Geelong (15.12.102) defeated St Kilda (11.9.75)

  1. Rowan Marshall (169). Just another monster score from Marshall, relishing the number 1 ruck role. Had 33 touches (26 contested) plus 12 clearances, 30 hitouts and 2 goals.
  2. Gryan Miers (125). Probably best on for the Cats, as he found 22 touches with 7 marks and 3 majors.
  3. Bailey Smith (120). Ran hard all game as usual, grabbing 35 touches, 1 major and a game best 868 metres gained.
  4. Tom Atkins (105). Did his usual in the Cats midfield, collecting 21 touches (11 contested) plus 6 clearances, 8 tackles and 1 major.
  5. Campbell Lake (100). The rookie provided a great score when the forward line was slim this round. Had  17 touches (10 contested) plus 8 tackles, 1 goal and 88% DE.

Other 100+ scores: Zilch

Disappointment: Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera (57) had a tight tag and couldn’t really get near it.

Rookies: Debut here for the Cats with Polkinghorne (46) getting a run in the forward line. Clark (96) was the best in a role down back, then Edwards (41) and Wiltshire (40). After Lake, there was Phillipou (82), O’Connell (44) and Henry (21).

Injuries: Big SuperCoach news out of this was Holmes (ankle) who looks set to miss the rest of the season and is a forced trade. Furthermore, Mannagh (hamstring) was another causality for Geelong. St Kilda unscathed.

 

Sydney (10.11.71) defeated by Adelaide (13.9.87)

  1. Callum Mills (133). Too scored here on Friday night, collecting 25 touches with 8 tackles, 676 metres gained and no clangers for the game.
  2. Tom McCarton (132). Right behind Mills was McCartin, as he had 26 touches and 9 marks plus solid DE of 88%.
  3. Wayne Milera (121). Down the other end, Milera had 26 touches and 12 marks to pair with 585 metres gained and 88% DE.
  4. Izak Rankine (120). Another great score from Rankine, grabbing 30 touches (20 contested) plus 8 clearances and 1 major in the upset win.
  5. Darcy Fogarty (113). The best forward for the night, Fogarty kicked 4 straight from 20 touches and 4 marks to round out this game.

Other 100+ scores: Chad Warner (103)

Disappointment: Couple to pick from here, with Heeney (87), Worrell (79) and Dawson (74) all being unders.

Rookies: Serong (61) led Edwards (41), McDonald (34) and Rosas (24) for the Suns.  Cook (94) once again elite for the Crows, having 23 touches and 8 marks, similar to Hall-Kahan (89), with McAndrew (81) and Murray (39) the others.

Injuries: Just Cunningham (concussion) for the Swans here.

 

Port Adelaide (11.9.75) defeated by Fremantle (15.13.103)

  1. Caleb Serong (130). Big score from Serong as he led the midfield to a tough win. Finished up with 28 touches (15 contested) plus 9 tackles and 8 clearances on Saturday afternoon.
  2. Joe Richards (125). Plenty of opportunity in the Port lineup and Richards seized that with a 31 touch (16 contested), 6 mark, 8 tackle game, topping it off with 1 goal and 6 clearances.
  3. Jye Amiss (115). The main target up front, Amiss slotted 4 goals from 12 touches and 4 marks.
  4. Ollie Wines (109). Did plenty in the middle, collecting 30 touches (16 contested) to pair with 7 clearances.
  5. Josh Treacy (106). Rounds out the top five with a well rounded game of 3 goals, 14 touches, 5 marks and 10 score involvements.

Other 100+ scores: Luke Ryan (102), Jase Burgoyne/Aliir Aliir (101), Andrew Brayshaw (100)

Disappointment: Murphy Reid (34) was no where near his best.

Rookies: No rookies for Fremantle so straight to Port, their best was Zadow (82) who kicked a bag, leading Bamert (56), Whitlock (53), Lai (34), O’Brien (30) and Marshall (27).

Injuries: Just O’Meara (ankle) here, nothing else.

