I don’t mind if a game is low-scoring, as long as it’s exciting. Tonight’s was exciting in the last quarter, and probably the second half of the third, but otherwise felt a bit flat.

36 v 36 seems quite a low scoring game. At first glance I keep thinking it is a half time score.
Great to see it is all back up and running, just waiting to see how the scores will be done with shorter quarters
Anyone seeing the scores?

Won’t see a better team goal than that. CMON.
Grundy went down the race and was getting his sides rubbed at qtr time.
Went back out though, so not too serious

Cameron a much welcomed addition up FWD, nice. Didn’t want to have to field King.
Dont care much for stats but, 29 tackles to 13 shows whos had the pill

A bit dubious that the called that a mark rather than a behind. Why don’t they have cameras on both sides.
*they
No way that’s a mark.Unless it was conclusive, umpires call should have been the result.
Scores level, crowd are on their feet!
So how do we feel about a game with 72 total pts?

Pies players certainly favoured in the scaling up …

lads didn’t get to watch the game – but what happened with Pickett? Just not in the game? Sadly I played him on field …
Played a brilliant second quarter, barely sighted otherwise. Only 57% game time, maybe a bit sore? not sure.
Strange game altogether, wouldn’t worry too much
thanks Chillo
Everyone who owns him played him on ground though so not losing anything
Kinda happy Grundy didn’t put up a VC/C worthy score. Can’t wait to see Big Maxxy MAUL a Kreuzer-less Carlton on Saturday.
Still 270 left to allocate. Could get over 120 still
So who do I captain now? Neale? Fyfe? Jelly? Dunkley? Doc? Oliver? Whitfield?
Head on over to the Captaincy Candidates article, Stewy…
Shameless plug, sorry!
Jelly
An on baller who kicks out from fullback, or a ruck who has great ball winning mids that score quickly or Titch.
These rookie scores are going to be a problem.
If thats post lockdown footy…6 behinds in the last qtr, footy is in trouble.
can see a lot of people betting on the unders for the rest of the round
