  1. Looking at my predicted score, I am likely to lose another 8/10 league games this round, for the 3rd week in a row. Looking at the top ranked teams, they all have 6 onfield rookies and I am still running with 7, which will be 8 this week if I bench C Daniel (needing Kos to be named, otherwise its a donut). I need to do something!

Looking at trading out C Daniel & B Campbell, and trading in J Macrae & Waterman. As I won’t know if Kos is playing until after the Bulldogs game, I run the risk of copping a backline donut, but I figure that Macrae should score more than any defender I could trade in ( I have Ridley, Laird, Stewart & Clark) and only having 4 premium mids is killing my season.

TU : Go for broke and trade out C Daniel & B Campbell for J Macrae & Waterman
TD: Bench Daniel, if Kos isn’t named, trade him out for L Jones to avoid the backline donut, and trade out either Campbell or McNeil/Fullerton/Scott for Waterman, or even just do the one backline trade only

  2. 261 / 3 / Gawn.

Steele didn’t really work out as VC.

Short had an off night. (his DE was very low compared to usual )

With Heeney benched I wanted another ‘Premo Type’ on field.

I went with the risky but well priced option of Brad Crouch.
    ( by Dow 🙂 )

He looked pretty good early( 40 at Qtr time. ) , but fell away as Richmond put the Saints to the Sword.

Still an 83 in a very well beaten side is not terrible.

I’m unsure if I will use another trade this week. I’m tempted to pass on Waterman and possibly go Treacy next week. His Dpp will come in very handy when Flynn is ripe. lets hope he plays this week!

  3. Anyone got any insight into whether kosi or downie may play for hawthorn this week? Looking at trading the non playing downie out but would hate to see him then selected this week after sitting on the pine for the first 4!

  4. 572 / 5 / Gawn

My PODs in Duggan and Clark were brilliant. Tried Steele as VC but will roll with Gawn now.

Hope this scoring keeps up. Fingers crossed!!!!

Managed to dodge a lot of the carnage so far but I still have 13 to play and it’s Sunday Bloody Sunday…please be nice to me, supercoach gods

  6. 1159 / 13 / Gawn

Far cry from where I was sitting after Friday night. Ridley, Crippa and Campbell are mostly to blame.

Still got skipper Gawn to come so hopeful of sneaking up to 2200 today.

  7. 1255/16/Gawn

Was going excellent until Ridley dropped, if Gawn goes large I might stretch over 2000. I can’t get any luck in SC

  8. 1192/11/Macrae

Some great scores by Mac, Dunks, Zerrett, Daniher & Grundy offset with Ridley, Cox and now anticipating another 30 from Kosi filling in for Clark. Projected for 2168, but I feel that’s optimistic

Terrible round be lucky to hit 2000 – Howe 15, Houston 48 – Two defender’s injured in the same round! Campbell another dud score of 39. Clark dropped, took Jones early.

  10. 1149/12/Macrae (if Brockman or Clark isn’t the medical sub)

Anyone else have Ridley *and* Houston?

I was absolutley cooking until around quarter time of the night games.
