  4. Collingwood will go into quarantine from 7.30pm on Tuesday night ahead of its game against Port Adelaide on Friday.

Players, staff and their families will only be permitted to leave home to go to training until they head to the airport on Friday morning.

  5. Adelaide and Port Adelaide are bound for Melbourne after SA went into lockdown.

11 clubs will be based in Victoria as of Tuesday night, with Essendon currently located in Queensland along with Brisbane, Gold Coast, GWS and Sydney.

    FLIGHTS CANCELLED. Awaiting more news.

    1. Disregard previous post.
The two SA teams have been told not to catch the flight to Melbourne.
At this moment the clubs are unaware where or if their games will go ahead although the AFL insist that the round will go ahead.

Sydney and GWS are open to a bye taking place.

The Power are fixtured to host Collingwood on Friday night at Adelaide Oval and the Crows are scheduled to tackle Hawthorn at the venue on Saturday.

The round 21 fixture, which includes an Adelaide-Port Adelaide Showdown and Hawthorn-Collingwood clash, could pave the way for a direct swap, according to clubs on Tuesday afternoon.

      1. Latest. This looks like a lock.
Collingwood – Port Adelaide match at Marvel Stadium on Friday night.
Adelaide – Hawthorn Marvel Stadium on Sat night 7.40pm EST.

  6. And now the Crows and Power have been told they’re going to be flying to Victoria later tonight. Plans have changed from flying Vic, to QLD, to staying, to now flying to Vic.

      1. “The most bizarre day of this Covid chaos got more weird on Wednesday(sic), when both clubs were told they would fly to Melbourne after all.”

Haha. Poor Tom Morris found it all so confusing he forgot what day it is!!!

I can understand his confusion after today’s chaos.

  7. Final Update ( Fingers crossed)
