Can’t imagine anyone bringing in Xerri after this weeks performance. Upcoming run or not, I’d be staying away. Looks way off it. Dawson by a country mile
Xerri has BE of 188 for upcoming round against WC. Noting he scored 199 against them in round 2.
He seems out of sorts lately. I bought him at his high point coming into round 3, he had a mare, then suspended for 3 weeks and been average to shithouse since.
I’ll hold him for the rest of season as my flex (also running Gawn & Jackson as ruck), but bringing him in – buyer beware.
Warner’s stats have been looking better, Sydney have a soft run home (especially in SC finals) and like you said will probably get more CBAs now. I can see him averaging 100 for the rest of the year.
Is it crazy to trade out Grundy? Hear me out. Dean Cox has already hinted that Grundy may be rested again before the end of season. Cash is really drying up for my final upgrades and he still has money on his head.
Grundy & A. Anderson > Clarry & Durham.
I will tank the R2 spot with Steene this week as I will still have enough numbers and look to grab Dogga off his bye next week for a good price.
Swans beleive he will be a future champ Gerrard Healy gave him a big wrap. … with Rampe and Roberts groin issues he may play regularly will make money back half season
Can you use him to upgrade a freefaller, someone like Houston, or extract the maximum dollars out of him before round fifteen after 1 and two gamers show their form this round?
His got his crap score out of his system, surely he can do 120+ from here? outside of the blood smearing and Freo destroying the roos, he’s produced well at 570k? Unfortunately other candidates to get in still have their bye
Low CBA’s compared to normal & TOG is still down. Not passing the eye test at all. Heard rumours he is carrying something but who knows. He was in my plans but not going there this week anymore. Need to watch one more week at the bare minimum imo.
Yes definitely considering the same, although have to consider a back up plan if he continues scoring like he did on the weekend. Worst case, use his cash and just tank the 23rd spot with a rookie. Hopefully someone from the MSD can average 70-80 which will be handy enough I guess.
Would rather that and hold 2-3 trades rather than go down to nothing.
Agreed, 22 premos + rookie in flex who could score ~70 with extra trades in hand would be the better option. Especially this year when there’s so big of a gap between the top end premos and everyone else.
Nick
Miller and Kozzy lead that pack…I have Kozzy and Bails and will grab The Horned one with his low BE of 32…and unlikely to be tagged before Butters (did Saint Phillipou really score 19…How?)
Miller has had his bye which is a big advantage…
Did you say BOLTON…the fella on a million NEVER ever again lists…I double dare you to select him.!!!
Kozzy is The Demons Match Winner. Will score bigtime but often gets opposition attention while Touk is Mr Consistent and will not get a tag nowadays but Ando, Rowell and Petracca do impact Touks scores.
Good luck with your choice.
Avoid bringing in players that still have a bye so definitely not td. I’d look at JHF over Chad for the TU too or just hold Lombard for a little longer
I think the breakeven is 60 which should be more manageable but I could definitely be wrong. I’m just thinking you could keep him for two weeks and then swap him to Warner after the bye, hoping that two games of 60ish scores helps the team more than one week of a sugar hit but it’s definitely fair to do the trade
I can get Daicos and Jackson to finish my team in Rd 15 and 16.
Was going to get Xerri this week but now not sure. Instead of him thinking Jordan Dawson or Lachie Ash, either of which will go flex.
TU – Dawson and 22k (probably takes 5 trades to complete team and leaves me with 4 injury or luxury trades)
TD – Ash and 90k (probably takes 4 trades to complete team and leaves me with 5 injury or luxury trades)
Anyone considering Harry Kyle from Sydney over HHK as he’s on the bubble this week and HHK can come in next? I guess at this stage it’s unlikely to be trading any of these guys out so guaranteeing all the cash gen is less crucial
Chad doesn’t seem to have the ceiling that Touk has, Chad has just got to 100 twice this year. i do belive he has great scoring potential against the weaker teams, and the swans finish to the season over the last 5 weeks is very good. Guelden will be back soon, so does that effect him? i would look at saving the $50k, but he could be a frustration.
