Traded out Zorko for T Mitchell…..now rocking back and forth in the corner saying “WHY WHY WHY” – in my Tech Team. Reasoning at the time was wanting to bring in Titch due to low BE, he’s a gun and he’s had his bye. Could only afford it by sacrificing Zorko. With any luck , Zorko will have his bye and it will be finals week, and I’ll win that finals game because of Titch and having that one extra premium on the field…and only then will I think – well, that was kinda a good move…maybe. And round 11 will be a distant memory…….
Afternoon started off rocky after being forced to trade Walker in blind only for him to be dropped and hearing the news about Maxxy, but I traded out Pickett and Starc at just the right time and Woodcock, Neale, Macrae and Bont all fired. Just need one of Schoenberg or Ridley to hold and I’ll be fielding a solid 18.
739/4/Macrae
Similar scores again GB.
Hopefully on track for another good score this week if top 18 fire .
Traded out Bennell, Budarick , Mills for
Shuey, Simpkin , Cottrell.
Subject to selection could still have 22 starters .
A McPherson and Ridley could be doubtful though as well as D Cameron but have Aarts score to loop hole worst cast scenario.
Traded in Shuey around same time last year and l think if you take out injury affected game he is a genuine premium playing at home .
Millls at his price and output last 4 weeks had to go unfortunately. Hopefully will climb up rang from 2100 this week
Good luck and thanks for your generous and genuine support and feedBack to all supercoachers on this site
Hey Freo
Could get to 2k
Need Titch , Grundy and Stewart to do heavy lifting though and 1 of other 4 to deliver a higher than projected score
Good luck
11/ 1384/ Macrae
Projected score 2090
Great scores by
Macrae
Neale
Petracca
Oliver
Bont
Not so great by 3 inclusions
Shuey
Simpkin
Cottrell
Still to come 10 players
* subject to selection
Stewart , Laird , Ridley , McPherson *,
Close , Brayshaw , Rankine , Grundy , D Cameron *
Draper * D Smith
1282 with Stewart, Wingard, Serong, Titch, McGrath, Ridley, Saad, D Smith, Grundy, Rankine all available to contribute still. Pickett only certainty to drop off so far.
The AFL wants the last two rounds of the season to be “normal” games.
Thus 17-18 but still no official word on rd 18.
I can understand why the AFL are reluctant to lock in rounds because of the uncertainty of the covid 19 epidemic.
Makes it very difficult for us Supercoach players but ultimately the participants safety is paramount.
The old cliche , one day at a time, applies.
Good luck everyone with all your uncertain trades may they be the right ones.
I would love to even just know who’s having their Byes together.??
It doesn’t matter as much when* they are. If we just knew this one thing ,we could avoid loading up on too many from any one week. We could also start off loading some under-performers that share a particularly busy Bye week.
*As for when.. I can only hope that if they spring the Byes during SC Finals that they throw us a few more trades, and allow max 3/4 so we have a chance to field our best 18.
I tried to pick players from different teams. I only have two pairs from the same team.
Also making sure I have a player or two on each line that have had their byes.

Advertising in a tram is a double-edged sword, with which we can easily ridicule both our business and ourselves. It is not worth saving in order to cause confusion and admiration. Every effort should be made to ensure that such marketing efforts work out. Also financial efforts. Treat it as an investment and apply to a company specializing in such marketing in your city.
Only 4 of my players have ton’d up after stellar performances last week. On the plus side all my playing rookies (Pickett, Rivers, Close, Aarts) hit their breakevens plus a little extra although I’ll probably be at least two of their scores unless Schoenberg, Sholl, or Rankine really get it in. I feel like I blew it picking Shuey but he had kinda low TOG and seemed to be amongst it otherwise, and I was either going Cripps or Mitchell who I’d honestly rather have but at least they didn’t get massive scores to compound it.
Grundy, Laird, Ridley, Greenwood are my remaining premiums.
2061 with Rankine and Dev Smith to play – two lowest scores are 48 and 57. With projected scores of 77 and 74, my score should end up close to 2,100 by the end of the round. I’m currently ranked around 53k.
T/U – That score will move me up under 50k.
T/D – I will wallow in the 50k’s for eternity.
Just a side note, interesting to see the ‘Best 18′ being a definite disadvantage to more complete teams. You’re better off having 18 uber premos and 4 horrible scores, rather than an evenly spread team of premiums.
Think we’ll see a larger repositioning of teams’ ranks over next two rounds when we revert to Best 22.
The word on Fox Sports is Rounds 14-17 will be compressed, with one round consisting of only 4 matches & then 3 full rounds. Would mean 10 teams have their remaining bye in the same round.

