  1. Been the longest I’ve taken on trades this season but finally settled:

    Sanders -> Hamill
    Darcy -> Garcia
    Khamis -> Macrae

Sent the dogs to the pound with this one and a key thing driving these trades was DPP and OF security, which I’m happy with.

Sanders I’d have liked to keep and made efforts to last week but recurring sub/subbed and last week’s 15 means it’s gg. Hamill I don’t rate at all as a scorer and he’s firmly benched but a DEF downgrade allowed me to swing one of the Suns boys into the middle.

For the upgrade, I went Macrae. Best premo I could have done would have been Houston, which makes more season when firing off that final boost, but I just didn’t like how it left me OF. Was just out of reach of Serong and not going Dawson or Walsh. The three finishing MIDs I’m angling for are Serong, Zerrett and Racca. Dale I’m not entirely opposed to but want another look and his BE is okay.

So it was a FWD. Zorko I rated but 550k, don’t like his fixture, saw his score last week as very lucky and his whole injury and suspension profile. Macrae should just coast on his workrate, the strength of the Dogs as a whole and their fixture (Dockers, Hawks, Tigers). Essentially, he’ll do. FWD line also done as we’re gonna just ride the rails with Reid.

So all up my side looks like this:

DEF: Sheezel, Ryan, Daicos, Young, Howes & Clohesy [Brown, Hamill]

MID: Butters, Bontempelli, Rowell, Green, Gulden, Roberts, Wehr & Graham [Wilson, Clark, Garcia]

    RUC: English & Xerri [Livingstone]

FWD: Heeney, Flanders, Jackson, Macrae, Powell & Reid [Drury, Nyuon]

    111k ITB, 23 trades, 0 boosts

Like I said, really happy with the rookie fielding situation. Trades this week got Graham into the middle, Reid FWD and Howes on. Scope to cover Reid this week if managed (which I expect).

Not sure how I’ll grab Garcia next week (as I type I realize how massive a problem it is lol) but potentially take a look at Dale in a 1U1D if he backs it up.

Crucial week, interested to see some fully posted teams and how people have ended up.

    1. Trades last week (Dawson, McKercher, J.Clark > Steele, W. Graham, and Nyuon)
DEF: Sheezel, Houston, Daicos, NWM, D’Ambrossio, Clohesy (Reid, Coffield)
MID: Butters, Bont, Steele, Serong, LDU, Roberts, Sharp, Windsor (D.Wilson, W.Graham, Mannagh)
      RUC: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWDS; Flanders, T.Powell, Reid, Dempsey, Sanders, S.Darcy (Nyuon, T.Berry)
      $260,300 ITB, 29 trades left, 3 boosts.

Competely stumped this week especially since I still have Z.Reid/Coffield on my bench.
Any feedback or advice greatly appericated

  2. Team currently sitting rank 221
Going for Zorko this week at a BE of 66. I need another forward in the team and I am letting Macrae slide due to how I started him last year over Bont and how much it hurt. Would rather be hurt by him scoring and not failing me
    H. Garcia coming in as well hoping he actually gets some contested ball with his decent CBA%
Williams and Sharp out this week. Martin going back to fill Williams.

Look to get Green and Stewart in the couple of rounds with big price drops occurring. Might get someone like Gulden after the first bye week

    Team
Def: Sheezel, Houston, Martin, NWM, D’Ambrosio, Clohesy (Draper, Pink)

Mid: Butters, Bont, Steele, Serong, Daicos, Miller, Roberts, Garcia, (Wilson, Lazzaro, Graham)

    Ruc: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)

Fwd: Heeney, Flanders, Zorko, Powell, Reid, Darcy, (Campbell, Nyuon)

Have 26 trades, 3 boosts and 82.5k itb

  3. My current side:

Def: Sheezel, Houston, Daicos, J Clark, Williams, Clohesy (Reid Coffield)

Mids: Butters, Steele, Rozee, T Green, Martin, H Reid, Roberts, Graham (Lazzaro, Wilson, Clark)

    Rucks: Marshall, Xerri (Livingstone)

Fwds: Heeney, Flanders, Jackson, Powell, Dempsey, Cadman (S Darcy, Nyuon)

I started badly, 99k after R 1 and now up to 14.8k. I have used 4 boosts and have 26 trades left.

