I’m going to start rattling tins outside the G at all games this long weekend to start raising funds to get a statue of Buncha erected outside Mottsy’s inner city mansion. Still can’t get over Buncha’s efforts but I’ll regroup and make some sense of the rest of the results. A lot of results went to seeding with 13 of the top 16 seeds winning their H2H matches. Also, it’s not often in the SCT Cup to have noone dipping below the 2K mark but it shows the strength of the teams still in the comp with many likely having to deal with at least a few injuries of late like the rest of us.

Things change in the SCT Cup when we hit the byes. Rather than the lottery of a two week H2H during the byes, we move into a three week H2H spanning the bye rounds to truly test who can manage their teams. There will be some real fluctuations in scoring as coaches have their stronger weeks and those weeks where it’s all hands on deck.

I am lodging an official protest on behalf of Jonathon who coaches the Macrae’s.
In week 1 of his Match-Up against the Megalomaniacs you credited Ross’s Team with 2,348 which was actually the team’s score above him that week LeapungLizards@SCT coached by Gavin.
Megalomaniacs only scored 2,252 in week 1 of the Match Up. The end result actually should be a 31pt win to Macrae’s.

I have sent Motts a screenshot of the Group so if you get in contact with Mottsy that might help you sort it out quicker.
Had a quick look and I’ve definitely made a mistake. Hopefully only one!! I’ll have a look through all the results this H2H as one mistake might mean there’s more though. It’ll also mean that some of the match ups for the bye rounds will be changed. I’ll post it here for all to see when i get a change to sit down at ye olde spreadsheet.
I followed up TDA’s protest and as expected he’s spot on. Of course he is. He always is. It means that Macrae’s actually squeaks through over Megalomaniacs in their H2H from last round. Sorry Megalomaniacs!!!! I checked every other H2H and all the other results stand. With Macrae’s low ranking it means that all the H2Hs for the bye rounds have altered so check below for your new opponent.
Big props to The Death Adder for bringing this to my attention. I want accuracy and want the right teams progressing through. Thanks TDA.