Grundy has been great so far but is it time to move on.. 200+ BE, risk of further load management.. am i crazy to consider trading him for jackson or xerri and banking 100k? Playing purely for OA rank I am in a good position and looking outside the box for advantages to maximise points. Xerri did just have a stinker but may go nuclear in coming weeks with a very favourable draw.
I am considering the same thing, planning on utilising Steene and tanking my R2 spot this week essentially and then grabbing Jackson off his bye next week.
Essentially trading Grundy to Jackson and banking 100k. Regardless of what the TU/TD says, it’s definitely a consideration at the minimum. If the cash helps finish off your side then it could be the play. Rookies aren’t doing much for us at the minute.
Ive locked in Retschko and Farrow for Hall-Kahan and Finn Callaghan
Was originally planning on bringing in Shai Bolton next week as F6/M7 but considering using third trade this week to go Lombard to Sam Durham, I know he has bye next week but I have more than enough premos available.
If I bring in Durham I have 7 trades left, 22 Premos and Murdock, Hall-Kahan or Sharp as the most reliable rookies to play as 23 man on field.
T/U bring in Durham
T/D wait for Bolton next week (or even Kossie Pickett after his bye)
Hopefully twenty two playing this week so I might just give trades a miss and see what the cheap rookies can do, also adds four extra teams to select from next week those from this weeks byes.
Running low on trades and cash gen. Thinking I may prioritise 22 premiums this year and essentially hope I can field a rookie for a decent ‘23rd’ score, whilst holding a few trades up my sleeve.
TU: Keep the flex open for flexibility and the ability to get the best rookie on field
TD: Fill the flex with 3 rucks in and just ‘tank’ the F6 spot with a rookie
Been the worst crop of premos I can ever remember tbh. 90% of the good premos are so highly owned that they don’t even make a difference or make it interesting. So many underperformers, especially in the midfield.
I’d be slightly worried about Lake’s job security. Weirdly I think Podhajski is more reliable even though he’s on a bye but at this stage of the year it doesn’t matter heaps cause ideally they aren’t playing on field besides bye cover
TU – Use Boost and trade out walsh/houston/murdock/phillapou.. bring in LDU/Dawson/JHF/99k
TD – Keep boost and just trade the 3 cash cows and bring in 2 Premo and 99K
TU: 1 trade – Phillipou > Warner (11 trades left with 3 spots to upgrade)
TD: 3 trades – Phillipou > Warner, Anderson > 99k mid-season rookie, Lindsay > LDU/Holmes/other 550k premo (9 trades left with 2 spots to upgrade)
Jmac
TU – HOLD
TD – TRADE
he might be out for 10 weeks. Maybe hold this week if you can cover but I think he has to go soon?
Hold houston
Tu: yes, complete team then sideways
Td: no, rather have 22 proper premos and loop rookies as 23rd
What’s happened with Xerri?
TU – Bring him with the upcoming schedule
TD – Bring in Dawson
Can’t imagine anyone bringing in Xerri after this weeks performance. Upcoming run or not, I’d be staying away. Looks way off it. Dawson by a country mile
Xerri has BE of 188 for upcoming round against WC. Noting he scored 199 against them in round 2.

I’ll hold him for the rest of season as my flex (also running Gawn & Jackson as ruck), but bringing him in – buyer beware.
Have 527k to spend on a midfielder. Thinking of either:
T/U Callaghan
T/D Neale
Callaghan,he’s had his bye so that’s a 100poimt headstart
Which trsdes ins are bettee
Tu: ldu and bailey
Td: touk and ash
LDU & Tuok maybe…
TU – Ross/Rankine
TD – Touk/JHF + ~$30k
Thoughts on:
AAnderson JMac Murdock > Ash Durham Miller
TU: Good trades
TD: Hold Murdock as F6 and skip Durham
Leaves me with $5k
TU- Warner (thinking he gets more CBA with JMac out)
TD- Touk (more consistent)
Warner’s stats have been looking better, Sydney have a soft run home (especially in SC finals) and like you said will probably get more CBAs now. I can see him averaging 100 for the rest of the year.
when is Gulden due back?
