  5. Given the well publicised struggles of Watts, Scully, Boyd, McCartin, and to an extent Weitering, Whitfield and Kreuzer, the current rubbish being peddled by the AFLs OFFICIAL WEBSITE regarding Ugle-Hagan is an absolute disgrace.

    I hope Bevo holds these idiots accountable.

    2. There’s certainly going to be questions over a number 1 pick who is fit but not getting a go.

      Reading some of the comments from the kennel it sounds like there is two diametrically opposed stories coming out.

      All we can hope is that the pressure and media focus on one club’s recruitment priorities doesn’t destroy yet another young career.

      If it was a different club who had the no 1 pick it might have been a different player selected, a different club handling the media attention in a different way.

      I don’t know that the Doggies have got how they’ve handled this right, and whenever there’s blood in the water there are going to be sharks.

      Fingers crossed we get some pressure off and let him have his debut when both he and the club can agree he’s ready.

  7. I watched Clark specifically last game, ran hard didn’t play badly at all, they’ve got injuries and still gets dropped. CSCGF. Hope for his sake he goes to another club.

      1. Martin Frederick was good enough to get two games and shows promise for a young player but after all that is what he is, a young raw talent that needs developing. Port is a very hard team to get a game and then retain that place as all positions are competitive.

        We are all disappointed that a cash cow wasn’t selected this week but AFL coaches and clubs don’t care about supercoach. He will get his opportunity again.

    1. if you think Bolton and May will be in your final team then I think 1 is the best option cause you get two rookies off field.

      but if you think you will eventually upgrade them to an uber premium might as well go for Walsh/Oliver who will be in your final team. (Federick has been dropped this week though)
