    1. Feels like a Gibcus type. Slow burn. If I get him in then I think it will be as emergency cover only. His DPP helps. My hope is to have NWM at D7. Unfortunately I don’t think he’s going to be a premium. If Curtin sits in my mids, then NWM can cover defense and mids. Curtin can be the break glass if I need to cover 2.
      I know it’s a bit early to be thinking that far ahead, but the planning is one thing that keeps me hooked on SC.

    1. Ahead of who? This team bats too deep at the positions Sexton would come in at.
      Barring injuries or rest/enforced rotations I think he’ll be in and out of the team all season.

    1. Surely not !!

      He has been in great form pretty much all year (despite being shoved from half back to wing for some games), and I think he only got the red vest in round 6 because he was sore

      Still scored 60 SC points from 49% TOG that day.

      And then he missed last week (round 7) with whatever the issue was – and the Hawks got absolutely smashed by 76 points by Sydney last week

      Personally I think Dear or Ward or Macdonald will be Hawthorns SUB – with Maginness & D’Ambrosio certain starters

      But who knows what Sammy Mitchell is thinking 🙂