Probably another month away
The bye is also a point in Touk’s favour in that he won’t be missing a game for you
Is it crazy to trade out Grundy? Hear me out. Dean Cox has already hinted that Grundy may be rested again before the end of season. Cash is really drying up for my final upgrades and he still has money on his head.
Grundy & A. Anderson > Clarry & Durham.
I will tank the R2 spot with Steene this week as I will still have enough numbers and look to grab Dogga off his bye next week for a good price.
TU: Viable play
TD: Look elsewhere
Does anyone have intel on Harry Kyle’s JS. Is he a good downgrade target or just warming someone else’s seat?
Swans beleive he will be a future champ Gerrard Healy gave him a big wrap. … with Rampe and Roberts groin issues he may play regularly will make money back half season
Is it worth trading Rachelle to Warner?.
TU~ Yes BE of 116 and rankine back
TD~ save the cash and upgrade to rankine/ Pickett/ sanders/ Ross later in the year once team is completed let’s
Trading out the Pou after his craptacula score of 19 (and now BE of 116).
TU – Ross
TD – Miller
TU – Touk
TD – Horny one
Is it crazy to now trade out Darcy Cameron? Only way I can get Callaghan this week
Out: Anderson, Retschko and Cameron
In: Durham, Callaghan and an MSD?
It’s probably crazy. How many trades do you have left and how many more upgrades do you need to do before you’re at full premium?
My issue is, I don’t think I’ll get to full premo now.
This is my current team
DEF: Sinclair, Whitfield, Wilkie, Roberts, Clark, Hall Kahan (Perez, Derksen )
MID: Butter, Naicos, Bont, LDU, Merrett, Rowell, Walsh, Retschko (Anderson, Ison, Banfield )
Ruck: Jackson, Gawn ( white)
FWD: Sheezel, Petracca, JHF, Rankine, Pickett, Murdoch ( A Jones, Dovaston)
Flex: D Cameron
12k in the bank lol
10 trades left
What about Jones, Anderson & Retchko to Callaghan and 2 rookies?
Yeah doing this
I did Ret,Anderson and Dovaston to 2 rookies and Callaghan
Keep Jones another week
So now down to 7 trades? There’s still 9 rounds left…
Jagga Smith (BE 102)
TU: Trade to Warner (or choice of other forward less than 450k)
TD: Hold
Is it worth burning a trade for 10 extra points?
Can you use him to upgrade a freefaller, someone like Houston, or extract the maximum dollars out of him before round fifteen after 1 and two gamers show their form this round?
Yeah doing this
I did Ret,Anderson and Dovaston to 2 rookies and Callaghan
Keep Jones another week
Is a team with Finn Callaghan and Murphy Reid considered “FULL PREMIUM!!!”
T/U: Yes, you worry too much
T/D: You’re only cheating yourself, Davo
TU: Oliver
TD: LDU
TU: Just grab Callaghan for 50k less as cash could be tight finishing the side
If you had to make a call on one at flex for the rest of the year is it:
TU – Xerri
TD – LDU
You can’t possibly bring in Xerri right now
His got his crap score out of his system, surely he can do 120+ from here? outside of the blood smearing and Freo destroying the roos, he’s produced well at 570k? Unfortunately other candidates to get in still have their bye
Low CBA’s compared to normal & TOG is still down. Not passing the eye test at all. Heard rumours he is carrying something but who knows. He was in my plans but not going there this week anymore. Need to watch one more week at the bare minimum imo.
Yeah, that’s the rationale and calm in a crisis thinking we need during this time of the year. Thanks for the input mate 🙂
Anytime mate!
He’s carrying an injury. Groin I believe.
TU:Jhf
TD:Kozzie
Kozzie might get a holiday
T/u – JHF
T/d – Chad
Extra 40k could come in handy, but Chad has the bye next week
Sam Walsh and Sam Flanders out.
Lachie Ash and touk in.
Is anyone considering holding Murdock as F6 all the way through and just upgrading around him?