I have 381k ITB after doing a double downgrade last week, trading out Sanders and McKercher for Graham and Nyuon.

My trading now revolves around removing rookies from the field ASAP and targeting value replacements.

I have a very even spread over the R12-15 byes, so I won’t be restricted on who to bring in. I am planning/hoping to exit the R15 bye round with 5 or 6 trades left and 23 “premos”.

This week my only confirmed trade is Williams to Dawson via Martin DPP.

I am trying to decide whether to risk Walsh with his potential back issue flaring up or take a punt on Jack Macrae!

If and it is a big “if” Macrae stays on field and doesn’t get subbed by Bevo, then I would be happy to have him at F3-5 for the rest of the year.

I will be using my final boost to facilitate to also bring in H Garcia and either Walsh or Macrae.

Trade outs will depend entirely on team selection but will be a combination of Lazzaro, Clark, Dempsey, Cadman, Darcy.

An obvious potential issue is no defensive bench cover.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

    1. Hey, Owen.

It’s a good side on all lines bar midfield. Think you need proper, BIG premos there. Can’t imagine who you’ve been C’ing.

I’d be blasting off and targeting Serong, Petracca, Bont and Merrett.

Williams -> MID (via Martin DPP) a nice avenue to that end.

      1. Hi GD,

Heeney/Butters have been a great most weeks but you are right – Petracca and Bont on the radar.

  4. Have two defensive rookies on the bench out of the team at the moment, will trade one to Garcia and swing Graham back to cover Tom Stewart.
Which one is more likely to get back in the side?
    T/U – Pink
    T/D – Hore

  5. Bit stuck on these two this week. Sanders has to go. Need to get rid of Carroll, but cant get to Houston without boosting. Pretty happy to keep Williams (if he is playing) but not overly sold on Biggie either.
Will have 1 boost left if I boost here.

    T/U – Williams, Sanders -> Houston, H.Garcia

    T/D – Sanders, Carroll, Windsor – > Houston, H.Garcia, Biggie

  6. Current side is:

Def: Sheezel, Daicos, Young, Stewart, NWM, Clohesy (Zilliams, Z Reid)
Mid: Steele, Green, Brayshaw, Touk, Fyfe, Reid, Roberts, Sharp (Wilson, Graham, Clark)
    Ruc: Gawn, Marshall (Livingstone)
Fwd: Heeney, Flanders, Jackson, Powell, Darcy, Cadman (Nyuon, Sexton)

    27 trades left, 2 boosts, $143k ITB
Obviously the big flaw in this team is the midfield and everything would look better with Fyfe and Reid at F5 and F6 rather than those slots of the midfield so that’s my plan over the next two weeks.
This week: Sharp and Williams for Dawson and H Garcia
Next week: Cadman and Darcy for Bont and R Garcia
Can afford that if the forwards both get above 40 to go up in price slightly and Bont doesn’t go much over 140. If they both get 60s and he goes more in the 110-120s, I could actually afford a Walsh type this week

    Guess my question is:
TU: stick with Dawson so I can almost definitely get Bont in a 1u1d next week
TD: roll the dice with Walsh (or Cripps who I think I want more) and hope the odds are in my favour

    1. Morning, Johnno.

Voted TU given the choices but have you considered like a Macrae or Dale to spare you sweating the rookie price increases? Guarantees you the money for Bont.

Don’t love Dawson for your side with Brayshaw and Miller already there.

Walsh and Bont would be great but again you don’t want to sweat that over the weekend. Bont good match up stats v Freo @ OS (wrote up captains this morning). Darcy has then lost the 2nd ruck economy entirely and a lot of the FWD target economy too. Wouldn’t want to hedge your bets on BEs and price rises.

