I was thinking not another trade when he was listed as an injury on AFL’s match report.
‘Bails just had a bit of tightness, we just didn’t take any risk with him once we knew we had the game won, so I wouldn’t expect him to miss,” — Chris Fagan
If he trains with the main group later this week I’d be thinking he should be fine for Sunday at the Gabba.
I got a full 23 premo side but have some losses ends to tie up got 5 trades left, is it worth moving off harley reid or sam walsh for bailey smith, the run is crazy swear gonna miss not having bazza
Absolute carnage for me! Milera, Sinclair injured. Whitfield and Ross with concussion. 6 Trades left and only $61K in the bank. I’m still sitting 2nd in my main league but I really am not sure what to do! Any help or suggestions would be amazing, please! Thank you.
Sinclair is a must-trade. You’ll have to hope that the concussions are not serious but their (Ross and Whitfield) HIA history indicates they may be out for longer than the standard one week.
4 trades 1 boost left AFTER this
Thinking of keeping HHK as M8 or can upgrade him in a few weeks with the trades I have left
TU – Cumming, Clark > Gawn, Goater (in emerg) 7k ITB
TD – Cumming, Clark > Bailey Smith, Goater (in emerg) 86k ITB to use for an upgrade in coming weeks
4 trades left and 22 premos left before this. Really playing for league and I’m 3 games clear on top.
Held on to Murdock for too long thinking he’d get a spike or I could hold him a bit longer to conserve trades. It’s not looking great and I might need to move him on. He’s at F6
TU: Marshal (Would give valuable cover at ruck – currently have none with Jackson and Grundy)
TD: Hold the trade for finals – I’m locked at top spot in a top 6 finals setup
Comment: Someone else – was considering Rankine
7 trades left, 22 premos. Xerri in flex seems to have been a major blunder. Worth trading him directly to Baz, and keeping Cumming/Herbert on the field as Flex/M8?
TU – Make the Trade, Hold Cumming for now, get a value premo pick soon
TD – Keep Xerri, figure out a way to turn Cumming into Baz with more trades (3+)
Gotta say, Xerri is killing me the moment with his scoring. 2 trades left 223k ITB. not sure whether I should get a more consistent R2.
TU: Keep him, he might spit out more 150+ games
TD: Use a trade for J Sweet
hi everyone,
TU Edwards Jones to goater and durham
will give cover for Whitfield (hold him ) with 4 trades left, can get Nas in a couple of weeks..
TD Edwards Whitfield to goater and NAS..
4 trades left not to much cover on bench..
sitting around 800 and on top of leagues..
Thanks…
Like a few, contemplating getting rid of DCameron and seeing Marshall as an option. However, could he end up being just as bad when TDK returns? 5 trades left.
TU – trade DCameron to Marshall
TD – trade DCameron to Serong instead
Playing for leagues but sitting in about 4th-8th in most of them.
7 trades left and 1 premo short of full premo
TU: HHK, Derksen > Dale, 99k (Worried that trading these two out early leaves me with no cash to upgrade houston, walsh etc)
TD: Walsh > Baz (have to wait 2-3 weeks before HHK and derksen make enough money to get to a premo)
Sinclair and finn o sullivan are my final 2 upgrades. Have 200k in the bank.
Tu: get 2 premiums, say dale and ash
Td: get ultra premium Nas and sub premium like sicily
My thoughts on the best forward line targets (ignoring the highly owned Sheezel,Trac,Pickett)
1. JHF (3R average 124)
2. Brad Hill (3RA 115, great stat-padding role)
3. Durham (3RA 109, solid role)
4. Warner (3RA 115 but inconsistent)
5. Marshall (3RA 93 – good pick until TDK is back)
6. Hall (3RA 105 but can be inconsistent)
i’m doing Xerri to Smith this week, even though i could hold Xerri and try to get a sub-premium as my 23rd (durham etc), i just prefer to be done with Xerri, i can’t watch that agian
Hey guys,
This week im not looking too good. Put up a 2475 last week.
Only got 19 press. Got 7 trades 3 boosts.
I traded jagga smith up to Grundy.
My backline is looking weak with hhk and goater. Any suggestions thanks
I have Gawn and Jackson at R1 and R2 and Xerri is just clogging up the flex spot.
i just can’t watch Xerri any longer.
I only have 4 trades (1 boost) left, so do i just hold tight?
I only have 22 premiums, with HHK, Herbert, Ison, banfield looping through M8. So with Xerri being one of my 22, and not having Smith is a hard watch.
My plan was to fatten up the remaining rookies and try and get a half decent M8 so i could run with 23 premiums. i think this isn’t going to happen with only 4 trades left, hence the Xerri to Smith trade.
TU: Xerri to Smith this week (1 trade only)
TD: hold Xerri and upgrade rookies to a 23rd premium in a few weeks time.
8 Trades left and I’ve got Daicos, Dawson, Bont, F Callaghan, LDU, Rowell, Sam Walsh as mid, I want to trade out Sam Cumming this week for either Bailey Smith or Butters. Whichever one I don’t trade in this week, I’ll probably trade in over the next couple of weeks (unless they do poorly and BE goes up, in which case I can wait until the price drop more. Butter is more expensive but has lower BE and much better 3 and 5 round average. Which one should I go with this week (Bailey Smith was traded in a lot this week, apart from the lower ownership% I can’t see why Smith over Butters)
4 trades left and fully premium, but have had enough of Houston
TU. HHK to any rookie. Houston to NAS. Will need 2 trades to do this
TD. Hold trades and ride out till finals.
Trade him, houston is a weekend ruiner!
I traded Houston for Nas last week (took 2 trades) and worth every penny and peace of mind
I’d be holding trades for finals at this point. If you make it to the first round of finals with four trades, then make the move.
No trades this week. Will cop the whitfield out which means unfortunately d7 houston comes on field
Who to trade for
TU- Bodhi Uwland
TD-Bailey Dale
Can afford anyone for flex
TU – Gawn
TD – Baz Smith
Can trade out Edwards and derkson for rookie and flex to round out full premo:
TU- Will Day
TD- wait for Edwards and Derk to both go up a total of $40k more then bring in a LDU/Neale/nando/Grundy next week
Final mid position
TU – Smith
TD – Heeney
Zac Bailey injured so a forward replacement. T/U. Bolton T/D. Warner
Have i missed something? Reports i hear say expected to play this week
Which trade?
TU- JTreacy > Nas via DPP
TD- SCumming > JDunkley
Currently have 22 premos with 5 trades left. Is it worth trading HHK and Derksen for Marshall and a 99k rookie (via Mckercher dpp) or should I hold.
TU – trade
TD – hold
I’m in the same position as you. Got hhk and Berkowitz. What do I do
I got a full 23 premo side but have some losses ends to tie up got 5 trades left, is it worth moving off harley reid or sam walsh for bailey smith, the run is crazy swear gonna miss not having bazza

