Target Test – Jobe Watson?

Written by Big Sexy on March 9 2012

By request from BigRuss.

I had been avoiding target testing premiums, but a request is a request.  I’m not sure I’ve ever had Watson in my team, and possibly would have last year if it wasn’t for their awkwardly placed bye.  He did have suspect hammies last season and only managed 16 games, but I’d rather a hammy than an ACL any day.  He is very consistent and averaged 106, and being captain comes with a string of benefits.  He is $574k, so where are you with Watson?

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

  1. Awww c’mon BS. Was there any need to play the HATE card on my Dons? I haven’t seen you do that for any other target test. I cry DISCRIMINATION!! If you keep it up I will feel the need to spew vitriol toward thee and all other haters in a similar format to that of FlagPies2012 (ahhh the memories)

  2. My hatred of all things Essendon also leads to me never really consider Jobe for selection.
I figure there are plenty of other premium mids out there I can pick. I may as well safe myself the weekly agony of hoping Essendon get flogged while hoping Jobe racks up the points.
I just don’t need that emotional roller coaster.

  3. Has been quite reliable selection wise apart from last year if I’m not mistaken? Very appealing as I think he will be top 10 if he stays fit.

  4. As far as I am concerned, the only peasants….I mean peoples that can give me and my team shit is Motts and his fellow gutter….I mean brethren. 16 Premierships in VFL/AFL history is shared by two teams only and until a certain black and white team stop choking it will remain that way until my Dons do it again in 2013/2014. I don’t care about recent history. I don’t care how good your list is now or tomorrow……16….read it and weep.