      1

    2. Comment: Go for Macrae to make it easier if Bont does score stupid high and both Darcy and Cadman only score 20-30

    TU – Darcy
    TD – Cadman

  8. So far have D’Ambrossio > Walsh and Carrol to Garcia.

I can switch D’Ambrossio to Williams or McKercher should selections go that way.

    I haven’t used a boost yet.

T/U – Boost Williams to Macrae (finish off midfield on discount guys)
T/D – Hold off and use cash next week to get Petracca (ride last 6 scoring rookies for longer)

    0

    5
      1. After D’Ambrossio > Walsh and Carroll to Garcia. $165k ITB. 28 Trades made, zero boosts.

Houston, Sheezel, Daicos, Martin, Z.Williams, Clohesy; Howes, Z.Reid
Butters, Bont, Green, Walsh, JHF, Roberts, Wilson, Graham; H.Reid, McKercher, Mannagh
        Gawn, Meek; Livingston
Heeney, Flanders, Jackson, Powell, Darcy, Berry; Duursma, Garcia

I am penciling in Meek to English or Marshall. JHF to a R12 buy premo as I was gambling on DPP (Gulden or Neale) but the rest is play it as it comes.

  9. Still have Reid & Coffield on my bench down back not playing. Also have a couple other dead rookies who aren’t named this week. Is it worth boosting a dead rookie to the likes of biggie or hamill?

Have pretty much nailed all my other cash cows however.

    Tu: Go for it
Td: Wait for the right rookie to present in future weeks

    2

    6
    1. No, I wouldn’t boost just to get rid of a dead rookie – especially if it doesn’t also net some coin.

Biggie and Hamill won’t do much, they’re only facilitators.

Move on dead rookies during quieter trade weeks when others present.

      6

    2. Those voting thumbs up, interested to hear your thoughts. My concern with the rookie’s currently on the bubble is that they may be dropped and end up becoming a dead rookie as such in the next week or so. Kinda feels like the right thing to do is wait for the right week and then sideways the likes of Coffield..

  10. TU: Trading Hore to Garcia to cover the Stewart 0 or

TD: Copping the donut and doing regular upgrade (Walsh probably for Zwilliams)

Not many downgrade options incoming so might need the cash + extra premo

      1. Daicos Stewart Sheez Dambrossio Williams Clohesy (Reid Hore)

Bont Butters Green Serong Steele Martin Roberts Graham (H.Thomas Clark Wilson)

Heeney Flanders Hogan Powell Reid Dempsey (Darcy Nyuon)

        1. Oh, shit.

Yeah, you have to and DPP Graham back. Can’t cop a donut. Freshens your bench up too.

Depending on your ITB and openness to discounted options, you could probably boost and still do an upgrade.

Only other thing I could think of would be trading Stewart and grabbing him again later – but that feels indulgent.

  11. To get some cash in the war chest I’m thinking of using a boost:

    Lazzaro to Tunstill

    TU – good move
TD – there are better options (pls name them!)

  13. Liam Baker.

486k, DEF/FWD and what looks like a locked in midfield role at the tigers with their injuries and a last push to keep him at tigerland in 2025 and beyond… scores of 140, 97 & 93 since moving into the midfield. Only issue is the low CBA% it is a slight concern but his Heat map is very nice so he must push into the middle after CBs. he’s certainly not screaming out value but I’m very surprised he’s not being talked about more by anyone At the end of the day if he’s my F6 come seasons end I’m not going to be to disappointed.

Not completely opposed to macrae just not sure what his role his week to week with bevo at the helm may grab both this week tbh. Will post my likely trades and team below.

