I am gunna loop Fyfe, Dowling and Freijah for a few weeks and wait for next DPP adjustment. Meanwhile i will be using my trades to updgrade premos to uber premos. Hopfully the uber scores offset the F6 scores.
Have got 6 trades left before trades
T/U: Worth going Sexton to Rankine
T/D: save the trades for injuries and potentially an M9 like Rozee to loop between him and Steele/Dawson/Rowell or F7 like Curnow to loop between him/Sexton/Jackson
TU – Trade Harry McKay (currently F6), swing Freijah forward and get Bont
TD – Keep McKay (F6) and get Sinclair, Serong, Neale or Treloar as last mid
Comment which mid if TD
For this week’s trade:
TU: Dale D6 (Likely leaves me $550k for F6 upgrade next week)
TD: Curnow F6 (Enables me to bring in any defender next week as D6 – thinking one of Dale, Yeo or Sinclair)
Currently full premo with Oliver at M8 and LJ at F6. 8 trades left. The plan was to hold Oliver for M9 but I think that experiment isn’t worth having to play Oliver for the next 4 weeks while I gain the cash.
Do I:
TU: Oliver to Rankine and bring Flanders/Heeney into mids (needs 2 trades)
TD: Oliver to Rozee
Comment: something else
Need a forward with 600k. Was looking at Curnow or Rankine who most will probably bring in this week. For a POD Jye Galdwell average 99 over last few weeks good price and Bombers have a good run to the final… T/ U. Do it. T/D find someone else. Have got the other four tops forwards
8 trades remaining, one player required to get to full premo. If I move Freijah and Graham on I can afford Simpkin and Schoenmaker. If I wait it out a couple of weeks I may be able to fatten a cow or two and get to Sicily/Ridley via DPP movements of some players. Team is as follows with $6k in the bank:
B – Daicos, Ryan, Houston, Whitfield, Crisp, Fisher (Hore, Dawson)
M – Bont, Guldem, Merrett, Serong, Butters, Dunkley, Walsh, Green (Graham, Rogers, Mannagh)
R – Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
F – Flanders, Zorko, Heeny, Moore, Jackson, Freijah (Richards, Dowling)
T/U – Grab Simpkin on spec whilst he’s cheap and then sideways trade later on if it doesn’t work out (he’ll get a price bump either way).
T/D – Left field option of Sicily (move Fisher to F and Dowling to M) and Kreuger for Jackson and Rogers, still leaves me one short of premo but with some extra cash and useful loopholes.
Comment – other
Being agressive and was thinking Sullivan and Sweet to K Brown from Melb and Trealor. Swinging Maley to ruck and Harley Reid up forward. Finishes off my mids and leaves me with 10 trades to target two more forwards and potentially upgrade the likes of Reid/Stewart/Miller if need be.
T/U: Sounds good
T/D: Reassess trades (Bring in a forward or a different mid instead of Trealor)
They said on the broadcast that the subbing of Salem was tactical. I think the reason for the ice pack was a kick to the leg but that there was no problems with him. Wait till injury report comes out late >morrow afternoon.
To be honest with the ups and downs of mids this year, bont might outscore both of them combined in a round before the end of the year. But more seriously, rozee might not be the best pick and yeo could get injured at any time. Bont is definitely top 8. With 9 trades is there no other way than dropping th bont?
TU: Sexton to Curnow this week. Full premo with 5 trades in hand for the run home.
TD: Hang on to Sexton and hope he doesn’t drop much (BE touch and go with role change), hoping to get Rankine in 2 weeks (DPP irrelevant for me).
Thinking of trading Grundy out for English. $70k cash grad and I reckon English will outscore Grundy for rest of season. Grundy is up against Schrek and Jackson this week and Marshall next. English has Xerri then ruckless Port.
Is Tom De Koning the real deal? I have been holding off on Gawn and was looking at bringing him this week.
I am really impressed by De Koning and think that he may even outscore Gawn for the rest of the year. He has a good fixture compared to Gawn and a better Midfield around him now. I think Gawn will be down on ruck influence due to Patracca being out. De Koning is also 70k cheaper at the moment.
It’s tricky, James. You raise all the right points.
I definitely see Gawn’s stock driven down by Petracca gone and his fixture:
Lions: midfield will shred them, Big O been good
Eagles: went to school on him last time, BJ took front position at all times, everyone worked him
Dons: good, hammers Draper
Freo: double ruck, dense midfield
GWS: better given Briggs low TOG
Dogs: Tingles been soft, claps him
Port: no real ruck but swarming midfield
Suns: not good
Pies: not good, Pies super sharky
That all said, his ATG work is off tap so can go larger than he should in sub optimal fixtures. There’s also the insurance against his ownership – which is why I just swallowed my pride and grabbed him last week.
As for TDK, his fixture is absolute peaches. Gets pretty much all of the weaker ruck sides and will be brimming with confidence. I can see him doing flat triple digits in all honestly.
Don’t think he covers Gawn but if you need the cash or want a POD, I’d be going TDK second to Gawn 100%.
