Written by Duck on August 8 2013

Waiting to see who’s named and who’s not before those vital last minute trades.

Who’ve you got your eye on?

  1. Priddis and Nicholls for sure!

Trades this week look likely to be Goodes to Dixon and Staker to Lids (via Rockliff) just to make my team different from my opponents

  2. It is more about who I hope doesn’t get named for me, such as Barlow, Mundy, Jack, Cotchin and Griffen (sorry all that have any of those players!)

Hopefully Currie is not named firstly because he may limit Goldys output and secondly he is primed for my only Ablett vice captain loop hole option this week, with GCS playing Sat night.

All other bench players kept playing well and putting your hand up. #29out30scoring

Traded out Staker to Hanley and Nicholls to Grundy (4trades left $315k)

  4. And now buddy is being rested i bet there is no way hed b rested next week against the Pies. He normally kills them so im holding but have Goodes Priddis and Ibottson so depending on who is named will use one on Goodes and the other either on Priddis or Mitchell ( but prob keep him or priddis as M9)

  5. Had planned to go Goodes (finally) to Bob Murphy & NRoo to Griff (via Bartel), but Buddy out has thrown the proverbial spanner.

TU: stick to plan and play Staker for Buddy
TD: get rid of Buddy and keep NRoo

  6. need some advice on loophole strategy… I’m a advocate for the captain’s loophole but haven’t done this elsewhere on the ground.

Is it possibly to do the captain’s loophole and another loophole in the same weekend??
