Breaking Even – Rd 3, 2020

Written by Chillo on June 15 2020

Prices changes are here, and break evens become a crucial factor when considering your trades now and for the remainder of the season. For those new to this wonderful game, a player’s break-even (or BE) is the score they must achieve in order to maintain their current price tag. The following are the details for most of the popular players (>3% ownership), plus a few other notables. Bookmark and enjoy!

If there’s a name not listed here that you’d like to hear about, throw it in the comments and I’ll do my best to accomodate you.

  1. How many rucks is too many?
I started Grundy & Naismith, Xerri at R3 & Ceglar foward.
Added Cameron to the mix to cover Naismith but kept Xerri hoping he gets a run early.
Now I want to grab Pittonet as a must have money maker. I don’t want to lose Naismith yet though as I still see him making lots. Thus I am faced with surrendering my R/F flexibility (for a while) and losing Xerri (who I expect to bring back in when he is named for 2nd game).
Or, I could give up on the money making side of things and just swap Gawn in for Naismith (yes, I can afford that).
    TU: Go for early points
    TD: Make early money