Thought I was full premo last week but Houston gave me a timely reminder that wasn’t the case. Never, ever again.
Houston to Smith this week as I already have the funds.
5 trades left after that trade with my only question mark left being Sam Walsh.
TU – Grundy + Jordan Clark
TD – Marshall + Holmes
Need to get rid of Darcy Cameron
6 trades left
TU: Use 2 trades to Grundy and 99K rookie
TD: Use 3 trades to Gawn and 2 99k rookies
Comment: Marshall + Rookie
Actually can do Marshall in one trade so
TU: D. Cameron to Marshall
TD: Grundy or Gawn (See above)
Wanting to trade out Houston he is pissing me off
TU- Houston and Derkson for rookie and Baz (HHK) to D6- then trade hall kahan out later for premo (will leave 1 trade after HHK gone)
TD- hold Houston (need 3 trades after premo side for injuries)
with 4 trades to go
TU: do i do two trades to get to NWM
TD: Keep the trades
3 trades left and 23 premos counting Darcy Cameron at flex but I’m wondering if it’s worth cutting him
TU: yes
TD: no
If yes to the above, where do I go?
TU: Marshall
TD: Durham
4 trades 1 boost left AFTER this
Thinking of keeping HHK as M8 or can upgrade him in a few weeks with the trades I have left
TU – Cumming, Clark > Gawn, Goater (in emerg) 7k ITB
TD – Cumming, Clark > Bailey Smith, Goater (in emerg) 86k ITB to use for an upgrade in coming weeks

Need some upgrades still.
I think I will trade derksen for goater
Then which trade should I do.
Warner – Sheezel
Watson – Grundy
Then I’ll have Grundy as my flex
7 trades left

I think I will trade derksen for goater
Then which trade should I do.
Warner – Sheezel
Watson – Grundy
Then I’ll have Grundy as my flex
Or i could trade out Wagga for grundy
Who is Wagga?
Inland NSW town
Don’t you mean Wagga Wagga?
Wagga smith
Jagga smith

Xerri is my flex and he has to go.
I’ll be straight trading to Bailey Smith this week
I’m giving Xerri one more week. If the present role continues, he’s out.
3 trades left, season on the ropes, what to do with Xerri:
TU – trade to Grundy
TD – hold and hope he comes good
hi everyone,
TU Edwards Jones to goater and durham
will give cover for Whitfield (hold him ) with 4 trades left, can get Nas in a couple of weeks..
TD Edwards Whitfield to goater and NAS..
4 trades left not to much cover on bench..
sitting around 800 and on top of leagues..
Thanks…
Whitfield will miss only 1 week. Apparently he is fine and will only miss this week.
Ash will have a field day
TU- D.Cameron > R.Marshall
TD- D.Cameron > J.Sweet
Dont trade me out, I’ve got xerri this week 🙂
Like a few, contemplating getting rid of DCameron and seeing Marshall as an option. However, could he end up being just as bad when TDK returns? 5 trades left.

