  1. Seriously considering Gus Brayshaw as final mid premo. Can go Aarts to him. BE of 10 so will rise in value or score enough to keep and I still have 10 trades after trading Sicily out

    1. Good luck with that one. I couldn’t do it.
Two hundreds in a row looks nice but when you see the rest of his chart it’s not good viewing. Plus it’s coincided with Gawn being out. Maybe he has his favs.

      1. First two finals games are 18 best. If Brayshaw sinks, scores don’t count. If he bangs out more 100s. Winning.

        Worth a risk.

  2. For those who have seen the last few Sydney games is Jackson THURLOW (SYD) ($359 600) a good cheap backman who can average 80 – 100 or a flash in the pan?

    1. Drop Punt.

With Rampe out for the season his JS looks solid, I’m not sure he’s worth a shot though. Rampe out also means he may get some bigger job’s. I can only really see kids* left to replace him @ The Swans.

      * Does this mean Will Gould ($117K def ) finally gets a run ?

After this coming round ( R13 ) we go into a Best 18 scoring.
I think your better off targeting a playing kid that you may get lucky and hit a score from. This could also be a way of freeing up cash to improve other lines.

      Or..

You spend more cash on a proven Premo that is much more likely to feature in your Best 18 /22 scores, for rest of the season.

Best of luck whatever you decide.

      1. Thurlow played FWD, fellas. Rampe being out of no relevance to him.

If you haven’t watched him play, I don’t think you’ve then got enough intel to roll the dice on him.

        1. Sorry my bad GD.

Some of these games finish so late some times I fall asleep.
6am starts will do that to you. I saw the sats in the am and just presumed he pushed forward and a kicked a few in rout.

If he is playing Forward, why is anyone we even considering him ??

          1. No, he’s playing on the halfback flank. 67% of possessions in the defensive half against the Giants, only one touch in the forward 50. Similar stats and heat map the game before against the Pies.

More than his role, the knock is his scoring history. Never really looked Supercoach relevant at any stage of his first six years in the league, is that suddenly going to change now?

            1. Oh. Really, Chillo?

Swear I saw him up FWD and on the wing during tight pieces of play, kicked a goal as well. I noticed he kept pushing up the ground and stealing loose ball away from Wicks to my chagrin lol.

Either way, agree with Chillo’s call on him – just not SC relevant.

              1. Yeah, he definitely pushed forward at times but a lot of defenders seem to do that these days.

He’s really cheap and if he goes at 90ppg for the next six it could make a season, but what are the chances of that happening? I’m too chicken to do it!

  3. Sorry, forgot to thank Chillo.

    Thanks for the B/E’s.

There’s couple of M8 Candidates I’m keeping an eye on atm.

    The risky option is..

Dunkley , with libba and Baz going well can he get back into the Midfield rotation ? He should be sub $500k post his R15 Bye. This could time nicely with a Draper downgrade, depending on your cash situation.

The other, more risky option is..

T Kelly: Post Bye already,He will be sub $500K next week.

    The risky part is..
How will WC go back in the Q Hub ?
He (Kelly) also seems to be the one Oppo coaches are tagging / running with resulting in his form slump.
Can he work through it ?

Anyway.. For the $ and potential ..both worth a look.

    Thanks again Chillo.

  4. Thanks Chillo

That awkward moment where Starcevich’s be drops significantly and need to decide to keep him one more week or trade hmmm

  5. Anyone worried that Lloyd’s waxing partner Rampe is out for the year?
Who does he now use as his possession builder all game? Gotta love how he pretends to look for someone every time he kicks out from full back when he knows 100% that he is going to play on regardless if someone is free or not. He definitely plays SC and has himself in his team.