 

North Melbourne (11.10.76) defeated by Melbourne (13.14.92)

  1. Tom Sparrow (140). A super game from Sparrow, his game tallied 33 touches (16 contested) to pair with 1 goal, 10 clearances, 6 marks, 6 tackles and 5 inside 50s.
  2. Harry Sheezel (133). A popular VC pick and it worked very well for coaches, as he collected 33 disposals, 1 goal, 6 marks, 5 tackles and 5 inside 50s.
  3. Kysaiah Pickett/Jake Bowey (126). A couple of tied up Demons here. Kosy had 1 goal, 29 touches, 7 marks and 723 metres gained, while Bowey finished with 29 touches, 5 marks and 533 metres gained.
  4. Trent Rivers (114). Another Demons ton, this time to Rivers as he collected 26 disposals @ 92% DE across half back, also adding 7 marks and 613 metres gained.
  5. Koltyn Tholstrup (112). The rookie rounds out the top five, finding 22 touches (10 contested) with 6 marks and 421 metres gained.

Other 100+ scores: Luke Davies-Uniacke (108), Caleb Daniel (104), Matt Jefferson (103)

Disappointment: Xerri (78) and Gawn (74) cancelled each other out.

Rookies: After Tholstrup, Jefferson (103) also needs some love for his 4 goal effort, while the rest of the Demons struggled. Sharp (46) came in ahead of Heath (43), Pickett (38) and Fitzgerald (24). Just Goater (42) and Whitlock (33) for North.

Injuries: Two issues for the Demons in the win with Turner (chest) and Jiath (leg) finishing the game on the bench. No concerns for North.

 

Collingwood (14.6.90) defeated Carlton (10.9.69)

  1. Sam Walsh (122). Top scored on Saturday night, gathering 25 touches (14 contested), 6 marks, 5 tackles plus 1 major and 6 clearances.
  2. Nick Daicos (116). Another great performance of 36 touches @ 81% DE and 579 metres gained in an important win.
  3. Patrick Cripps (114). The skipper did what he could to lead his team, this week having 30 touches (12 contested) plus 6 marks, 6 tackles, 6 clearances and 2 majors.
  4. Dan Houston (107). Finally a nice score from Houston, incredible what you can do when you don’t play just a half of footy. 25 touches, 9 marks and 1 goal for him.
  5. Ned Long (100). Did the little things right and kicked 2 important goals to finish with 16 touches and 6 tackles to pair with those majors.

Other 100+ scores: Zilch

Disappointment: Big few weeks for Josh Daicos (75) but this was unders. Newman (68) and Hewett (59) for the Blues.

Rookies: Reidy (93) was very good on his return to the senior side, while Smith (92) keeps pumping out very good scores. Byrne (76, then Dean (70) comes next, then Kemp (51) and Derksen (47) to round it out. The Pies were led by Harrison (65), then Anderson (64), Swadling (60), West (43) and Puncher (41).

Injuries: All clear for the Pies but issues for the Blues with McKay (knee) and Cerra (hamstring) exiting the game early.

 

West Coast (10.9.69) defeated by Brisbane (13.15.93)

  1. Lachie Neale (135). Looked like he took it easy at times, finishing with 32 touches (17 contested) plus 6 marks, 1 major, 6 clearances and 91% DE.
  2. Josh Dunkley (131). His best for the year, Dunkley grabbed 28 touches (11 contested) with 10 marks, 7 tackles and 6 inside 50s on Saturday night.
  3. Harris Andrews (122). Stopped plenty of forward thrusts, finishing with 22 disposals (10 contested) plus 12 marks (5 contested) and 10 intercepts.
  4. Zac Bailey (114). Another ton for Bailey, this week coming from 26 touches, 1 major, 7 marks, 2 goal assists, 7 inside 50s and 487 metres gained.
  5. Kai Lohmann (103). Rounds out an all Lions top five thanks to 18 touches, 4 goals, 5 tackles and 8 marks.

Other 100+ scores: Zilch

Disappointment: Zorko (83) was tagged all game, while Bailey Williams (84) has been a little under expectations.

Rookies: Tunstill (83) the best of the Lions here, ahead of Gallop (49) and McKenna (28). The Eagles had some solid stuff from Francou (83), Duursma (76), Herbert (72), Murdock (70) and finally Allan (35).

Injuries: The Eagles lost Hutchinson (hamstring) very early in the contest but that seems to be the only issue out of this game.