Sorry for waffling reply: Gawn safe and smart despite clear drawbacks, TDK lit as and #2.
TU: Trade out Oliver to Serong, leaving me with 4 trades and running with a combo of Freijah, Reville, Dowling or Kreuger at F6 for now. Keepers on other lines.
TD: Trade out Oliver to Rozee/Caldwell or similar, leaving me with 5 trades and more money and hope of getting a finished forward line.
Either vote for one of these options, or vote below to keep Oliver and do no trades this week – keeping 6 trades and loopholing Oliver with multiple rookie bench options listed above.
Looking for any recommendations for trades this week. Need to fill 2 forward spots still. Current team (Daicos still on the bench because of the bye last week):
DEF – Houston, Sheezel, Ryan, Dale, Whitfield, Pink (E Phillips, W Parker)
MID – Bont, Gulden, Merret, Serong, Walsh, Miller, Brayshaw, Green (Daicos, Dowling, K Brown)
RUC – Gawn, English (Maley)
FWD – Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Reville, McNeil (Dawson, Livingstone)
6 trades left, 63.1k itb, and I need to trade pink to get Daicos back on the field. Not enough cash to get any new premos this week so thinking of downgrading rookies to save up for an upgrade next week.
TU – Pink and McNeil -> Kreuger and Simpson
TD – Pink -> any other midfield rookie
Comment – something else
Currently have 4 trades left and 23 premiums but… 153k in the bank
Have Bolton and Simpkin rotating at F6, but also a couple of risky end of line (TDK at R2 and McKerch at D6). Strangely confident in both of them though. Taking into account should I:
TU: Bolton to Rankine (3 trades left no cash)
TD: Hold Trades, might need for other lines
My current bench is
Def: Dawson, Reid
Mid: Reville, Dowling, Brown
Ruc: Livingstone
For: Richards, Freijah
Thinking of trading Reville to a rookie but which one to bring in
T/U: Go for Kreuger or Schoenmaker/Evans to provide cover for the bench
T/D: go for 102k rook with dpp to give me more money and extra flexibility
Thinking Oliver + Sullivan to Rozee + Curnow then sit and wait for more cash to free up before making last tweaks.
Will have D7: Short M8: Rozee F6: Curnow 8 trades and cover on all lines (if McKercher finally plays)
Coming in will be Brown but very undecided with which premo to bring in.
Thumbs up – Sinclair – not as consistent as Merrett but likely wont get tagged and a bit of a POD
Thumbs down – Merrett – the threat of tags is a concern but is usually good for a tone anyway.
What should by priority be now that my team is “full premo”?
Getting that 23rd premium like a rozee or trying to get the best 22 possible (sideways Luke Jackson to Rankine)?
Cheers legends currently 320th roughly overall thanks to the help on this page!
Depends on your team (320th roughly I’m presuming it’s pretty good!), how many trades and how much cover you have I’d say. But if you can swing it having a Rozee type on your bench can’t hurt?
Interested in knowing people’s thoughts on this too.
My 2 cents would be best 22 provided you have trades to cover injuries.
Having a weaker 22 plus a loop, means you have to get that loop to work every week.
Have noticed that the last 2 games Sinclair has played he has gone 135 and 147 approx and these are the only 2 games of the season where he was named HBF and had zero CBA’s. I’m hoping that he will maintain that seagull role down back.
Plus with Pearce now out for 3-4 weeks does this mean that Ryan will play more lockdown??
Worked out that I would likely have to wait until R18 to trade Sexton to Rankine/Young and hope predicted price changes are accurate.
Given that leaves 6 games, would probably only see a benefit of 120ish points over options below.
So .. This week,
TU: Curnow.
TD: Martin.
Comment: Someone else $525k or less?
5 trades left, 170k in the bank, no rookie cover in Def or Fwd, Freijah and Dowling on the mid pine.
T/U upgrade Oliver to Neale/Gulden, down to 4 trades with questionable cover.
T/D hold Oliver, keep 5 trades, wait for Freijah and Dowling to max out and add a M8 a few weeks.
Tu plus trade one of your dead fwds to a $102 m/f rookie like Brown, Rawlonson or payne. Then you can move Freijah and Dowling to cover fwds as well when needed
Stuck on what to do this week need three premos to finish the side. have ten trades. (Missed a week as was on holiday). and 407k itb
Def: Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, Clark, Nick martin, Schoenmaker
MId: Gulden, Merret, serong butters, walsh, rowell, miller, green
Forward: heeney, Zorko, Fisher, waterman, harrison (Harvey), Sam day.
Someone pls help
Freijah to Curnow (F6) was going to be my final upgrade this week but 2k short. I can either use an extra trade downgrading (only 4 left) or pick up Simpkin instead this week.
T/U: Wait a week and pick up Curnow (or D.Moore) next week + use extra trade
T/D: Simpkin this week and save a trade
TU: Schoenmaker
TD: Evans
Finally trading out Williams who has done well for me especially through the byes and need a cheap backup with hopefully job security
My mids are Bont, Merrett, Butters, Dawson, Walsh, Steel, Green and Oliver.
Oliver to go and I can afford any other mid. Playing for leagues only.
