  2. it would be interesting to find out if someone with a much higher VC cutt-off, actually achieves it during the season.

    in one of my leagues, there has been some great work by one of the members, and has tracked everyone’s VC/C score for the season in the league.

    The highest average is 145.6 and the lowest is 112.2

    i’m sitting in the middle at 127.5.

    i’ll have to ask the top of the list what their weekly cutt-off is, and see if them aiming higher gets a better outcome

    • I’d be curious too for the other end. Every chance the person averaging 112 doesn’t take the 125 VC but gambles and gets a 90

  5. 135 this year cost me twice Rd5 VC 125 C 124 Rd 13 VC 128 C 90. Biggest L for the year Rd9 C played before VC copped Grundy 95 Bont C 160.

  6. I put 135 this year usually around 125.The 2 times I didn’t take Rd5 125 and Rd13 128 from VC Jackson I got a 90 and 124 from Grundy. But my biggest stuff up for the year rd 9 my C Grundy 91 played before my VC Bont 160.

  7. The last few years it’s been 130-135 depending on the ruck match ups. This year I’ve lowered it to 120-125 as other then Grundy until mid season or Gawn to a certain extent this year consistency has dropped.

  8. I was historically a 130pt minimum for my VC, but this season I’ve definitely been happy to ‘settle’ for a 125 without hesitation ……. might be more reflective of my season than any philosophical shift