Seems like it’ll be a luxury to get to full premo with a few trades in hand at this stage
Yes definitely considering the same, although have to consider a back up plan if he continues scoring like he did on the weekend. Worst case, use his cash and just tank the 23rd spot with a rookie. Hopefully someone from the MSD can average 70-80 which will be handy enough I guess.

Agreed, 22 premos + rookie in flex who could score ~70 with extra trades in hand would be the better option. Especially this year when there’s so big of a gap between the top end premos and everyone else.
Who to pick up to finish the forward line?
Miller,Kossy,Bolton, Warner, baily?
So many to choose from around the same price
Any reccomendedations?
I’d target players that have already had a bye so Miller with that list but JHF is also worth a shot as RobbyBobby was saying
Anderson + Budarick -> Durham + Hall-Kahan, thoughts?
Harrison Oliver as a downgrade?
TU – Yes
TD – No
Isak Rankine a trade in if named this week as last FWD spot?
TU – Rankine if named
TD – Touk miller
Anderson, McInerney, Phillipou > Callaghan, JHF, Hall-Kahan
TU – Yes
TD – No
Comment any suggestions much appreciated
Lombard’s BE is at 60
TU – Hold
TD – use last boost to trade
Last trade for full premo
Trade
TU Retschko
TD Lombard
Anderson pou –> jhf hall-kahan
Tu good
Td bad
got 535k for a fwd who do I bring in
Sheezel or Petracca
TU – Dawson
TD – LDU
Both already had the bye, LDU – higher average, lower BE, $30k lower price
Really need to get some high end premos in my midfield. Heeney is a must have I reckon. Thoughts on the below?
T/U out Coleman and Murdock to Heeney and Hall-Kahan
T/D out Coleman and Murdock to B. Smith or Dawson and Hall-Khan
Cheers
which one should I do, comment for opinion
TU Leo,Pou – Touk and Chad(any fwd under 535k)
or
TD Leo,Pou and Houston – Touk, Durham and Roberts
lmk if any other players I pick up
Avoid bringing in players that still have a bye so definitely not td. I’d look at JHF over Chad for the TU too or just hold Lombard for a little longer
Yeh already got JHF and most of the other premo fwds, you reckon leo can maybe the 70 BE?
I think the breakeven is 60 which should be more manageable but I could definitely be wrong. TD – Ash and 90k (probably takes 4 trades to complete team and leaves me with 5 injury or luxury trades)
Lucky I went with Dawson!
Who to trade out of Caroli, Bruhn and Pou ?
Who to bring in at any position $550k ?
Thanks
Dump the Poo
Bring in Sheezel
Completing forward line. Already have Petracca, Pickett, Sheezel, JHF, Touk.
Thinking Warner or Durham or F6.
Or have I overlooked a better option?
TU Warner
TD Durham
Who to trade
TU: Pou
TD: Lombard
Anyone considering Harry Kyle from Sydney over HHK as he’s on the bubble this week and HHK can come in next? I guess at this stage it’s unlikely to be trading any of these guys out so guaranteeing all the cash gen is less crucial
TU: Kyle on the bubble
TD: HHK and save $45k
TU: Chad Warner
TD: Touk Miller
last forward upgrade

Im in the amazing position of having both houston and mcinerney
Tu: Trade Houston
Td: Trade Jmac
Comment – trade both
Trade both
Hopefully twenty two playing this week so I might just give trades a miss and see what the cheap rookies can do, also adds four extra teams to select from next week those from this weeks byes.
JMac replacement who’s already had their bye (Already have Touk):
TU: JHF
TD: Jack Ross
Tu retshko to 99k rookie this week as my 3rd trade to get full premo by Rd 16
Td only 2 trades this week get full premo Rd 17
Anyone else thinking the same?
Running low on trades and cash gen. Thinking I may prioritise 22 premiums this year and essentially hope I can field a rookie for a decent ‘23rd’ score, whilst holding a few trades up my sleeve.

TU: Poo & Carroll to Ash & Touk
TD: Poo, Carroll & Angry to Ash, LDU & 99k rookie
F6
TU: Pickett
TD: Ross
SD
Ross still injured
Is Callahan worth bringing in if i already have Oliver and whitfield
TU.Yes
TD No look elsewhere
Willows
Maybe next week as he”ll cop a tag this week
TU C Oliver
TD Callaghan
TU: Anderson & T.Edwards > Callaghan & Hall-Kahan
TD: Anderson > Durham
Really torn on this one.