TU – C. Serong (will he bounce back to his best?)
TD – E. Gulden (Can he keep his hot streak going?)
Once again the selection Gods have not been kind to me with Salem injured and McKercher not selected.
Therefore the trades I am proposing are thus –
Out – Sexton ( his surely is on borrowed time) & Salem (who lasted a week as I thought he would get Petraccas midfield minutes)
In – Rozee & Curnow.
Leaves me with $68.6K in the bank. and 5 trades.
Currently ranked 992 and shooting to get as high as possible to qualify for a LOEC league next year.
Got the same ones- and Rozee & Green.
I’m thinking of trading 1/3 you’ve stated- and watching this weekends results closely.
Wondering if any carrying injuries
Hey guys,
Really tossing up whether to give Clarry the flick, Clohesy has been good cover if I choose to bite the bullet, is Rozee too good to pass?? Appreciate the help!
OUT: Luke Ryan and Bruce Reville
IN: Lachie Whitfield and Jy Simpkin
With the change in Freo’s game plan over the past two weeks, I think Whitfield can outscore Ryan in the next nine games. I can use the cash from that trade to upgrade Reville (who I think will cop a vest tonight) to Simpkin. Simpkin should get a scoring boost over the next two weeks in the absence of Wardlaw, and will cover for Bont this week if he happens to be a late out. Going forward, Simpkin is a M9/F7 swing loop option.
Would love some advice – By bringing in Schoenmaker last week I’ve lost the benefit that Will Dawson could’ve given as he and Sexton and Fisher all currently sit in the forwards. Need a downgrade to facilitate Curnow coming in.
Bringing in Kynan Brown for the DPP. If I do it in the mids by trading JClark, I get some cash to play with when needed to cover injuries for the rest of the year, but I’m stuck with Will Dawson and Darcy Jones on the FWD bench.
If I bring in Brown for Will Dawson, i can swing Dowling to be bench cover in the FWD, but less cash ITB.
TU: Dawson to KBrown (4k ITB) & bench cover
TD: Jhye Clark to KBrown (112k ITB) – no FWD bench cover
Need to finish my midfield and fwd line (1 spot each) with 7 trades. Considering Rozee and Rankine or Butters and one of Curnow, Caldwell or Simpkin. Would love any advice.
TU: Rozee and Rankine
TD: Butters and Curnow/Caldwell/Simpson
Who to bring in? This is only for my bench
Team will be complete with premos.
Tu: Humphries (117k)
Td: Any 102k rookie, save as much funds as possible for any potential injuries down the road (It may be a dead rookie who isn’t named)
Last forward upgrade.
TU Rankine
TD C.Curnow
Comment keep Sexton
Have Zorko, Heeney, Jackson, Flanders and Fisher
I am gunna loop Fyfe, Dowling and Freijah for a few weeks and wait for next DPP adjustment. Meanwhile i will be using my trades to updgrade premos to uber premos. Hopfully the uber scores offset the F6 scores.
When is the next round DPP changes? Half tempted to ride it out with Sexton until then and see who else pops up. I wonder who might come available
The next DPP changes are after round 17.
I am most likely to trade Sexton as well but as I already have Simpkin at F6 I am going to bring in Rozee and make an extra $10-15k as well.
Last fwd spot
Tu: Rankine
Td: Simpkin
Money not a factor. Surely Rankine?!
Oliver to:
Tu: Rozee and 99k inb
Td: Touk and 5k inb
This would be for m8. Team complete with 4 trades left after this move
Neither. Drop to 3 trades and get someone better.
Clarry out and Rozee in.
I’m full premo with 7 trades left, is it worth luxury trading Matt Rowell?
TU – Yes, he’s on a downward spiral
TD – Not yet, hold onto the trades for now
Have got 6 trades left before trades
T/U: Worth going Sexton to Rankine
T/D: save the trades for injuries and potentially an M9 like Rozee to loop between him and Steele/Dawson/Rowell or F7 like Curnow to loop between him/Sexton/Jackson
T/U here: Also could go Sexton to Curnow in one trade rather than 2 but Sexton to Rankine requires 2 trades
T/D here: Steele to LDU/Neale in 2 trades
Sexton last score 80.
Break even for that game 50 any more important issues.
Was swung forward for a bit. Powell was good on return. His days are numbered.
Lmao. SC open and I’ve got a proj of 2589 for next week.
We’ll see how long that lasts lol.
Who’s a better pick to finish my side?
TU: Rozee
TD: Curnow
Thinking this week –
Friejah and Salem- Curnow and Ryan.
Would leave me full premo with Fyfe at m9 and sexton f7 as loops.
TU- do it
TD- use the cash to upgrade some weaker premos such as JHF/Miller
tu – butters
td – neale
comment other
Should I turn Sexton and Steele into Rankine and Rozee???
TU: Neale
TD: Serong
TU: Bont
TD: Merrett + 100k
For my last mid spot, but could still get the other in later as I’ve been holding Brayshaw, laird and Miller all season.
Merrett is a very good player, and good in fantasy leagues too. Seriously Dermot, that’s not even a question! The only answer is Bont.
