Getting the poll underway with a simple catch of what coaches teams started out like. Did we get it right structurally, or did we do not so great or did we get it totally wrong. Maybe not wrong so much as the wrong personnel, like mine. Do I give them another week to get a better idea, or just bite the bullet and admit I got it wrong and flick them this week?
