  1. Can someone explain to me like I’m a 6 year old what on earth is going on with Brayshaw this year?
Not worth trading with how much he’s dropped?

      • Brayshaw did cop a fairly heavy “corkie” in the first quarter of the game vs the WCE on the weekend

And he was hobbling for quite a while

There is quite a few mouths to feed in the midfield at Fremantle (with Murphy Reid also getting zero CBA’s), but I would probably hold Brayshaw for a few more weeks – particularly as Fremantle have a fairly friendly Round 14 bye

He is likely to play forward again at some stage, and he has never averaged over 70 points per game in his career

He did play a great game at half back today though

  7. Will be trading out the AFL’s CEO and board of directors if they use a down and out Carlton player as cover for their lack of integrity exposed by the Butters v Umpire incident, where it was made public that the said umpire works for corporate bookmaker Sportsbet an AFL sponsor.

The AFL should drop the sponsorship or the umpire.

I’m not sure if their integrity department sits in the AFL or Vic’s department of justice?

The AFL-Sportsbet exclusive sponsorship deal is said to be worth around fourteen million dollars for the AFL each year, for seven years: I think it ends in 2031/32.

As for a grub reporter sponging off the incident, if it’s true what they reported that Collingwood players were aware of a problem with someone who was a danger to himself and other players on the field, the Collingwood players also have a duty of care for the effected opposition player.

    • He averages 0.8 points per minute played, this last round he matched his average but played 78 minutes, that brought his avg time on ground down to 94 mins.

Next game against Freo might be tough, who knows they could manage him, but the three games after that should see his average and value go up.

All being well I’m upgrading him for round 11 against Port.

Must Be Tagged At All Times…
If he is ever ‘untagged’ we know he scores by the bucket load like NDaics and Bonts but you have to decide, as we all do, whether he gets the full tag all season or not…
Clark(524K) on the other hand will always be The Docker Go To Man in Defence and sometimes gets attention but generally seems to get a fairly good go at it…
Naz at 128BE While Jordy at 61.
I assumr you have Sinclair…SAINTS have West Coast, Carlton…Gold Coast
Dockers have Calton, Dogs and Hawks…

If you save $150k trading him sideways maybe it’s worth it, as that roughly is the going rate for a trade. But honestly even then. Watch Bailey smith have a couple off games right after you buy him and you end up down a trade for like no gain. Bonts a keeper.

Can’t really make an argument for dumping him unless you’re swimming in trades or maybe some sort of point chasing if you’re up in the rankings, and even then a real luxury that I’m not sure is super solid.

Out: Serong, Jagga and Dev Rob – In: Merrett, Anderson and Tsatas.

        • I think you should wait for a rookie worth boosting too rather than just boosting because you want to get rid of him. Rookies that aren’t playing can be very helpful to use as loophole players in the meantime at least. If you already have Anderson then it could be worth holding off for now. Alternatively, you could try to cull Brodie instead of one of the other two this week cause their breakevens aren’t crazy high so shouldn’t lose much cash. Personally, I’m keeping rookies like Jagga, Serong, Grlj, Jaques because none should lose much cash and just need one more spike to keep going

  51. Is it worth using my last boost to trade to do either of the following?

    Blamires to Touk miller?
    Bruhn to NAS?

    TU: Yes
    TD: Hold the boost

    • Neither rookie needs to be gotten rid of and neither premo is about to have a massive price in spike. Inall likelihood both those trade outs could make the same or more money than the trade ins, so don’t waste a boost to pay more for a player you can get next week. Unless you’re near the top of the leaderboard or something and want to chase points.