B: Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, Sinclair, Ridley, Whitfield (Schoenmaker. Reid)
M: Bont, Naicos, Merrett, Serong, Butters, Walsh, Rowell, Miller (Clark, Dowling, Brown)
R: Gawn, Grundy (Kreuger)
F: Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Jackson, Sexton (Richards, Livingston)
Question is, should I trade this week? 7 left with a boost available, 13k ITB.
TU: Yes trade – Upgrade Sexton to Rankine
TD: No trades
TU: Rankine + 4 trades
TD: Curnow + Rozee (M9 loop) + 3 trades
TU – Trade Harry McKay (currently F6), swing Freijah forward and get Bont
TD – Keep McKay (F6) and get Sinclair, Serong, Neale or Treloar as last mid
Comment which mid if TD
JHF to Rozee?
TU: yes
TD: no
Who to trade first:
t / up Oliver – $458,700, scored 32, versus Bris at Gabba, Aver = 87.4, BE = 137
t/down Fyfe – $353,000, scored 43, versus Syd @ SCG, Aver = 73.3, BE = 111
Thanks legends 🙂
I think I’m trading them both out this week.
Have 1 spot left for my team, which is the F6, which is currently Fyfe. I have Heeney, Flanders, Zorko, Fisher and Jackson.
TU: Use my last boost and go fyfe to Rankine
TD: Use 2 trades and go fyfe to Simpkin/someone else
Comment: Keep Fyfe
Which combo?
TU: Maynard+Sanders>Flanders+Evans
TD: Brown+Sanders>Rankine+Schoenmaker
Only using 1 trade this week with limited funds and already full premo.
Oliver out.
In.
T/U P Cripps
T/D R Laird
Comment someone else.
Laird a sneaky PoD who should go big with no Crouch. Cripps an allround SC gun when the game is contested..
Clarry for Rozee, Salem for:
TU: Nic Martin who’s somehow never been in my team this season
TD: pod such as Hinge/May/Himmelberg
What’s more important?
TU: Warner to Merrett while I still can
TD: Salem to Houston
B: Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, Sinclair, Ridley, Whitfield (Schoenmaker. Reid)
M: Bont, Naicos, Merrett, Serong, Butters, Walsh, Rowell, Miller (Clark, Dowling, Brown)
R: Gawn, Grundy (Kreuger)
F: Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Jackson, Sexton (Richards, Livingston)
Question is, should I trade this week? 7 left with a boost available, 13k ITB.
TU: Yes trade – Upgrade Sexton to Rankine
TD: No trades
Strong looking team JT
Thanks! Went aggressive early, but am disappointed I don’t have room for Gulden / LDU unless I sideways trade someone like Rowell.
T/U- Logan Evans (scored 75 DreamTeam)
T/D- Ari Schoenmaker (scored 74)
Trades are low so better JS is priority
Thx
TU: N.Vlastuin
TD: H.Chapman
Already traded Fyfe to Curnow.
TU: Steele to Serong ($81k ITB)
TD: Oliver to Rozee($176k ITB)
Would mean 7 trades remaining, with full team currently as follows:
DEF: Daicos, Sheezel, Houston, Ridley, Martin, Stewart (Short, Reid)
MID: Bont, Gulden, Dawson, Walsh, Steele, Miller, Green, Oliver (Garcia, Dowling, Brown)
RUC: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWD: Flanders, Heeney, Moore, Fisher, Jackson, Curnow (Dawson, Richards)
Alternatively, I’ve realised I can go Oliver to Serong…
TU: Oliver to Serong ($5k ITB)
TD: Oliver to Rozee (176k ITB)
Bringing in either a D6 or F6 this week (via DPP)
For this week’s trade:
TU: Dale D6 (Likely leaves me $550k for F6 upgrade next week)
TD: Curnow F6 (Enables me to bring in any defender next week as D6 – thinking one of Dale, Yeo or Sinclair)
Been lazy last few weeks with SC, which means I have a few holes to fill. On the positive I have 19 trades (1 boost) available.
Def- Daicos, Houston, Dale, Sheezel, Young, Uwland – Brown, Warner
Mid – Bont, Neale, Merritt, Serong, Butters, Miller, Rowell, Oliver – Wilson, Rogers, Dowling
Ruck – Gawn, Grundy – Sweet
Fwd- Flinders, Reid, Sexton, Revile, Windsor, Nyuon – Richards, Kreuger
Need some help to get this side better.
Thinking – trade Sweet, swing Kreuger to Ruck. Upgrade Fwd. Trade Brown & Rogers for Rookies. Upgrade Oliver.
Help please
Currently full premo with Oliver at M8 and LJ at F6. 8 trades left. The plan was to hold Oliver for M9 but I think that experiment isn’t worth having to play Oliver for the next 4 weeks while I gain the cash.
Do I:
TU: Oliver to Rankine and bring Flanders/Heeney into mids (needs 2 trades)
TD: Oliver to Rozee
Comment: something else
TU: Sinclair (to finish off Def)
TD: Curnow F5 ( to boost fwds).