  14. Thinking Williams & Sanders > H Garcia & Walsh. Team looks like this.

Def: Daicos, Sheezel, McGovern, DAmbrosio, Clohesy, Graham (Howes, Draper)
Mid: Butters, Bont, Steele, Walsh, Green, NMartin, Miller, Roberts (McKercher, Lazzaro, Garcia)
    Ruck: Gawn, Meek ( Livingstone)
Fwd: Heeney, Flanders, Powell, Reid, Darcy, Cadman (Berry, Wilson)

26 trades left, $149.8k in bank.
Already took the risk on an injury prone McGovern earlier in the year, but with the extra trades I feel Walsh is worth the risk.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

  15. Hey team,

Was going to use the second last boost this week but holding off and was looking at houston, rowell and walsh. Walsh worries me a bit, but saves me a bit of cash for an upgrade next week instead of rowell. Houston shores up the defence nicely so that’s where im leaning. Williams, Dempsey > Houston, Garcia

Def – Sheez, Daicos, Ryan, Houston, McGrath, Roberts (Graham, Reid)
Mid – Butters, Bont, Serong, Touk, Steele, Massimo, Wilson, Clohesy (Clark, Mannagh, Garcia)
    Ruck – Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWD – Heeney, Jackson, Flanders, Comben, Reid, Darcy (Cadman, Nyuon)

Coming into best 22 I’m a bit worried about the back end mid and fwd’s, especially if we lose Harley to ‘management’. Any thoughts appreciated cheers lads and lasses.

  16. I’m holding Stewart, but gonna upgrade Mass and Williams. To Jase Burgoyne and one of the following, please help.

    B.Dale T/U
    J. Bowes T/D

    Also I’ve considered Mac Andrews.

  17. My team after bringing in Daicos and Garcia for ZWill and Sanders

Def. Sheezel Houston Daicos Young NWM Clohesy (Howes Reid)
Mid Bont Serong Rozee Green Steele Roberts Reid Graham (Sharp Windsor H Garcia)
    Ruck Marshall Grundy (Livingstone)
Fwd. Flanders Heeney Powell Darcy Comben Lohmann (Cadman Wilson)

    $8,100 ITB 28 trades 3 boosts left

Chose Daicos to bring in this week rather than Macrae. Macrae is projected to rise more than Daicos next week, but really wanted to bring in an iron clad premo rather than one with a risk element.

No Heeney is the obvious miss. Now resigned to waiting until after his bye.
    Next targets are
    Macrae or Oliver in R8
    Petracca in R9
    Stewart in R10

Feel like I am a premo behind everyone. But otherwise feels like a reasonable enough side. Ranked 31k however so a long way off the pace. Will stick with the plan and just see where it takes me.

Good luck to everyone for the rest of the season

  18. Looking at upgrading whilst a couple of players are cheap vs getting rid of rookies on the bench doing nothing…

Currently thinking Williams, JHF and Fisher –> Walsh, Gulden and Garcia

Whilst still having Reid, Pink and Sexton on the pine not playing and Carroll, Duursma doing not much..

    TU – do proposed trades
TD – fix up some rookies

    2

    7
  19. Current side coming out of Best 18 weeks

    31 trades – 4 boosts left

B – Sheez, Houston, Daicos, Massimo, Williams, Clohsey (Hore, Coffield)
M – Bont, Green, Butters, Steele, Martin, Roberts, McKercher, Graham (Sanders, Lazarro, Wilson)
    R – Gawn, Grundy (Meek)
F – Heeney, Flanders, Powell, Reid*, Darcy, T.Berry (Cadman, Livingstone)

Took a punt on Meek which sort of worked as it meant I held Grundy (would’ve done Grundy to English instead), but the cash gen hasn’t been as great as I hoped.

I need to start getting some premo mids in so whats the best move?

T/U -Ambrosio, Cadman & Sanders to Walsh, H.Garcia & Macrae

    T/D – Williams, Sanders & Meek to Walsh, H.Garcia & Petracca

I’m feeling I’d rather wait on Petracca to bottom out, but can also see a 160+ against a depleted Tigers team. Plans next week are to get in English (for Grundy) and hopefully Dawson

  20. Tossing up between

T/U Using my second last boost and going:
    Williams, Mass, Sharp to
    Hugo garcia, dawson, macrae
    Or
T/d save the boost and keep mass so williams and sharp to walsh/dawslm amd Hugo Garcia

    0

    5
    1. Hmm just realised can bring in walsh in first scenario too so other question is
      T/u walsh
      T/d dawson

  21. Is it worth trading Luke Jackson if it means you can get someone like Rowell / Walsh?

    I am in two minds!

