Tech Leagues – Round 10 Review

Written by JimmyDee on May 23 2021

The Strong get stronger!

Tech Mastermind topped all Techies this week with 2330 With Reg Grundy as captain and Satan as VC but opting not to use him. What could’ve been?
The next four all had scores between 2253 and 2275 in a very astute display of coaching. These teams were Phil Gilbert, Ninius, DR’s Tech Team and Forever Bombers.

Adam’s Tech Mastermind has snuck into first spot in the group, a mere seven points ahead of DR. The Golden Arches of last years champ have been bronzed ever so slightly, dropping out of the top ten.

Tell us your hard luck stories of the week, and how you plan to correct the ills of your side. Will the byes be a boon or a bust for your team. Tell us in the post round presser.

  1. I think Tech Mastermind loophole options all played before Satan. Well done to TM for a massive score.

    1. Think it might have been extraneous forces of some kind Baz. His team had Hunter, Brayshaw and Campbell all playing later.

  2. Hard luck story, don’t want to whinge, BUT, missed trading Powell to Bont by less than two minutes. Decided to trade Powell anyway as I didn’t want to lose cash. Moved him on for Lachie Jones and banked a shitload of cash for the byes, not that it will influence my standing greatly, being more than a thousand points behind. My other trade was Neale to Dusty which turned out less than average.

  3. This week Phil Gilbert is waving goodbye to Scott & Warner and welcoming Ridley & Madden.
If trades are oxygen then Phil Gilbert is starting to gag.