TU: Dunkley
TD: Merrett
TU: Breville to Simpkin
TD: Oliver to Rozee
My team is considered “complete”. However there are some players that I may trade to make my team better. However I have 4 trades left.
What shall I do?
TU: Go for 23rd premium
TD: trade one of JHF OR STEELE
Don’t trade.

12 trades to go, 1 boost, 127k in the bank, here’s how I leave the byes (have been a bit slack this year)
DEF- Daicos, Ryan , Sheezel, Houston, NSM, Stewart (Pink, Schoenmaker)
MID- Bont, Neale, Merrett, Serong, Miller, Martin (ESS), T. Green, Reid (Sullivan ,Clarke, Dowling)
RUCK- Grundy, English (Sweet)
FWD- Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Richards, Reville, Kreuger (Maley, Hutchinson)

T/D: Reassess trades (Bring in a forward or a different mid instead of Trealor)
Def- Daicos, Houston, Dale, Sheezel, Ryan, Wanganeen-Milera– Hore, Schoenmaker
Mid – Bont, Goulden, Merritt, Serong, Holmes, Miller, Walsh, Green– Frejah, Dowling, Bytel
Ruck – Gawn, Grundy – Kreuger
Fwd- Flinders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Jackson, Curnow– Richards, Dawson
4 Trades remaining. 68.2K ITB
T/U: Hold onto trades in case of injuries.
T/D look at trying to bring in a M9/F7 to finalize things
Clarry to Rozee is locked in and Salem has to go cause of injury so?
TU: Salem to a def up to $513k
TD: Salem and Macrae (uses last boost) to May and Curnow
Do we know the extent of Salem’s injury? Can’t find much about it.
They said on the broadcast that the subbing of Salem was tactical. I think the reason for the ice pack was a kick to the leg but that there was no problems with him. Wait till injury report comes out late >morrow afternoon.
Salem had been suffering from a knock to his knee.
He came off and had his knee iced.
He is expected to play this week.
Ahh cheers. Thought I’d seen 6 weeks somewhere but must’ve been caught out by one of those fake Twitter accounts
Salem to Rivers. He look real good around the ball. Looks set for some good returns.
Flanders and reville to
TU; Yeo and Jackson
TD; Blakey and Rankine
Not sure why you’d trade a guy who has a season low of 102 unless he’s injured.
Was meant to say sexton sorry 🙂
TU: Rozee
TD: Tom Green
Playing for leagues and thinking of going sideways to have a shot at finishing my team. 2 upgrades needed, and only poor / injured rookies.
Don’t want to waste trades correcting rookies (9 trades before the below);
Thinking Bontempelli and Clarke to Rozee and Yeo, with 7 trades remaining.
Am I crazy?
To be honest with the ups and downs of mids this year, bont might outscore both of them combined in a round before the end of the year. But more seriously, rozee might not be the best pick and yeo could get injured at any time. Bont is definitely top 8. With 9 trades is there no other way than dropping th bont?

TD: Hang on to Sexton and hope he doesn’t drop much (BE touch and go with role change), hoping to get Rankine in 2 weeks (DPP irrelevant for me).
Or Martin over both…
OUT: Steele, Freijah & McMullin
IN: Rozee, Yeo & 102k playing rookie
Leaves 4 trades for the year and full premo (Sexton as F6)
Would you do it?
TU: Yes
TD: No
Have a complete team with Macrae M9/D7. Can do a straight swap to Rozee leaving me with 5 trades and Dowling and Reville rotating M10/F7.
T/U: Do it
T/D: Save the trades for inevitable injuries
Macrae M9/F7 sorry!
Finally ditching Clarry
TU- Neale
TD- Merrett
Last trade in. Getting rid of Clarry
TU: Sinclair
TD: Merritt
A few players doing my head in atm.
Jackson, Rowell, Miller, Steele & Stewart. Which one to JETTISON?!?!
i have same players.
I holding all as only have 4 trades left, if you have the luxury of sideways trading I would ditch Jackson
Currently my defense is Daicos, Sheezel, Houston, Clarke, Massimo, Sexton
Don’t know what to do with Massimo & Sexton
TU: Trade both to Yeo & Martin
TD: Trade 1 of them to Yeo/Martin
Who should i bring in to complete my backline and pretty much my team
TU: Daicos.
TD: Yeo (saves $100,000)
If it completes your team, why do you need $100k ?
Thinking of trading Grundy out for English. $70k cash grad and I reckon English will outscore Grundy for rest of season. Grundy is up against Schrek and Jackson this week and Marshall next. English has Xerri then ruckless Port.
SC 101 !!!!
Xerri not the softy you think he is. One of the most restrictive and physical rucks going around. Just capped Gawn to a 111.
Tingles sucks this year.
Final mid (have Bont, Neale, Merrett, Serong, Martin (ESS), Miller and Green already)
T/U: Trealoar
T/D: Butters

Thanks for the insight.
TU – Serong
TD – Neale
Comment -Treloar
I like Treloar. Been excellent. Fair few tags coming the Dogs’ way on Bont or Libba. Can see a lot of understated 130s from Treloar.