    TU: Yes, trade him now
TD: No, best to hold on

  22. Hi Gunboat & coaches -since you’ve been so generous with your time assisting others, would love any advice on what to do this week.
Main issue is backline with Pink, Z Reid, Stewart & Williams – all not playing. Plan to trade out Z Williams & Pink, trade in Houston and swing Graham into backline. Need to do 3 trades however to bring in Houston (or any premo), and to avoid a donut in the backline. So thinking Sharp as the highest BE (not enough cash for upgrade if trade out Sexton), or D’Ambrosia? . With McAuliffe not named, and going early on Garcia last week, and no real mid rookies to bring in, forced to swing Fyfe and H Reid (to bench) to Mids. Then needing 2 rookie forwards – hoping Nyuon & Tunstill are named. Here is full team for any other insights –

DEF : Sheezel, Daicos, Stewart, D’Ambrosia, Williams, Clohesy (Pink, Z Reid)
MID: Butters, Bont, Steele, Green, N Martin, Dawson, Roberts, Sharp (Wilson, Graham, H Garcia)
    RUCK : Gawn & Grundy
FWD : Flanders, Jackson, Powell, Fyfe, H Reid, Cadman (Darcy, Sexton)

I don’t necessarily have to trade in Houston with N Martin, Roberts & Graham options to swing back, but he is the pick of the affordable defenders IMO (will ignore the fact that I traded out H Young in R3). Don’t want to risk Walsh as I’m convinced he will be managed but weight of numbers trading him in this week makes me nervous, the FOMO factor again, (which I already have with no Heeney or Ryan, or Serong).
So refusing to play with a donut, and wanting an upgrade – appreciate any guidance!

    1. Think I’d avoid having both Fyfe and Reid on the mid bench. Think the difference of those two compared to two of Darcy, Nyuon and Tunstill would be unlikely to cover the donut score you’re trying to avoid so bad. You could try a Will Hamill as the trade in instead or if you want to go cheaper, Leek Aleer more than held his own defending McKay so can’t see him getting dropped anytime soon

      0

      0
        1. Would still recommend a defensive rookie rather than bringing in two shaky forward rookies who will be hard to hide while also having Sexton

          0

          0
  23. DEF: Cheezel, Daicos, Houston, D’ambrosio, Williams, Howes (Reid Hore)

MID: Bont, Serong, Steele, Green, Rozee, Bonner, Roberts, Clohesy ( mcKerch Wilson Graham)

    RUCK: Marshall Grundy (Livingstone)

FWD: Heeney, Flanders, Powell, Reid, Cadman, Darcy (comben Sexton)

    BANK: $215,000 + 4 BOOSTS

    TU:
    Cadman -> L.Baker
    D’ambrosio-> macrae/Dawson
    Williams -> garcia
    BANK – $80k + 3 BOOSTS

    TD:
    Cadman -> Baker/macrae
    Williams -> garcia
    BANK – $220k + 4 BOOSTS

In that TD option I’m almost tempted to go D’ambrosio-> Dawson and only 30k bank. But ideally I’d like one more look at both macrae and Dawson with libba and crouch both back to see their roles.

Feel free to Comment any thoughts and help 🙂

    1. For me, I don’t quite trust Bevo with Macrae just yet, and want to see Dawson for one week with Crouch before jumping on. You might have an issue fielding 22 unless you move guys around to cover down back. I like the guys you are wanting to trade out though.

      2

      1. Yeah tend to agree regarding Dawson and macrae. I think I’ll do:

        Williams->baker
        Cadman -> garcia
I’ll save the boost and go into next week with 220k in the bank for upgrades.
Happy to watch Dawson and macrae one more week.

