  1. Taylor Adams must surely be the big winner with Mills and now Parker unavailable for extended time.
I’m not 100% sold with either Walsh or Touk as my current M6, could indeed end up being Adams now

  2. For Sydney with Parker out, it could be benefits for Adams, Sheldrick or Jordan for more midfield. It can maybe help Roberts for JS and avoiding the sub vest.

Definitely going to cause a shame up the team.

For Flynn out, I wonder whether it could be worth making the R3 Barnett or Reid since they still have DPP but could be 2nd choice with Flynn out for 12 weeks

    1. my other thought was warner and rowbottom…both already spending time in mid…do they get 10% more and boost score by say 10pts per game??

  3. I assume with Flynn out for the Eagles, BJW steps in as #1 Ruck. 50K less than Grundy, but not for me.
Be interesting to see if we see any start with Grundy/BJW – use extra cash to boost elsewhere

      1. Maybe consider mid price madness for 7 rounds- keeping in mind we have 40 trades- Rucks BJW, Xerri, sub Naismith???

  4. i read yesterday that Nank has a foot issue. any Tiger fans with any more information?

Afl article said it was a ‘race against time’ to be ready for round 1.

obviously Naismith stocks increase and he becomes a nice R3

  5. ‘Will Day has ditched his moon boot and is targeting a return in April’
    – hawthorn injury report

return in April might mean round 4 (7th April) or Round 5 (13th April)

Anyone thinking about McKenzie or Hustwaite will have to work out how much cash they can generate before Day returns.

  6. Walsh had a back injury previously that took a long time to heal so I doubt that the blues will risk rushing him back. Ollie Hollands should fill his spot and he had nice numbers in the match sim, could be a good POD until Walsh comes back.

  7. With Guthrie out with a quad for potentially an extended period of time, who benefits through the guts at the Cattery…

    1. Is Clark close to a must-have rookie bench option now?
    2. Are Atkins and/or Holmes interesting stepping-stones?
    3. Thoughts on Bruhn and/or Bowes as midpricers?

Anyone close enough to the team to comment.

    1. Yeah the Guthrie one is significant, so hard though to see who will take those CBAs as you pointed out, 4-5 possibilites.

    2. As a Cats fan, I think Guthrie’s injury might impact Dangerfield more than anyone.

I am sure they want Dangerfield to spend more time up forward but with Guthrie out, they need an old head in there to guide the youngsters.

I also think that if he stays fit, Clark will spend a lot of time in the midfield. He reminds me a lot of a young Joel Selwood.

      1. I was leaning towards Clark being in the side. Interesting insight about Paddy… not sure I’d select in classic but definitely a draft option. Thanks for the share buddy.
