POLL: Based on Rookies

Following on from the excellent debut article on Rookie Review by Derek, I’ve taken on the rookie theme and based it around some folks requests in the Poll Ideas post, mainly from Simo, Hien and Waldorf. I’ve then formulated the poll around their ideas to get an overall idea for each theme. FYI, the other ideas are not off the table and will be placed in poll format soon.

The first of this theme revolves around rookies on field each week. If you had the team from hell like me where I’ve struggled with nine injuries and two suspensions already, then you have probably got nine this week, ouch! That type of logistic makes it hard to improve the dud rookie status of the team, making it harder to generate cash and eventually upgrade to your heart’s desire.

The second variation on this theme is, how many dead rookies (non scoring through injury, form etc) are currently sitting on your bench, and the third iteration of this would be, how many rookies are you looking to move on this week.

And lastly, the fourth variation on a theme is to try and sort out which rookies most coaches think are the priority to exit your team. Based on Derek’s analysis, I’ve chosen nine in the firing line that do not include rookies that started but are now not playing, and the obvious Devon Robertson who stays or goes dependent on your trade plans. They are listed in order of highest to lowest BE, with the first figure being their averages so far.
