Cameron failed a fitness test at Gosch’s Paddock on Thursday morning after reporting a back issue following the 12-point win over the Western Bulldogs last Friday night.
Darcy won’t play,” Collingwood coach Craig McRae said on Thursday.
“Unfortunately, after the game he had a bit of a stiff back. He trained early in the week and we were hoping he would progress, but he didn’t get much progression on Tuesday.

I know fixturing is set early, but Hawthorn v North was always a battle of the cellar dwellers, and West Coast were likely also. There will still be some SC relevance, but it’s not likely to be a day in front of the tv.

Traded DCam to Finlayson because I didn’t want 2 donuts and the suggestion that a hip might mean more than one week for DCam. I might not have pulled that trigger if I had known that Maric was playing. The carnage this week has caused many hasty reactionary decisions. I told myself not to fall into that trap, but I think I did anyway!