TU : Keep Oliver and 6 trades for now
Looking for any recommendations for trades this week.
TD: Hold Trades, might need for other lines
is there any midfield rookies this week?
Dowling on bubble
Team complete with 4 trades left. No 23rd premo but rookie cover on all lines (provided they dont get dropped).
Tu: Do Steele to Gulden or Marshall to Grundy
Td: Hold trades
Who to trade out
TU: Massimo
TD: Sexton
My team:
DEF: Daicos, Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, McGovern, Martin (Dawson, Reid)
MID: Bontempelli, LDU, Merrett, Serong, Butters, Rowell, Green, Dowling (Reville, Sullivan, H.Garcia)
RUCK: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
FWD: Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Moore, Fisher, Jackson (Richards, Hutchinson)
5 trades left
Do I simply go Sullivan, Reville > Rozee, K.Brown (45k in bank)
Or do I swing a fwd into the mids like Zorko and bring in a Curnow?
Any advice welcomed
Cheers!
Go rozee and a rookie for sure.
Do I trade safely or aggressively:
TU – Out: Sexton, J Clark
In: Rankine, $102k Rookie
TD – Out: Sexton, J Clark, Rowell
In: Curnow, Gulden/LDU, $102k Rookie
Depends how many trades you have left and how many rookies left on field
No Rookies on field, 7 trades left with 1 boost.
TU: Yeo
TD: Green
When do the Pies travel to QLD? I saw Richards is a chance to return if he passes a fitness test. Anyone in the know?
This Saturday Collingwood play Gold Coast in Queensland
My current bench is
Def: Dawson, Reid
Mid: Reville, Dowling, Brown
Ruc: Livingstone
For: Richards, Freijah
Thinking of trading Reville to a rookie but which one to bring in
T/U: Go for Kreuger or Schoenmaker/Evans to provide cover for the bench
T/D: go for 102k rook with dpp to give me more money and extra flexibility
TU: Rozee
TD: Rivers
Thinking Oliver + Sullivan to Rozee + Curnow then sit and wait for more cash to free up before making last tweaks.
Will have D7: Short M8: Rozee F6: Curnow 8 trades and cover on all lines (if McKercher finally plays)
TU: Yep
TD: Nah
Sexton – Rankine
Clark – Kruger
team complete with 5 trades
Trading out Sexton and Freijah.
What did Sexton score last round?
What mid premo to bring in?
Currently have: Bont, Butters, Merrett, Serong, Green, Walsh
Trading out: Steele or Touk
I have 750k in the bank
Who should I bring in? Comment Please.
Massive POD move, but actually contemplating trading Luke Ryan -> Jack Sinclair!
After Longmuir’s comments about stat padding Ryan & Clark have gone 79, 93
and 85,100 after bother averaging over 120+ the past month.
TU – Could be onto something.
TD – Cool ya jets and hold, only 2 week sample size.
Oooo. Very spicy, Marcus.
Only thing is Sinclair has been playing OB (great) but has Port, Swans, Crows and Eagles. So dense, dense, good, dense-ish w Reid back.
Thanks GD
Have noticed that the last 2 games Sinclair has played he has gone 135 and 147 approx and these are the only 2 games of the season where he was named HBF and had zero CBA’s. I’m hoping that he will maintain that seagull role down back.
Plus with Pearce now out for 3-4 weeks does this mean that Ryan will play more lockdown??
Sinclair could start getting tagged
Worked out that I would likely have to wait until R18 to trade Sexton to Rankine/Young and hope predicted price changes are accurate.
Given that leaves 6 games, would probably only see a benefit of 120ish points over options below.
So .. This week,
TU: Curnow.
TD: Martin.
Comment: Someone else $525k or less?
Thumbs up – downgrade Jackson to playing rookie and upgrade to LDU or the like for last mid prem or last def prem
Thumbs down – hold
TU CALDWELL-100k spare
Td Rankine- 5k spare
Still have two premo spots to fill (playing for league), but had enough of Clarry:
TU: Clarry to Merrett
TD: Hold Clarry and upgrade other two spots first
Using one of these for my last upgrade, the other will be my bench swingman/cover.
Both DPP & similar scorers, so who has the better JS for the rest of the year?
TU: Freijah
TD: Reville
I have 5 trades and struggling to finish my team, still need 2 upgrades. I have discovered a way of doing it by doing this, but involves trading Ryan
out Ryan and hore
in rozee and Simpkin.
If Simpkin can be regarded a premo, this completes my team with 3 trades left
TU Yes, do it or
TD no, don’t trade Ryan
TU GET Rankine
Td keep sexton as f6 and go Rowell to Dunkley/neale/yeo/serong
Is Rivers a good D6 for the foreseeable future given he looks like playing mainly midfield. Have Salem there at the moment.
T/U Yes
T/D Hang on to Salem
Is Rozee a good M8 given he is so cheap, has potential to go big and gives me the money to go Sexton to Rankine next week.
T/U Yes
T/D No get Merrett or Neale this week and work on getting Rankine later.
Need to downgrade Pink this week so I can upgrade Sexton next.
