Where and when: MCG, Saturday 27th June at 7:40pm (AEST)
Last time they met: Rd 11, 2019: Essendon 11.8 (74) def Carlton 4.9 (33) at the MCG
What it means for the Bombers: The Bombers have started the season well but they will want to chalk up another win after a second COVID disruption to their season.
What it means for the Blues: That was an impressive win against the Cats last week and the Blues would love to maintain the rage against the old foe this week.
Thommo’s Tip: Blues by 5 points.

Cutler a late out for the dons. Ham in
Not sure about Carlton.
Should matter for anyones team haha
No late changes for Carlton
I wished McKernan can hold on the ball. He drops it every time, drives me nuts.
Dons still need a reliable key FWD. It’s certainly not McKernan lol.
yeh , mckernan isn’t a no 1 fwd agains the best defender , but is pretty handy as the no 3 fwd against the 3rd best defender & pinch hitting in the ruck , just like david hale was @ hawthorn back in the day
casboult having a good season , liking the empty stadiums maybe