 

Richmond (6.16.52) defeated by Hawthorn (18.14.122)

  1. Jarman Impey (139). Provided heaps off half-back, finishing up with 34 touches and 11 marks plus 1 goal, 88% DE and 680 metres gained.
  2. Josh Battle (124). 27 touches and 6 marks for Battle across the backline, with strong DE of 85%. Also snuck forward to slot 1 goal.
  3. Mitch Lewis (118). Dominated early as the Hawks set up the game, ultimately finishing with 5 majors from 11 touches and 5 marks.
  4. Lloyd Meek (110). Back to back tons for Meek running solo ruck, this week thanks to 14 touches, 7 tackles and 24 hitouts.
  5. Connor MacDonald/Blake Hardwick (108). 33 touches, 10 marks, 4 goal assists and 6 inside 50s for MacDonald, while Hardwick finished up with 21 touches and 9 marks @ 95% DE.

Other 100+ scores: Nick Watson (106), Toby Nankervis (103), Patrick Retschko (101), James Sicily (100)

Disappointment: Jayden Short (67) again, hasn’t produced in 2026.

Rookies: Another super game from Mraz (83) for a big price jump, leading the Hawks rookie brigade of Macdonald (61), Greeves (57) and McCabe (46). The Tigers had a ton for Retschko (101) thanks to 19 touches, 6 marks and 1 goal, another fine score to his rookie season. Others included Lefau (71), Cumming (70) and Annand (55).

Injuries: Hotton (ankle) and Green (concussion) for the Tigers, while the Hawks listed Ginnivan (back soreness).

 

Gold Coast (9.14.68) defeated by Western Bulldogs (11.11.77)

  1. Marcus Bontempelli (155). Back to back monster scores for Bont, shocking no one in the process. Had 23 touches (14 contested) plus 5 clearances, 3 goals, 5 tackles, 7 inside 50s and 565 metres gained.
  2. Matt Rowell (144). The 2025 Rowell showed up on Sunday, as he collected 26 touches (12 contested) @ 86% DE as well as adding 11 tackles and 7 clearances.
  3. Tim English (140). Mighty effort from English, he spent Sunday gathering 20 touches @ 90% DE, as well as adding 20 hitouts, 5 clearances, 2 goal assists and 10 marks.
  4. Bailey Williams (137). Can provide a big score and did so hear, finishing the game with 29 touches and 8 marks plus a massive 11 rebounds from 50 and 776 metres gained.
  5. Touk Miller (127). Touk found plenty of the ball, finishing with 39 touches (17 contested) plus 9 clearances, 5 marks and 5 tackles to finish up a high scoring top five.

Other 100+ scores: Will Powell (123), Matt Kennedy (122), Ned Moyle (119), Sam Collins (112), John Noble (111).

Disappointment: In a game of big scores, a few couldn’t capitalise, with Petracca (70), Uwland (76) and Anderson (90) struggling.

Rookies: Zeke Uwland (92) has shown why he was pick 2 with a 81 five round average late into the season, while Lombard (84) has been solid all year. Addinsal (59) then led Murray (58), Adams (56), Patterson (42) and Lewis (24). Just Sellwood (87), Jones (63), Hynes (58) and Dolan (40) for the Bulldogs.

Injuries: No injuries from this Sunday fixture.

 

Essendon (10.7.67) defeated GWS (8.16.64)

  1. Zach Merrett (145). Back in the midfield where he should be, Merrett top scored thanks to 35 touches, 1 goal and 452 metres gained on Sunday night.
  2. Mason Redman (116). Overcame a slight leg issue to finish with 1 goal, 17 touches and 5 marks in a famous win.
  3. Sam Durham (113). Another great effort from Durham, this week having 25 touches (13 contested) plus 7 clearances and 8 inside 50s.
  4. Connor Idun (111). Made sure it wasn’t an all Bombers top five thanks to 24 touches @ 88% DE down back, also adding in 10 intercepts.
  5. Nick Bryan (108). Rounds it all out, finishing his Sunday with 2 goals, 17 touches (11 contested) plus 8 clearances and 31 hitouts.

Other 100+ scores: Callum Brown (107), Lachie Whitfield (102)

Disappointment: Lachy Ash (67) very grim, Roberts (68) not much better.

Rookies: Really nice third game from Ough (78), coming in ahead of Gruzewski (57) and Hamilton (31). Some good scores for the baby Bombers with Sharp (99) leading Farrow (83), Day-Wicks (80) and Robey (73). Others included El Ackhar (48), Kondogiannis (43) and mid season drafted Artemis (31).

Injuries: Couple of issues here with Greene (quad) missing most of the game for the Giants, while the Bombers will be concerned about Caddy (elevated heart rate) and Duursma (hamstring).