  24. DEF : Sheezel, Ryan, Daicos, D’Ambrosia, Williams, Clohesy (Howes, Z Reid)
MID: Butters, Bont, Serong, Green, Miller, Roberts, Sharp, Graham (Wilson, Carroll, Clark)
    RUCK : Jackson, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWD : Heeney, Flanders, Powell, H Reid, Dempsey, Comben (Cadman, Darcy)
    ITB: 345k

There are some obvious issues in Williams and H Reid not being named, and Z Reid and other rookies bleeding cash or not making any.
My thoughts at the start of the week were:
    OUT: Carroll and Cadman
IN: Garcia and Gawn with approx. 45k ITB

I think I’m ok covering H Reid with a combination of Comben, Cadman (if not traded) and Darcy. However, it still leaves me with the Williams issue. Is it worth forgoing Gawn this week (hoping for some decline in price down the line), and upgrading Williams to a Martin/Houston or a Merrett/Steele type? Or have I missed something really clear and obvious that needs to be done.

    1. Bolton should play more until the season is done, but might throw in a few subpar scores. If I was picking one this week, I’d be taking Bolton and enjoying (or at least trying to) enjoy the ride.

  25. This week its…
    Sanders, Dempsey and Sharp OUT
    Walsh, Adams and H.Garcia IN

DEF: Sheezel, Houston, Daicos, Whitfield, D’Ambrosio, Graham – Brown, Reid
MID: Bont, Zerret, Serong, Rozee, Walsh, Roberts, Reid, Closehy – Windsor, Clark, Garcia
    RUK: Grawndy – Livingstone
FWD: Heeney, Flanders, Adams, Powell, Cadman, Wilson – Campbell, Lazzaro

Leaves me 48K ITB, 27 trades and 2 boosts.

    2
  26. Dawson and Walsh are so tempting to bring this week both may go big this week.
I’m deciding to wait another week on Dawson.
Walsh still worries me, just look at Boak, has been sideline for over 2 games now since Rd4 when he did his back.

    This is my trade for the week;
    Out: Keane, Bonner & Williams
    In: Blakey, ______ & Garcia
I intentionally left the 2nd pick blank, it’s a gut feeling I had before Round 6. it’s a do or die move that might raise me up in the rankings this week.

  27. Hey Coaches,

    My Current Team:

Def: Sheezel, Houston, Daicos, D’Amb, Z. Williams, T. Brown, Clohesy, Z. Reid
Mid: Butters, Bont, Serong, Green, Roberts, Sharp, McKercher, Windsor, Carroll, Graham, J. Clark (Geelong)
    Ruc: Gawn, Grundy, Livingstone
Fwd: Heeney, Flanders, Jackson, Fyfe, H. Reid, Cadman, Wilson, Sexton

32 trades and 3 boosts remaining. $242.1k ITB

    Current issues:
Def: The 2 Zacs, held Reid through the byes hoping he’d be available again but his timeline keeps getting pushed out.

Mid: Sub risks in Carroll & Clark. Carroll dropping cash and probably doesn’t make best 22 without injuries, especially with Cerra due back soon. Clark has dropped so much, I may as well hold and hope for a non sub game or surpise score to start his CG again. McKercher also due to lose more cash this week.

Fwd: Dead rookie in Sexton, akwardly priced and often on extended bench/sub risk, possible loop facilitator for 2 weeks though

Trade thoughts for the round. Either:

TU: McKercher & Williams out for H.Garcia & any Def or Mid premium
    or
TD: McKercher & Carroll out for H.Garcia & a Def or Mid up to $609,800.

Any thoughts or insights would appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Wayne

  30. Trading out Sanders and Z Williams this week for Hugo Garcia and a premium. Not sure who to go for but my options are:

Zorko, Josh Kelly, Dawson, Macrae, Cripps.

Cannot afford Walsh and not really wanting to Boost to get him in. Who should I bring in, I have about 550k.