With Ross almost certainly out for some time (2nd concussion in the last month or so…) who is the best option:
A.Treacy
B. Warner
C. Horne-Francis but will have to burn a downgrade to afford him
My team: (8 Trades / 1 Boost / 40k ITB)
DEFENDERS:
NWM Parker Milera
Wilkie Jaicos J.Clark
(Annand / B. Ryan)
MIDFIELDERS:
Naicos Butters Heeney
Washcroft Oliver Callaghan
LDU Rowell
(HHK / Cumming / Ison)
RUCKS:
Jackson Cameron
(ZZ)
FORWARDS:
Sheezel Z.Bailey Petracca
Bolton BJ.Williams Miller
(Gallop / Banfield)
FLEX:
M. Kennedy
Considering NO trades this week.
Is this anywhere near Full Premium??
Please tear this apart for me people!
Thanks in advance.
having Gawn instead of Cameron would make that team look good
ain’t that the truth… appreciate your thought Derek
Definitely do something to upgrade Cameron. Maybe him and Cumming to Grundy/Gawn and a rookie?
Cheers Johnno
Good shout!
My thoughts on the best forward line targets (ignoring the highly owned Sheezel,Trac,Pickett)
1. JHF (3R average 124)
2. Brad Hill (3RA 115, great stat-padding role)
3. Durham (3RA 109, solid role)
4. Warner (3RA 115 but inconsistent)
5. Marshall (3RA 93 – good pick until TDK is back)
6. Hall (3RA 105 but can be inconsistent)
Didn’t include Bailey as unsure about his injury
Thoughts?
TU: Brad Hill
TD: Sam Durham
i still think the 5 game average is a better guide. the 3 round average is a little match up bias
JHF is just expensive now, over $550k. for $100k less you can get Durham
4 trades left
TU – Houston (D6) for Wilkie
TD – Xerri (Flex) for Jackson or Smith
Comment for hold
i’m doing Xerri to Smith this week, even though i could hold Xerri and try to get a sub-premium as my 23rd (durham etc), i just prefer to be done with Xerri, i can’t watch that agian

I traded jagga smith up to Grundy.
My backline is looking weak with hhk and goater. Any suggestions thanks
show us your full team
When hhk goes higher should I trade him.
Final spot to fill:
TU:Wilkie
TD: Durham
Rookie FWD to fill
TU: Podhajski (on bubble but not playing this week) BE -36
TD: Hamilton (selected to play, played 1 game scored 25) BE +18
TU: Trade in Harvey or Hotton to complete FWD line, don’t have JHF
TD: Wait for Hall-Kahan.etc. to reach peak value + cash out for premium FWD eg. JHF
3 trades left, HHK D6 and Rookie F6…
TU- HHK to Sicily/Wilkie
TD – Hold
Or could trade HHK and Derekson and get a B Dale for example …
Ranking 150
i was all set to trade Xerri to Smith this week.
I have Gawn and Jackson at R1 and R2 and Xerri is just clogging up the flex spot.
i just can’t watch Xerri any longer.

TU: Xerri to Smith this week (1 trade only)
TD: hold Xerri and upgrade rookies to a 23rd premium in a few weeks time.
Gosh I hope you’ve held
yes, i decided to hold Xerri.
i was told once, ‘don’t trade your premiums’.
Last upgrade incoming.
TU: JHF
TD: LDU
8 Trades left and I’ve got Daicos, Dawson, Bont, F Callaghan, LDU, Rowell, Sam Walsh as mid, I want to trade out Sam Cumming this week for either Bailey Smith or Butters. Geelongs games to finish are great
I think I need to trade out Jack Ross. another missed game and possibly more based on latest team comments.
3 trades left and 160k in the bank
current FWD line is Sheezel, Petracca, Kickett, Ross, Durham, Arty Jones
TU look for a more value option but who?? 🙁
TD spend up on JHF at 550k using most of my bank still leaving 2 rookies on field