TU – JHF/F5
TD – Parker/D6
Comment Hall for F5
Last week’s trades were
Lindsay, Flanders & Retschko > HHK, LDU & Heeney
Def – Sinclair, Holmes, Whitfield, McCarthy, Wilkie, Houston (Derksen, W.Edwards)
Mid – Heeney, Butters, Bont, LDU, Merrett, Daicos, Callaghan, W.Duursma, (S.Cumming, HHK , Burton)
Ruc – Gawn, Jackson (McAndrew)
Fwd – Sheezel, Trac, JHF, Kozzy, Smith, Murdock (Lombard, Banfield)
Flex – Ison
$38,100 ITB, 13 trades left, 1 boost
I’m genuinely stumped this week, so any suggestions are appreciated.
Tu: b dale
Td: Jhf
Dale will complete my def.
TU: Holmes
TD: Ash
Xerri goes as flex to Dawson?
Will have 9 trades left after one of these…
TU: Xerri, Houston and Anderson to Holmes, Dawson and Lake ….or…( 2 short of full 23)
TD: Lombard, Anderson and Bailey Williams to Durham, JHF and Lake…(1 short of a full 23)
Neither. Xerri is absolutely a hold and Bailey Williams is a forward averaging over 90 so I’d be keeping him too
powerplay im thinking you maybe dreaming players that are premiers. i would like to see your team ? are you in the top 1%
Thinking of going hard with:
Lindsay, Pou, AAnderson, Cumming -> Callaghan, Miller, Hall-K and a 99k rookie (currently Lake)
Leaves 11 trades no boost and 4 posns to upgrade.
TU -> Go for it
TD -> Wait for other to fatten a bit more and save the boost till there is a rookie that is a must have
I’d be slightly worried about Lake’s job security. Weirdly I think Podhajski is more reliable even though he’s on a bye but at this stage of the year it doesn’t matter heaps cause ideally they aren’t playing on field besides bye cover
hey guys,
I’m thinking of these trades.
Todd Marshall, Lombard and Philipou TO Dawson, JHF and Lake
Good trades
or
Think again
Cheers
Have 12trades left and one 1 boost
Am considering
Out Marshall, Lombard in Callaghan and a 99k rookie
Or
Use final boost and go
out Marshall, Lombard, retschko, Murdock
In Callaghan, Ash, and 2 99k rookies
Which do you favour?
TU: JHF
TD: Ash
12 Trades left with a boost left – ranked 400
TU – Use Boost and trade out walsh/houston/murdock/phillapou.. bring in LDU/Dawson/JHF/99k
TD – Keep boost and just trade the 3 cash cows and bring in 2 Premo and 99K
Gee well done mate. I’ve got 8 trades left after this week and sitting 5,000 spots behind you
nice rank – hope you boosted in Dawson…
Which 99ker to bring in? Ignoring DPP and just looking at potential scoring for a few weeks
TU: C.Lake
TD: J. Fitzgerald
Need to get rid of Parish
TU Heeney, Ignore bye
TD Dawson
Whichever one i go will finish my Mids
Or
TU B. Smith
With Duursma out this week & bye next week, should I downgrade him to a rookie?
I can’t upgrade him to anyone.
Yeah, you’ve made plenty of cash out of him. May as well bank the cash to finish the team over the next couple of weeks
Herbert or Fitz?
TU: Jagga>Trac
or
TD: Houston>Ash
TU: Warner and Xerri in 2 weeks
T/D: JHF and DCam next week
Who’s the better to bring in peoples. TU / Merritt T/D Callaghan
Who is more worth going early on?
TU: Fitzgerald
TD: Herbert
Who is a better trade in this week
TU: Ash (94BE and saints)
or
TD: Trac (125BE and cats)
Using third trade:
TU: Bazlenka & 206k spare (opponent has him)
TD: Callaghan & 327k spare