    1. Don’t think you can do Cripps then if you’ve only got $550ish but he would’ve been my pick. Really want to get him in my own team. For the rest, it’s honestly a personal choice and risk profile so I’d recommend picking the player you like the most. I really like Kelly as a POD cause he’s only in 1% of teams, Dawson’s showed us he has the highest ceiling, Macrae is rock solid when he doesn’t get Bevoed and Zorko has been the best of the 4 all year but historically either gets a soft tissue injury or suspension at some stage. I’m still unsure which I’ll bring in this week but I just don’t like watching Zorko and I’m worried about him missing games so won’t have him in my team but I think he’s still a good move. I like the look of my team best with Dawson but the cash saved with Macrae is really appealing to me too

  31. Trades last week (Dawson, McKercher, J.Clark > Steele, W. Graham, and Nyuon)

    Current team
DEF: Sheezel, Houston, Daicos, NWM, D’Ambrossio, Clohesy (Reid, Coffield)
MID: Butters, Bont, Steele, Serong, LDU, Roberts, Sharp, Windsor (D.Wilson, W.Graham, Mannagh)
    RUC: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWDS; Flanders, T.Powell, Reid, Dempsey, Sanders, S.Darcy (Nyuon, T.Berry)
    $260,300 ITB, 29 trades left, 3 boosts.

Thinking Sanders & Windsor to Walsh & H.Garcia
Open to any feedback or advice.

  32. Two options
TU : Trade out Pink, D’Ambrosia & Z Williams (regardless of whether he’s in or not) for 2 rookies and an upgrade
TD : If Williams is in, keep him and trade out Pink, D’Ambrosia & Sharp for 2 rookies and an upgrade.

Thinking I prefer TU as Williams is injury prone, and I think Sharp has more chance of making more money than Williams. Plus I have more backline options then I do in the mids with not much on offer to trade in rookie wise.

  33. Time for my bargain basement but somewhat serviceable ruck to get an upgrade. Xerri stays for the moment but Meek needs to go. As it stands it would cost barely $100k to upgrade to English or Marshall next week. Gawn clear R1 though, but the extra cash for him could be another upgrade.

    TU: English/Marshall and cash
    TD: pony up for Gawn

    1. Hope you pulled the pin and traded in Gawn.

I’m in the same boat as you sitting on Meek, so am going to take his points this week and upgrade to Tingles the following week.

      1. Unfortunately this was all for next week so Maxxy will be over $700k by then. Gonna see how prices change and decide from there I reckon.

  34. Need a downgrade to get Houston in this week. Have both Garcia’s. No other rookies worth a dime imho. Going with Burgoyne at the moment. Seems to find plenty of the ball with 21 possies in last 2 games. Any other suggestions would be nice. My policy is to only take Ubers on each line so not willing to take chances with maybes at this stage of season.

    1. Jordon Sweet (Ruck $158k)
I don’t know your ruck situation but with Soldo expected to miss 4-5 weeks he would be a good on your bench as a cash cow.

      1. Thanks chaos never looked at sweet. Do have the swap set to do it but would leave me very thin in forward line till he makes some cash as like many I have Livingstone in ruck. May look at him next week if he scores ok this week.

  35. Hey guys need some help

TU: KEEP massimo, TRADE sanders, IN Dawson
    Or
TD: KEEP sanders, TRADE Massimo, IN Walsh

FYI don’t have Gawn so need abit of cash to bring him in and some points more importantly!

  36. The trades I’m fairly set on are Sanders and Sharp to Walsh and Garcia. Question is, should I use my 3rd boost to trade NWM to Rowell/Merrett?

  37. I could use the 3rd boost to one of the following:

    TU D’Ambrosio/Sharp/Williams -> 2 of Walsh/Cripps/Zorko +Garcia
TD Sharp/Sanders/Williams -> Walsh or Cripps + Hogan + Garcia

Comment on whether boost is worthwhile and which Walsh/Cripps/Zorko to bring in.

  38. Any consideration for Durham or Caldwell? Last two weeks they have been given a lot more midfield time