Out of the two, who has the best JS?
TU: Schoenmakers
TD: Logan Evans
5 trades left, 170k in the bank, no rookie cover in Def or Fwd, Freijah and Dowling on the mid pine.
T/U upgrade Oliver to Neale/Gulden, down to 4 trades with questionable cover.
T/D hold Oliver, keep 5 trades, wait for Freijah and Dowling to max out and add a M8 a few weeks.
Tu plus trade one of your dead fwds to a $102 m/f rookie like Brown, Rawlonson or payne. Then you can move Freijah and Dowling to cover fwds as well when needed
Def: Daicos, Sheezel, Houston, Clark, Massimo, Sexton (Worner, Reid)
Mid: Bont, Merrett, Serong, Butters, Dunkley, Walsh, JHF, Steele (Wines, Clark, Garcia)
Ruc: Gawn, Grundy (Livingstone)
Fwd: Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fischer, Jackson, Day (Freijah, Kreuger)
Plan to bring in Dowling, Green, Yeo – can only do 2 trades.
Help would be great on what moves to do
Looking to trade Sexton to one of the below
TU – Caldwell
TD – Simpkin
Out: Oliver, Sweet
In: Rozee, Fisher
Only thing is does Fisher lose usage when Colby comes back?
They aren’t rushing Colby. He still might be weeks away.
Draper to Schoenmaker and Clarry to Merrett for me this week.
TU: Rozee
TD: Green
Full premo or so I thought but Oliver has to go, 9 trades left and $64k ITB
T/U
Oliver to Rozee
T/D
Oliver to Merrett requiring a 2nd trade and one of the defensive rookies coming in a week early for L Johnston (GCS) being Schoey most likely ?
Thanks guys
I’m thinking Macrae and Sexton to Rozee and Yeo/Rankine
T/U: Rankine
T/D: Yeo
Stuck on what to do this week need three premos to finish the side. have ten trades. (Missed a week as was on holiday). and 407k itb
Def: Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, Clark, Nick martin, Schoenmaker
MId: Gulden, Merret, serong butters, walsh, rowell, miller, green
Forward: heeney, Zorko, Fisher, waterman, harrison (Harvey), Sam day.
Someone pls help
Would need to see your bench players to make a worthy contribution
sorry about that
i’ve got
def: worner and pink
mid: dowling, dursmaa, dempsey
forward: krueger and darcy jones
Harvey up to a Premo forward (Curnow, Rankine) and potentially downgrade a dead rookie with cash to a $102k, start saving for your final DEF upgrade?
you reckon i get rid of dempsey
Freijah to Curnow (F6) was going to be my final upgrade this week but 2k short. I can either use an extra trade downgrading (only 4 left) or pick up Simpkin instead this week.
T/U: Wait a week and pick up Curnow (or D.Moore) next week + use extra trade
T/D: Simpkin this week and save a trade
TU: Schoenmaker
TD: Evans
Finally trading out Williams who has done well for me especially through the byes and need a cheap backup with hopefully job security
out: salem, dawson, windsor
in: neale, dowling, shoenmaker
also wanna keep richards since he might come in against the suns
tu: make the trade
td: other midfielder rather than neale ( butters, ldu, gulden )
In rozee and k brown (102k)
Out hore and Salem
TU yes do it, rozee is a better m8 than Salem
TD no, don’t, rozee not worth 2 trades when I only have 5 left
OUT: Sexton, Freijah & Reville
IN: Rozee, Caldwell & rookie
Gets me to full premo & 4 trades left for the year
TU: Do it
TD: Don’t
I need to hold one of these till the end
Should I TRADE:
TU: Salem
Or
TD: Sexton
Whoever I don’t trade will be with me till the end
Who do I upgrade to Rozee?
TD – Sullivan
TU – J Clark
Sullivan I’m unsure of job security with Pies mids coming back in soon, and Clark just loves an ineffective disposal & sub vest..
What do you think?
Personally think gulden. Less likely to be tagged.
What to do with Wines BE 154
TU: keep him not worth the trade
TD: Trade him to Green BE 44 will outscore Wines
T/U Wilson to Rozee using one trade and money itb
T/D Oliver to any mid premo I dont have but using two trades.
Have nine trades at the moment.
Need some thoughts (or thumbs!) thanks folks:
Would you trade Oliver to Gawn (via duals) if it meant holding a rookie on field in mids still?
T/U – Yes
T/D – just do Oliver to Rozee and bank some extra cash for Gawn in a week or two
Who to trade out
TU: J.Clark
TD: Freijah
Thinking of trading Luke Ryan! Am concerned about his role going forward.
Out -> Luke Ryan
In -> Jack Sinclair
TU – Yes, do it
TD – No, hold Ryan he will come good
Call me crazy but thinking of this
Jackson & Oliver > Gulden & Simpkin
Jackson has been so up and down and now with Wardlaw out for 2 weeks and jy bound to make some good money too thinking it could be a good play
Quick one –
TU: Yeo
TD: Rozee
Do I bring in
Merret,kruger,brown
Both garcias and feijah
panic trade for merret but
or do i double downgrade
Don’t get Brown
Schoenmaker, Logan Evans, Joe Richards better cows
Once again the selection Gods have not been kind to me with Salem injured and McKercher not selected.