Opted against taking scores from Aarts and Pickett

Sitting 1000 overall and decided for the make or break move:
Gawn to Goldy + money left over
King to Petracca
Not happy with just scrapping into the top 1000, live by the sword, die by the sword.
736/4/Neale

Ahaha! I went Shuey as well, P!
Couldn’t resist as an Eagles man, but he’s genuinely great value at 488k and servicable at M8. Best of luck to the both us lol.
Catch you later, habib.

should i take Naitanui (VC) score x2
or wait for Grundy (C)
That’s a really tough one. Grundy may not have as many minutes with a short turn around into Melbourne (possibly with Gawn).
1205/9/Neale
Cripps, Doch, Shuey and Hurn all thoroughly underwhelming, but offset by an Eagles win and Racca’s 160.
2100 may be on the cards, but I’ll be happy with 2k tbh.
How’s everyone else looking?
Very good round for you so far
7/1014/Neale
To come: Dangerfield, Stewart, T. Mitchell, Brayshaw, Serong, Grundy, Laird, Crisp, Saad, Greenwood, Witts, Rankine. Projected 2119
The likes of Watson and Hamill (TBC) not playing means I’m very thankful it’s best 18, not best 22
Good stuff, WW.
Large ceilings on all your remaining players. Could be set for a big one as well!
10/1266
Probably go 2000-2100
Got Woodcocks 81 as the emergency which will come into my final score for Jack Marins 19.
Jack Martin getting injured is mucho sucko. Not sure how I’m going to fix that. Hope he heels fast.
1625 / 15 of poss 22. / Neale.
Huge scores from.

Dusty.. I forgive you after the last few scores.
Shannon “Burn” 68 don’t cut it off a rest chump !
Pickett and Starc Their scores “shouldn’t” be needed, and neither will there services any longer.
Thanks for the memory’s guys.
Up next..

14/1739 Neale. ….
Maybe some carnage with the next big bye round thou which is rd 13 I believe. Happy to be corrected thou.
Round 13 has been schedule with a full round of matches.
Word on the street/radio is round 14-16 will be the bye rounds and will be compressed
I totally agree Gra Pol.

That’s about all the precaution we can take
2 “Pairs” = 4, tsk, tsk……mathematics GP, mathematics….LOL
That’s what I have two pairs, two lots of two 😛
Macrae/Scott
Neale/Big O
Though I read on twitter the other day that math is subjective and a cultural illusion… sigh.
Thanks for the Poll Sal..
10 of a possible 18 keepers.
Dusty / Short
Macare/ B Smith
Are the only pairs of Non Bye Premo’s I own, but I can spread them over different lines if needed. The other 4 are all from different sides.
A GP said. All we can do is try to recruit as many Post Bye players as possible over the next few weeks in the hope we avoid most of the carnage.
Best of luck people!

Huh!?!
What stephenaligo said. Totally agree!!!! I think
Now at 11/1506/Neale.
To come: Grundy, Crisp, Laird, Saad, Greenwood, Witts, Rankine.
Proj. 2164
Update after ADEL v COLL:
14/1900/Neale
Proj. 2263
1,980 / 17 / Neale
Still have Laird, Grundy & Ridley to come so hopefully I can push 2,200 +
Well done Nathan. Hope they all go big and you have a shot at the weekly money
You could be on for a good score even if Ridley doesn’t play.

2156
C – Macrae
Ridley & rankine still to play…
Lowest score is currently Close @ 68, so hopefully can get over 2200
2134/McRae VC
Only had 21 on field players with Draper managed but a reasonable score
TU – move up the ranks
TD – move down slightly or hold position
2061 with Rankine and Dev Smith to play – two lowest scores are 48 and 57. With projected scores of 77 and 74, my score should end up close to 2,100 by the end of the round. I’m currently ranked around 53k.

T/D – I will wallow in the 50k’s for eternity.
There looks to be a huge range of scores from the 2200s to less than 100 per player. I’d expect you to improve
2003/18 – Ridley, D Smith and Rankine to play.
Lowest 3:
Aarts (59)
Close (68)
Bazlenka (68)
Fingers crossed for 2075 and not a fall in the rankings (1.2k overall)!

Ahhh that was meant for a diff thread! Interesting news though, and possibly making everyone’s lives a lot calmer in September
