Was planning on going Pickett to Bennell to free up cash for Dunkley to Fyfe. Now Bennell is dropped.. Should I;

look at serong, strong indications he won’t be back out of freo’s side barring injury.
To avoid a donut in my forward line, I need to trade out one of Sturt, D Cameron or B Davis (non playing rookie). Leaning towards Sturt due to his injury and at least he’s made me a little bit of money, rather than Davis who can be a loophole captain sometimes, and D Cameron who will be back in if/when Cox gets rested or plays a mare.

I was going to bring in Simpkin and Fyfe in for J. Kelly and Yeo, but now I have Jacobs, Cameron and Pickett omitted, and Georgiades still not getting a spot.
What I should I do? Here’s my team for anyone that needs more clarification on the situation

Needed to trade Jacobs so I chose Pittonet for R2 to build to Gawn later. Not sure about second trade though.
Really not liking Houston atm so I could trade him for a back or forward premo. It would give 650k to play with but I’m not sure if I should be saving my spare cash for Gawn.
Or should I trade Sturt considering he’ll be out for nearly a month? If so, who to? I could choose any rookies positions with DPP.
I could also go straight from Jacob’s into Gawn and trade Houston for a cheap rookie from any position.

Do people really think Simpson is going to average 90+? For me no as that would mean an increase of 20 points on last year’s average. Petracca for me.
His position and role have changed very significantly this year though, so that needs to be taken into account.

ok I’m looking at trading out between Georgiadis or Sturt to get Dan Butler in. I know Sturt’s out for 3 to 5 weeks but I can loophole him better then I can with Georgiadis. Ports on top at the moment and seem to be playing with a near full list and Georgiadis is continually on the emergency list, so his JS might be good once selected.

I like what I’ve seen of Petracca. I’m leaning towards him because he’s cheaper and i haven’t watched Simpkin play at all this year. He’s come out of nowhere for me. Is it just a hot run of games before he goes at 90 for the year?
As an avid North fan here’s my 2c.
I don’t think a 120avg is sustainable. He’s in a purple patch atm and good coaches will figure out ways of lessening his impact. Clarko this week for starters. He’s still a good candidate to be one of the better fwds across the season and is still worth considering BUT he’s not going to pump out 130s every week. The last two week’s Cunners was kept quietish by De Boer and then missed and Higgo was super quiet last week too. If(when) they hit peak form again Simpkin’s scores might dip a little?
I brought him in prematurely last season off back-to-back tons and regretted it. I’m considering him again this week with more confidence but still some trepidation.
Thanks Roo Bloke. I think I’ll go Petracca. I wasn’t brave enough to pull the trigger in round 1 in fear of getting burnt. Looks like he’s finally ready to go full elite mode
I’m nervous about his game being pretty much just first possessions from stoppages not a lot of tackles, not a lot of marks, doesn’t hit the score board much, bit like a bigger Shiel but a better kick or at least less clanger prone, I’m going to let him pass by & just looked stupid if he keeps it up just liked Oliver a few years back.
Holding Whitfield and Kelly, pray for me.

I need some advice community, I’m honestly holding out on my trades until I know for sure there are no late changes tonight to either Whitfield or Grundy (or heaven forbid anyone else playing tonight).
Here’s my team:

MID: Fyfe, Macrae, Cripps, Danger, Coniglio, Rowell, Pickett, Budarick (T.Brown, McInerney, Bennell)

24 trades left and $130,500 in salary.
Gonna loop McInerney’s score on for Pickett, easy decision there. But my question is anyway, if Grundy were to miss tonight, is it not crazy to trade him to Pittonet, and then this in turn allows me to trade someone like a Noble to a premo easily?

There’s four losers on FB telling everyone Grundy is out tonight but they are all related and have a history of spreading fake news. They cant win the game fairly so are trying to lie to ruin other people’s teams

I think I’m gonna trade out Tim Kelly for Fyfe but not sure what to do with my 2 nd trade. I was thinking about trading out Whitfield for Simpkin. But not sure if that’s a good move.
