  1. Apologies as this is not for the right match but would love some opinions before Geelong play at 4pm to get jez.

Last night I looped McComb for butters before I needed to make a call and he posted a serviceable score imo.

TU: hold butters take McComb 59 and next week get Bont/English if I still want to trade him.
TD: trade butters too Jeremy Cameron and not have too play McComb.

I will get either Bont or English in the next fortnight anyway when I flick himmelberg
Leaning towards TU as I’m only about my cash leagues now. Ranking is about 6k

    1. Voted T.U, Mav.

Despite how well he’s been playing, Cameron’s said he cramps up during most games.

Will continue to score until the wheels come off.

      1. Thanks for the vote and comment, GD.
Yeah I think TU makes the most sense. Whose to say cameron doesn’t score 80 and only gained 21 pts. If I get Bont next week from butters and himmelberg too english in a month that’s probably the best overall play. I Just like watching jez play haha

  2. Afternoon, all.

Looking forward to an absolute monster of a contest. Have tipped the Dockers just on the Blues recent key defensive depletion.

To SC, got Cripps, Hewett, Saad, Brodie, Brayshaw and Darcy here. Big one!

    1. Love the Saad POD, GD!

Brayshaw, Brodie, Darcy, hewett and Cripps for me.

Firting with chucking the C on Darcy here after Neale failed Thursday night.

      1. Aha, I grabbed him two weeks ago. Put up two strong tons since.

Sort of resigned to a subton from him today given how much Freo get out of their smalls. Will have his hands full.

Ooo, Darcy C. Argh. Easy match up for him, great history, but hasn’t been in full flight lately.

Up to you, Mav! Good luck!

        1. Yeah think it’ll take me right up to the bounce to make the call on it haha
Also looping crippa he’s put up 83, 79 & 78 in his last 5 games. If he throws one of those in today I can bring on Daicos.

  3. LATE, late change: Carlton

    OUT: Matt Owies (calf)
    IN: Jesse Motlop.

Will Setterfield becomes the medical sub.

    Fremantle M.Crowden sub.

  4. Haven’t seen much of the game except for about first 20 mins. Brodie and Brayshaw frustrating, getting a heap of it now but can’t get that scoring up.

Are they butchering it or they just getting little dinky touches?

    1. Brayshaw mostly uncontested pill and Brodie has had 7 clangers. Frustrating is the right word mate

  5. Well at half time I can see Brodie is getting his hand on the ball with 19 disposals. Fyfe only has 6, so it appears that Brodie isn’t being affected by Fyfe.
However if Fyfe gets more of the ball, will that then be taking it off Brodie? Something to watch over the next few weeks as Fyfe gets into full form

    1. No, Nato. Smh.

Been telling people this for ages: Brodie low TOG high impact pure MID all year. Can’t be put anywhere else and changes to MID rotations won’t affect him.

Rn it’s Serong and Mundy chopping with Fyfe, who’s playing 50:50 MID/FWD.

Brodie about to ton by 3QT. Relax lol.

      1. It was more if someone like Fyfe was going to get more of the clearances/contested possessions when he was in the midfield.
This could have Brodie still getting possessions but not as effective for scoring if they were uncontested.

Fyfe with only 8 disposals at 3/4 time is quite surprising

  6. Walsh been criminally underscored. I don’t even own him and I’m cut about it lol.

  7. Ryan with a 0 point quarter really hurts as it looks like he will struggle to make 50 points this week.
Not a single disposal in that 3rd term

  8. Something doesn’t seem right with the Freo mids this game. Fyfe with 73% TOG, Mundy 58% TOG, Brodie 77%.
This was with 13 minutes left to the game.
Usually Brodie would be the lowest out of all of them and the have also come off a break. Something must be up with Mundy

    1. Ryan only with 79% TOG which is a bit lower than usual.
The lowest TOG players for Freo were Mundy, Henry and Fyfe.
Quite strange how the most experienced players spent more time on the bench.

  9. I think I can explain Ryan’s performance

Fremantle defender Luke Ryan says he was “pretty sick and sore” earlier this week, but he’s confident he’ll face Carlton on Saturday.