Therefore the trades I am proposing are thus –
Out – Sexton ( his surely is on borrowed time) & Salem (who lasted a week as I thought he would get Petraccas midfield minutes)
In – Rozee & Curnow.
Leaves me with $68.6K in the bank. and 5 trades.
Currently ranked 992 and shooting to get as high as possible to qualify for a LOEC league next year.
Bit early, but…
To field D6:
TU: Massimo
TD: Sexton
Who to field M8?
TU: Chad Warner
TD: Touk Miller
Thanks
Ridley TU
Houston TD
Worth trading up McMullin 178k to J.Richards 212k for some extra cash gen?
Still needing two players to get to full premo
G’day SC legends
My choice this week comes down to:
t/up Keep Oliver & get Caldwell – so Oliver (MIDS) & Caldwell (FWDS) on field
t/down Trade Oliver to Gulden – so Gulden on field (MIDS) & then loop Fyfe & Richards
Thanks in advance !!
Tu humpheys
Td Lorenz
Looking at a sideways trade this week to get Lachie Neale.
Who to trade out?
TU: Rowell
TD: Miller
Comment: Steele
To the above ^
TU: Trade Steele
Got the same ones- and Rozee & Green.
I’m thinking of trading 1/3 you’ve stated- and watching this weekends results closely.
Wondering if any carrying injuries
Is Sexton good enough as a keeper for F6
TU: Yes
TD: No, better of trading to either Curnow/Caldwell/Simpkin
Christian Salem
TU: Trade
TD: Hold
Who goes this week?
T/U: Reville
T/D: Freijah
TU: Does Oliver have to go?
TD: Hold and trade him and 1 on the bench for final upgrade next week.
I’ve got 11 trades, 2 boosts, 21 premiums (subject to injury and upgrades) and 6 as bench cover
Who to field?
TU: Tholstrup
TD: Joe Richards
Hey guys,
Who do I trade in?
Caldwell
Or
Curnow
Cheers
Thinking of trading out Rowell for Rozee?
Good move?
Bad idea?
Thoughts thanks
Might be in the same position as a few other lads
Caldwell/Curnow/Simpkin
Leaning towards Curnow or Simpkin
TU: Curnow
TD: Simpkin
Comment: Caldwell
Caldwell
Trades last week (T.Powell, Harrison & Nyuon > Heeney, K.Brown, L.Evans)
DEF: Daicos, Ryan, Sheezel, Houston, NWM, Fisher (Z.Reid, L.Evans)
MID: Bont, LDU, Gulden, Serong, Butters, Walsh, Steele, Green (Dowling, Mannagh, K.Brown)
RUC: Gawn, Grundy (Kreuger)
FWDS: Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Moore, Sexton, Freijah (W.Dawson, Livingstone)
$106,300 ITB, 8 trades left, 2 boosts.
Not sure what to do this week, any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Hey guys,
Really tossing up whether to give Clarry the flick, Clohesy has been good cover if I choose to bite the bullet, is Rozee too good to pass?? Appreciate the help!
T/U
H.Garcia > Curnow
Clark > Cleary
T/D
Clohesy > Curnow
Oliver > Rozee
Thumbs up Rozee
Thumbs down LDU
Getting rid of Oliver
TU: Rozee
TD: Butters
Comment: Merrett
is this too crazy?
T/U: Rowell to Bont which finishes off the mids. $68.2K ITB
T/D: Freijah to Rozee at M7. $102k ITB
4 trades remaining
My Mistake should be M9*
Current team
Daicos, Ryan, Sheezel, Ridley, Whitfield, Stewart (Pink, Worner)
Bont, Serong, Gulden, Walsh, Steele, Miller, Green (Sullivan. Dowling, Rawlinson)
Gawn, English (Livingstone)
Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Jackson, Sexton (Dawson, Kreuger)
8 trades, 3k ITB
TU Pink/Miller >Schoenmaker/Merrett 3k ITB
TD Pink/Sexton >Schoenmaker/Simpkin 103k ITB
#also Dawson (Crows) in mids
Need to finish my midfield and fwd line (1 spot each) with 7 trades. Considering Rozee and Rankine or Butters and one of Curnow, Caldwell or Simpkin. Would love any advice.
TU: Rozee and Rankine
TD: Butters and Curnow/Caldwell/Simpson
Thanks!
Julian
TU Miller
TD T Green
Rozee and mckercher or Dunkley and evans
Sam DeKoning could become popular after this week. Very tempted to jump aboard as a cheap D6 for those coaches struggling for cash.
for a SC defender, first time ruck effort of 135 was nothing to sneeze at.
Will he ruck?
Who to bring in? This is only for my bench
Team will be complete with premos.
Tu: Humphries (117k)
Td: Any 102k rookie, save as much funds as possible for any potential injuries down the road (It may be a dead rookie who isn’t named)
TU: Rozee
TD: Curnow (given the run home)
