Hi guys. Just wondering what everyone would do. I went Lloyd VC into Neale C. Opponent went Kelly VC into Neale C. Lloyd ends up scoring 137. Do you
thumbs up take Lloyd’s score and do the Captain loophole.
Thumbs down and take a punt on Neale as C and leave it. Brisbane are playing North, so he could get his average.
True. I forgot to mention the emergency I used was Wicks and he got 34 if I do the loophole. Thanks for your input. I’m really divided into what to do. At least of got until tomorrow night to make a decision as projections are close
Pretty good so far, but I have three problems:
1. Stuffed up the captaincy loophole because Cavarra AND Bytel were both selected when I was expecting neither of them to be. Stuck with Bont now, hopefully he has a big game.
2. Stuffed up the emergency loophole because Cavarra was selected. Stuck with Bell and Woodcock on the bench now and Cavarra on field
3. It’s Sunday.
All the meticulous planning in the world Chillo but there are things beyond our control and a lot of luck involved
Thanks for all your posts and support to supercoachers on this site
Taking Neale’s Vc score rather then risking Macrae
Dusty and Budarick to come. Projected score of 2357.
Traded Gawn to NicNat yesterday. I think it has worked okay.
Some big premo scores have more than offset underperforming Whitfield, Sicily and 4 rookie scores under 50.
Expecting a big drop this round. Decision to trade out GAWN , STARCEVICH & PICKETT and move D CAMERON into Ruck failed spectacularly. The thought process was that I could trade in 2 premiums MERRETT (97), Brayshaw (68) and Wicks. Have Draper at R3 & still have Comben parked at F8 so thought in a couple of weeks, Draper can be traded out, Cameron can be moved back to Fwd , GAWN can be traded back in and Comben back to R3. Sounded good in theory but missing either Nic Nac or Goldys scores this round has killed me. Plus have the dilemma of injuries to SICILY, MCPHERSON and SIMPSON to worry about. Not the right thread for this, being that the round isn’t over yet, but need to work out what to do next. Should have always replaced Gawn with a proper Rick I realise now.
TU- trade out a forward rookie in Aarts or Georgiadis (or sacrifice D Smith) to move D Cameron back to fwd and trade in Goldy/Nic Nac
TD – live with Cameron or Draper as R2 until Gawn drops in price and can get him back, and deal with injuries.
And only gave 7 trades left but close to premo on other lines.
Comforting to hear someone else made a similar blue! I did the same and brought in Fyfe (121 – good) and Walters (60 – bad). Not having a premo ruck really hurts!
FWIW, I’m bringing in Ryan/Lloyd and Simpkin (don’t have a lot of defensive cover to replace Sicily and McPherson).
Not included the extra 3 Wighty, so 10 remaining in total. The plan was to get back Gawn by Round 15 but don’t think I can wait until then and play the next 2 weeks with either Cameron or Draper as R2. So I think I will bringing in a premium ruck this week and replacing Sicily.
I am predicted 2460, but a big shout out to The Phat Side@SCT, currently ranked 4th and projected score of 2575, monsterous score and presuming a move upwards! well done
Very happy with that but am still going to lose my main league as they’re on 2,421 with Martin and Rankine to come. We are each 300+ on everyone else in the league. Hate when that happens.
My score is thanks to Bont, NicNat (very happy I went Gawn to NicNat two weeks ago), Bailey Smith and Grundy.
Good debut from ZWilliams and will be looking to get Serong off field this week to complete my team and have ~$590k to spend.
Rolled the dice & traded Gawn to Nic Nat & Viney to Mitchell last week so far so good! Doedee to Williams the only move this week.
Cameron 45, Sicily 50, Serong 52, Maynard 60, Ridley 70 poor & under par guys Docherty 82, Whitfield 84, Duncan 90 stopped me from having a monster round but still quite content.
Getting greedy but would love a 111 from Greenwood to get an even 2500.
2272 with Rankine still to come
Was on the receiving end of Laird last week which cost me my main league win by a few points but got lucky with Sicily doing my opponent no favours this week and allowing me to scrape over the line.
I think I’m called Even Steven
3/323 Neale mcrae
467) (4) Neale
New recruit Parker with a nice 127
221 with Lloyd and Whitfield played. Neale into Macrae vc/c.
Predicted 2497 so hoping to jump up into top 500 (currently 680th)

Take the points. If Neale gets his average you only gain 10 points. If Neale rolls an ankle in the first quarter…well, you know the rest.

