Essendon fans can relax a little and just enjoy the match.
Its been a testing week-end for Dad. He says he hasn’t felt pressure like this since he took an after the siren kick for Essendon reserves to win the flag in 1932. I’m so glad he can now relax with his beloved bombers to play finals again.
We are about to head to the cellar for a quiet tipple and to watch the game against pies. Our objective is six bottles of Grange, and a plan to sneak into SA next week-end.
