revealed a bone stress issue in his right knee
He went for scans on Tuesday, which revealed the stress issue. The club said it would continue to assess Allen’s knee and update his likely return to play in coming weeks.
Allen will miss at least eight weeks

A group of players have been quarantined from teammates due to a gastro bug sweeping the club.
Instead of training this morning, Charlie Comben, Cooper Harvey, Jackson Archer, George Wardlaw & Callum Coleman-Jones are expected to complete a session this afternoon. Just a precaution, but not ideal two days out from Round 2.
Gold Coast: Jed Walter ( FWD $198,300) will make his debut on Sunday.
The 2023 pick No. 3 has recovered from a broken collarbone and will face the Western Bulldogs in Ballarat.

Hewett has not responded to the rehab exercises as prescribed by a ballet therapist.
He will have surgery in the next week to alleviate a sesamoiditis issue in his foot – will be sidelined until around the mid-season bye.
Gold Coast Suns : Jarrod Witts has been withdrawn with a groin injury and replaced in the squad by Ned Moyle.
Port Adelaide: Jason Horne-Francis is OUT of Sunday’s clash with Richmond. He was at main training today, but Port says he has a hamstring issue.
Has been replaced in extended squad by Tom Clurey.
Scans which have confirmed a minor strain. Timeline TBC but that would suggest Horne-Francis could miss more than just Sunday’s match.
Richmond: Mykelti Lefau (FWD $102,400) will make his debut in Round 2.

Sam Draper Has been fined for rough conduct on Jake Lloyd.
Jake Lever has been fined for misconduct for pushing Mitch Lewis into the boundary fence late in the second quarter
Nick Blakey, Justin McInerney and Tom McCartin as well as Bomber Jye Caldwell have also been fined for a melee