430 / 4 / Neale into Oliver
It’s all downhill from here, so I’m going to enjoy it while I can! Lloyd, Parker, Whitfield and Bell (loop).
Taded in Haynes (550k 124 BE) who scored 67 over Z.Williams (468k) who scored 111
That pretty much sums up my year..
270/3
Had JKelly VC score is close to my area of consideration.
C goes to
TU: Grundy
TD: McRae
Comment: JKelly VC
1760/17/Neale
projected to get 2300 now
(was projected over 2500 at the start of the round sooo that’s how well it’sgoing :S )
1350/12/Grundy
Looking at 2300-2400 at this stage but we all now that a good start to a round can be ruined on Sundays
1476/13/Neale
Par Round expected taking
Cameron’s score and Haynes and Brayshaw
Sub average scores this week and not owning Lloyd
1311/12/Neale
Projected 2328.
1539 / 14 / Bontempelli

Worked out very nicely Chillo

Taking Neale’s Vc score rather then risking Macrae
1528/13/Goldy
Having a not bad round so far. But Sunday can throw a spanner in the works. Fingers crossed.
1634/14/Oliver
projected 2473
Keays named in the guts v McCrae , are those of us with Mcrae as cpt heading for the cliff ?
Any thoughts on this coaches??
Whoops sorry All ….. wrong Thread !
What’s happened with the bulldogs and Adelaide scores are in but they can’t be right
They total less than 1600, not 3300 according to footywire
They are fixed now
Bont 33 disposals 6 marks 9 tackles only 99 wtf
Corrected now to 199
2271 with aarts to go tmw night/neale(134)
pretty solid week so far Bont the obvious standout
2258/20/Lloyd
Greenwood and Aarts to come
2197/20/Neale
Dusty and Budarick to come. Projected score of 2357.
Traded Gawn to NicNat yesterday. I think it has worked okay.

I’m projected 2460. My opponent projected 2547!!
Sums up my season.
Projected 2590
2402 with Dusty left to play.
Currently ranked 363, going up or down??
Only way is up!
2241 with Dusty to come.
Simpson and Georgiadis hurt.
3335/Grundy
Just Martin to go good score but not thinking I will rocket up as I expect 2300-2400 to be a par score.
Disappointments were Simpson & McPhersons injuries
Brayshaws first down week in a while
Ridley who I got this week over Zilliams
3335! Killing it.
Is that a typo?
Even if you captained a 200 point captain and it was doubled
you’d need 21 players averaging 138 to get the other 2900 points
Haha oops 2335. Posted it before I went to work this morning
I saw the 4:43am time stamp and thought you either couldnt’ sleep or were rushing out the door.

Who wins?
Dusty
Aarts + 54.
I am predicted 2460, but a big shout out to The Phat Side@SCT, currently ranked 4th and projected score of 2575, monsterous score and presuming a move upwards! well done
2270 Dusty Rankine
My decision to opt for Walters over Nic Nat / Merrett was not a good one. Bont and Bazlenka to the rescue.
3 injuries in one round never good either: Sicily, McPherson, Simpson.
Currently ranked 1k, might enter the top 1000 for the very first time!
2083 / 18 / Oliver.
I’ve seen some huge scores out there already. I’m going ok I guess.
Considering I don’t own Bont or luke Ryan.
Great scores from…
Nic Nat
Baz
Grundy
Neale
Mitchell
Petracca
Solid from..
Kelly
Cripps
Stewart
Macrae
Hurn.
Disappointing ..
Houston
Doc
Whit
And Taranto ( 67) on Debut.
Still to come..
Dusty
Short
Rankine
And Budarick covering for Dev.
I have somehow avoided most of the injuries with no McPherson, Simpson or Sicily. Why was Sicily playing Forward in the first half ?
Hoping to crack 2350.
I guess we go back to some sense of normality this week with a Friday game first up. This gives us a few more days to plan this weeks trades.
Good luck to everyone in tonights game.
Looking to crack 2350 (C – Neale)
With a Dev Smith sized donut
I have a massive Yeonut on my field, managed to cover Dev tho
2,553 with no-one left tonight.
Very happy with that but am still going to lose my main league as they’re on 2,421 with Martin and Rankine to come. We are each 300+ on everyone else in the league. Hate when that happens.

Wow! Excellently positioned, froff. Good work.
Thanks GD!
Thinking Fyfe may be the best way to complete my team.
Hoping he can stay on the park for the rest of the season.
Yep, I brought him in this week and was very pleased.
Don’t lie you were shitting yourself at 3QT.
2202 with Aarts to play. Macrae C
Tough week with ol’ disappointing Devon out and Yeo was another late blow but will still win league game thankfully.
2228 with no one left
about 250 points under my projection sooo not ideal 😛
3 GWS under performed and Mayes went for 24 and Simpon injury.
You win some you lose some.
2389 with Greenwood to play.
Nice one Dann.
You should be moving up the ranking w that score !
2272 with Rankine still to come
